One of our favorite restaurants so far. Recently we received practically raw Cordon Bleus and unfortunately the selection has been the same for ages...

Best barley soup I've ever tasted!!

The barley soup is a sensation!!! Great facility - combination old/new Very friendly serving staff.

A cozy evening in Steinbock is inevitable. Very attentive and friendly service. Nice and clear menu. The Cordonbleu's are unique and the entrecote with Cafe de Paris sauce is super tender and extremely tasty. I can recommend the Capricorn with the best of conscience!

The waitress doesn't know her products, but I recommend the Bärgbier, unfiltered blonde. Avoid the smoothies, it arrived lukewarm...

Delicious food from A - Z and very friendly service, who also know how to joke! Coherently furnished with attention to detail. Put up chef! .....that's how gastronomy should be, keep it up. We highly recommend you! Ueli & Beate

Coffees were forgotten, ice cream was sometimes almost completely gone. The waitress had a different view of friendliness than I did.

The rooms are cheap, but functional in the basement. Shower/toilet on the floor, very clean. No breakfast offer was not a problem for us. Rösti and cordon bleu specialties are very tasty! Recommended

Friendly welcome, unfortunately no hot food at 8:40 p.m. during the season. Therefore we can only rate the ambience and the reception... Two stars less because we didn't get anything warm, what a shame!

Very, very tasty. Adelbodener Cordon Bleu - awesome, home-made "special fries" - crispy (and not dried out as hard as sticks), cleverly refined vegetables. The plate is nicely warmed so that the taste remains until the last bite. Salad plate with a mixture of different types, each of which comes with its own dressing and so doesn't get lost in the standard dressing emptied over it. Addition of fresh bread (on Sunday). Served at the same time, the service was friendly and always there, even though some people wanted to be served. Here you get food and no fast food from the would-be chef.

The food was very good but not normally our preferred menu. In addition, the waiting time for the second course was borderline. But you don't treat yourself to something like that every day

Ate here this evening... The food was good, but the portion was quite small. The service was strange, the locals were friendly and minimalistic for us. Also no water for the dog... You could also tweak the speed...

This was the second time we had stopped by after a hike in Steinbock. We really appreciate that you can also eat something real in the afternoon. This time it tasted great again. The service was very nice, attentive and quick. Gladly again. We can recommend Capricorn.

Best apple strudel ever and everything else was great too. We recommend!!!

We had our practice Christmas dinner there. Even the way there was wildly romantic in the glittering snow under the full moon. The food was very, very tasty, the atmosphere was rustic/cozy and the hosts and their team were really nice. We had a wonderful evening! Many many thanks!

We spent our Christmas party there. Very cozy atmosphere, very friendly service and incredibly good food. The cordon bleu is super tender and the vegetables are very tasty and on point. Absolute recommendation. Looking forward to next time.
