Restaurant Tschadun in Kloten

Noble. Somewhat cool atmosphere. Small dishes are missing for someone who is not very hungry.

Very nice restaurant. We were served very nicely by Martin. I ate Zurich schnitzel with rösti and it was very good.

The meat ordered was cooked well, the side dishes good and the portions generous. The beer was also of good quality. Prices high but in line with other restaurants in the region. Good service, good environment too. Advised.

Yesterday we enjoyed a small aperitif for 8 people on the terrace of the Tschadun restaurant. There was a variety of delicious vegan finger food (quinoa salad, antipasti fu, various hummus, baba ganoush, bruschetta and small spring rolls, grilled mushrooms) and an excellent vegan wine from Galicia (Pazo Señorans Blanco 2021). We'll definitely do that again, except next time we'll start a little earlier in the day so we'll even have the evening sun with us :)

Hotel and restaurant renovated three years ago! Simple, small card with something for every taste! Very friendly service!

I would of given 5 stars , my birthday was fantastic at Dinner only. I ordered the prawns starter... Incredible. Second I ordered the burger , probably in my top 3 burgers I tried in my life. The only issue I had was with the rooftop , first some guy from the staff was trying to flirt with my wife, that's disrespectful and very bad image. Second my gin tonic was served without ice. It was a shame how it ended but the service and food quality in the restaurant was fantastic.

Definitely one of my favorite restaurants for a few weeks and after visiting it several times. No matter whether for lunch for two or as a group of 40 people or in the evening for a summer BBQ or winter Moules et Frites event, always top quality and first-class, super-friendly service.

Every time very tasty and great service - whether sharing dinner or Alacart, the cuisine is really Büdnerisch and delicious 👍🏼

According to my personal experience, Tschadun is one of the best restaurants in Switzerland. Artistically presented menu, delicious as well. I had dinner there three times during my stay at the hotel where the restaurant is located. Das Preis_Leistungs-Verhältnis ist einfach top!

Very good service! Food is of high quality, portions on the small side, if not on the board. Good wine and other drink selection. Overall a great experience.

The bar makes up for the slightly high price with a view (roof terrace), a homely atmosphere (including a cupboard with board games for in between) and attentive and friendly service. There is also a small selection of local St. Laurentius beer and fine dishes to suit every appetite. Many an evening here has ended later than planned :)

Ich habe eine Weile in Graubünden studiert und habe mich in der Kultur verliebt. Seitdem ich in der Gegend Zürich bin vermisse ich es sehr. Spontan sind wir zum Apero und Abendessen aus Nostalgie gekommen und wurden nicht enttäuscht! Das Essen war hervorragend (bündner heimisch doch sehr zeitgemäss) und der Service um so lieblicher!Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen und empfehlen es umso mehr!

Top service, sehr zuvorkommend! Der Koch selbst kam persönlich vorbei und erkundigte sich nach unserem Befinden. Das Essen (Tatar) war köstlich und die Pommes waren knusprig und zu lecker um aufzuhören :) das Dessert (Zitronensorbet, mit Bündner Gin und Thymian) hat uns positiv überrascht Top Swiss Food

Mein Freund und ich hatten ein köstliches Abendessen in einer wunderschönen Lage und wir wurden von einer noch besseren Kellnerin bedient. Das Essen war unglaublich - alles kommt als kleine Gerichte, so dass Sie alle Arten von verschiedenen Lebensmitteln teilen und probieren können. Ausgezeichnet! !

We had a fantastic time at Tschadun tonight. Most of the dishes are Tapas (small plates) so we shared several dishes among 4 of us. We were able to sample quite a bit of the menu. Everything was incredibly flavorful and the extras on the plate (risotto, fresh veggies, etc) were all fresh and complimented the dish well. Service was great and the servers were very helpful in helping us navigate the menu.Would definitely return.

The food is great and is sensationally prepared. The selection of wines is top. There are also 31 different wines by the glass, which are offered in a nice atmosphere. The meat and cheese platters are also of top quality. The employees were very friendly and well-positioned.

Nice restaurant with a cool style. We were almost alone during lunch time. The service was therefore good BUT very small portion for high prices! The recommendation was to order 3 portion per person (each 15CHF) so the bill for 4 person would reach easily CHF 250.- Sorry but this is just way too overpriced!

Das Essenskonzept ist im ersten Moment etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Idee, sich ein Menu mit diversen kleinen Portionen zusammenzustellen, ist aber gut. Die vom Chefkoch Philippe Fischer zubereiteten Speisen sind sehr ansprechend arrangiert und haben ausgezeichnet gemundet! Gerne kommen wir wieder.
