Guests at lunchtime were just me and my wife, later a local joined us. We don't want to experiment, so we just order hash browns and a green salad. After half an hour the Rösti arrives and is as pale as I am when I see it. After trying it, my wife says it's still half raw and sends her rösti back to the kitchen to fix it up. I, on the other hand, prefer to eat my half-raw Rösti because I would rather not suspect what an offended chef will do with a complained about menu, especially since the boss asked when I made the complaint whether we would rather have a burnt Rösti! The bottom line is that I have to say that the sandwich made by my wife in case of an emergency was the culinary highlight of the day! I won't eat there again, guaranteed!
