I am very surprised by the bad reviews on this restaurant because personally the experience was divine. I felt like I was stopping for dinner with Santa Claus. Let me explain: magical setting opposite the harp island, fast and pleasant service and the mussels were excised. Then comes the time of the bill where I owe 31.- and they give me 70.- on a 100.- note. Leaving honestly, I ask forgiveness if it was he who gave the change and I told him that he gave me back 1.- too much and he was naturally aware since it was voluntary so as not to have to break the bill to return to me. Then, intrigued by this gesture, thanking him, he took out another bottle of red from the fridges in his chalet, inviting me to put it in my bag as a gift. He will tell me that he has been a restaurateur at this restaurant and a second one for 30 or 40 years, inviting me to come and discover his second restaurant at the end of the summer. These days, it’s so nice to find a little humanity, simplicity and generosity again. I will come back from course

Difficult to rate the service, there is none... it's up to us to do it, expensive, not professional, no welcome or smile, amateurism in every way. You ask for a coke, they bring out a 2 liter bottle, coke without bubbles and lukewarm and there you go 4.-! The setting is magnificent but that's the only positive point, surprising to see that in the region... we thought that this type of restaurant was valid in other countries...

The setting of the restaurant is magnificent but until then. The lady doesn't know how to do her job. When you pay, keep your ticket otherwise there is the possibility of being charged.

Hello, I had the misfortune to go to this magnificent place this Sunday 08/20/2023, which for me it became cochemardesque. My only mistake was that I didn't ask for the cash register tab. The lady who runs the bar, you should be careful.....

Too bad the establishment does not accept card payments. The food is average but the location is excellent.

No professionalism! I call at the beginning of the week for a Thursday reservation. On the Thursday in question, I found myself in front of a closed restaurant. When I call, I am told that the restaurant is indeed closed but that today's reservations have been moved elsewhere in another town. I think the least you can do is warn customers, even the day before or in the morning, that the restaurant is exceptionally closed instead of letting customers call. This is a total lack of professionalism.

As a Rollois, I am extremely disappointed that my hometown agrees to have in this magnificent place such a pitiful, expensive restaurant, tasteless dishes prepared in a hurry with canned, filthy products and service of the same level. and an endless wait. Better to buy a kebab in the high street and go eat it on a bench by the lake because honestly it’s a thousand times better…

More than mediocre service. The lady in the shed should change careers. Nice as a prison door. We will never set foot there again and having positioned ourselves well for the advertisement they can be sure that I will do it for them... the card is not accepted, we wonder why😉

Lovely outdoor restaurant on the lake edge. The service is great and so was the pizza.

The lady with gray/blond hair in the shed is as friendly as a prison door, cold as hell. The quality of service let's not talk about it. Clearly taking advantage of the good weather to make your numbers. Refused a tissue and a glass of water to passers-by in the heat, claiming, I quote, "we are not here to be of service" But ma'am, it's your job. Go on your way!

So, first still in 2023 they do not take cards or even twint. Only cash! Amazed with that. The best value of this place is their location. They have the most beaufitul spot on the lake shore, but the food is not that bad, but not excellent for the price they ask. So, i would recomend this place for a drinks and maybe dessert-tiramisu was ok. Do not have big expetations on food.

The food was terrible, the service is really bad and very overpriced! Never going there again.

The servers are very welcoming and smiling, it’s a real pleasure to be received like this! The setting is splendid. Can't wait to receive our dishes, salad as a free starter, super good bottle of red, I took a fillet of perch (15 pieces) unfortunately quite small with way too much butter, the fries were good. I would happily come back to taste the pizzas if only for the welcome! On the other hand, payment only by cash is not ok!

I leave this review with a lot of disappointment, this restaurant was my favorite in the region with a magnificent view, my darling being a security guard in the area had already spotted it, we went there the first time great welcome we have a table near the water great memory, second time it's okay we weren't at the water's edge but nothing more, but now it's unacceptable what happened to us a week ago, I wanted to discover this wonderful restaurant to a friend, we called to be there at 9 p.m. they told us it was good. We arrived, we asked if we could be at the edge of the lake, he told us that if there was room yes, so 4 free tables at the edge of the water but put us on the other side of the terrace because the tables were "reserved" 9:30 p.m. we just ordered my darling changed his mind in the same second and chose another dish, the waitress told us that it was not possible that the kitchen was going to close soon (but the reserved tables were always free) so big moment of incomprehension?? In short, ok, we were basically “punished”. And no it's not over because being also very disappointed with the pizzas we said nothing and ordered a limoncelo for the end, The icing on the cake we were sold two limoncelo 14.- without alcohol with a trace of mold on the glass , final note 120chf for two pizzas and 3 prawns, we will not return there again unfortunately very bad memory

ATTENTION !! One pizza was enough to make us SICK! Not only is the food bad, but there are obviously serious failings in terms of hygiene. Unreasonable prices for canteen quality. I really like going to this very pleasant restaurant in summer. with parking spaces it's ideal with delicious perch fillets the only negative thing if we can put it that way is that you must not forget the change no card, otherwise I would have given it a 5 star

Very nice place, friendly and efficient staff, terrace with a very beautiful view of the lake, I went there several times I ate several menus but do not eat the perch fillet.

Nice place close to the lake but the food was terrible. We took „fillets de perche”, calamars and some salad and it was not fresh - and quite expensive for such quality. Long waiting time and the fact you cannot pay by card are other reasons why you should avoid this place. (1 star only for the view on lake/island)

Friendly welcome from a southern Italian, it feels like you're on vacation ;). Pleasant terrace with superb view of the lake/mountains and Harpe Island. Excellent perch fillet, excellent knife-cut tartare. Just one downside they don't take cards for payment!!

Very disappointing service, we were picked up last, people who arrived after us were served first! Very low quality food, no salad dressing, 3 red wine bottles on the menu, but none can be served. I really don't recommend.

Very disappointing...we came specifically for the perch fillets and the plate was ridiculously small, even served for the fries. But the worst is that the so-called perch, specialties of Lake Geneva, come from Estonia!!! We were speechless when we asked the waitress...visibly uncomfortable. Besides, the salad was bitter and hard and the drinks, notably the beer and white wine, were served to us at room temperature...undrinkable! In short, exorbitant price for a meal unworthy of the place. The only positive point is the setting facing the absolutely charming lake.

Really fantastic!!! Right on the shore of Lake Geneva. The boat passes by and you say goodbye to the people on board. You are immersed in these large trees that provide shade and welcome you into their branches. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The food was really good and tasty. Aperitif with Aperol Spritz by the Manual!! Perfect!! Convenient and easy to reach! With parking nearby. There is no payment on Sundays. And then you are directly on the lakeside promenade... on the right you reach the nearby port and on the left the castle and the beautiful playground for children and the skate park. Highly recommended!!!

Super good, great setting. They happily accept dogs. We arrived with 3 dogs, 2 large and one small, and without any problems for the boss. Be careful, they don't have WiFi, so take cash!

We ate very well on a terrace right by the lake. The prices are reasonable and the service pleasant. A haven of relaxation to be privileged. A tip: arrive a little before meal times to find a parking space.

Worst restaurant I visited in 2019! The service was very very slow and the servers were overwhelmed and poorly organized. We waited at least 15 minutes to get the menus and probably 1h30 to get the main dishes. In addition, I found the place a little dirty, lots of dust on the tables and chairs. Too bad for the setting!! There weren't enough nice places by the lake already, what a waste...

Terrible service, we waited easily between 20 and 30 minutes after finishing eating. We ordered pizzas, including a seafood one that only had 3 shrimp on it and 3 mini squid rings. Certainly the pizza dough was good and THE waitress was competent and friendly, but the others were confused. The Rosé opened at 23.- (5dl) was hot and the non-alcoholic drinks too, it was 30° outside, a cold drink was welcome. At the time of the bill, we got it wrong and the waiter didn't seem to know how to count. I won't recommend it to anyone. Farewell and forever
