The reception was as cold as a barn door. The manager is haughty, not welcoming, she drags her feet. No polite words for us to follow her so that she can seat us.

Thursday evening at 7 p.m. the suschis looked dried out, we assume that they are those from the lunch buffet, and at closing a manager (we assume because in civilian clothes) picks up the oysters from the buffet by hand without gloves and it will certainly be reserved on Friday noon 😝

we really like eating in this restaurant - but today we were placed next to the children's play area and it was hellish - we suggest you isolate this space with plexiglass panels - our table neighbors are There are also noise complaints - but again this is a solvable problem - we will come back and ask for a seat at the back of the restaurant

At noon you can choose from dishes. No fish. Only shrimp squid hard octopus. No sushi at lunchtime. Ditto for dessert. Too expensive for what it is. The service leaves something to be desired. Dirty plates pile up on your table, and the very smiling waiters, it must be said, pass by without removing them. In the end we brought them to the bar ourselves. Nice decor at the entrance but in the room you don't find the Asian side. Any. Damage. We will not return there.

Disrespectful waitress acted like we have to hurry to choose our drinks and thought it was strange when we asked for a drinks menu then she came back with only one drinks menu for us to share. Avoid.

The concept is not new... There are in Villeneuve and also elsewhere in Switzerland, even in other countries... This is not our first visit, proof that we like it and are well served, or we have choices to serve us. Large buffet, varied buffet, we help ourselves galore, excellent for big eaters. Room quite large, welcoming, pretty and very well appointed. Local to visit and enjoy. Prices are correct.

For the first time I was pleasantly surprised... Already a large, pretty and well appointed restaurant. A large selection of Asian products. Very friendly people. The option galore, not too expensive, chf 22.- at midday, chf 39.- in the evening. A restaurant to visit and enjoy.

Despite the many positive messages for this restaurant, I just want to point out that I had a case of food poisoning last night when I came back from the buffet (01/16/24) whereas usually I have never been sick, so be careful to you and I have already contacted the wok to tell them about my bad adventure. Too bad this still has to happen today..

The sushi is very good and I loved the Tepan Yaki, where they grill meat and fish. The dishes already prepared were basic and not exceptional.

Uninvolved and very unpleasant staff, we had to call them so that we could be served. Always the same borderline dishonest person who makes it clear that we are bothering her! We enjoy going to this restaurant with our children but are increasingly disappointed. With such a welcome, the restaurant is visibly losing customers….

Everything is very good. However, the “screaming children” corner is unbearable to be around. We have to find a solution quickly because the cries, cries and screams of the children make it impossible to have any conversation throughout the restaurant! It's really a shame

Concerning the service, it is not very friendly and friendly. There is nevertheless a very pleasant server. But for a buffet, it's not disturbing. The food isn't amazing, but then again, it's an all-you-can-eat buffet so don't expect anything exceptional. The starters are good, the noodles too. For teppan yaki, it depends on the meats chosen. The slices of beef are tough but minced is good for example. The sushi once was pretty bad and the second time it was better. Desserts are less interesting. I went there 4-5 times at lunchtime or in the evening. For a buffet, it's good. It's a great help when you're in the area and you want to eat. I will go back there.

Beautiful hot and cold buffet of starters, salads, varied Asian dishes and desserts, very good quality, restocked as you go. Lovely staff. I really like the concept of buffets, where everyone takes what they like and the quantity they want...however, I don't understand how there is so much waste! As long as it's at will, some people allow themselves to pick and/or help themselves and leave them. I find it revolting and tell myself that these people would probably need to know hunger to appreciate and respect what they have!! Concerning the children's corner, it's a good idea, but on the other hand, you really need a wall to isolate the noise because sometimes, it's unbearable!

Very good Asian restaurant. The buffet is abundant and well stocked.

Impossible to be served a carafe of water without having consumed a drink per person first, 3 of us out of 4 had ordered drinks, according to a waitress it was indicated in the menu, but nothing was marked there . When we asked where this was indicated she told us it was a new rule and it was not yet indicated on the menu, great lie. In addition, the waitresses allow themselves to ignore and speak badly about their customers, while they are there (and yes, we have eyes and ears), we notice very quickly when the waitresses ignore us just after a their colleague spoke to them while looking at us, really very unprofessional. Not to mention the plates which are mostly dirty, even though they are normally cleaned before being made available to the customer. We're not ready to come back to your place.

The waitresses are nice, but don't speak French well. The food is good, but nothing more. The plates are mostly dirty. There were 4 of us ordering the all-you-can-eat buffet, we had 3 paid drinks and I asked one of the waitresses for a carafe of water, the latter told me that if we wanted a carafe of tap water, we would had to order 1 paid drink per person, the latter told me that it was noted on the menu, after reading and rereading the menu 2-3 times, I did not find it, I then asked for a drink fee and a carafe of water. I find it unacceptable to lie to a customer and not hide behind it. Anyway, aside from all that, the desserts are good.

Damage ! Not good at all, big stomach ache for the rest of the day. Service to be seen again, no hello, no thank you and no goodbye which is sure to be never again

A nice place, a Chinese restaurant with lots of choice.

So-so, Warm or cold dishes, frozen sauces... The spoon for serving the ice cream was as clean as the toilet brush.... The chef's little extra: 5.-chf for a carafe of tap water (lukewarm).....the waitress was rather cold.

Good overall, plenty of choice for all tastes, but the dessert part really deserves to be reworked to make it less industrial and Western. You don't come to an all-you-can-eat Asian buffet just for the desserts, of course, but it really stands out from the rest and that's a shame. Otherwise very large choice of sushi and makis, seafood, fried ravioli, sauce dishes, quality products and vegetarian options (not always with Asian flavors) and a plate system to compose for the teppan yaki served at the table. We ate well and enjoyed our meal, fair price. Service a little cold, but efficient given the crowds on a weekday evening.

Sublime Asian restaurant! The presentation is most attractive. The staff understands and speaks French for the most part, which is nice. The buffet is very large and constantly full. The countless choice of sushi will make your head spin. Although the restaurant is very large, the partitions allow privacy at each table. Excellent address!

Wide choice of very good quality food, the dishes are well presented and kept warm for unlimited service. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The only negative point is the small play area for children which makes the restaurant very noisy when children play and shout 😅

Restaurant with little choice for vegetarians! No tofu. No fruit fritters either like you normally find in self-service woks.. disappointed I won't come back because for 40.- a salad starter and a noodle dish it's not worth the price! Then the waiters who remove the plates while the others at the table had not finished... that is not done in the service And the dirty chairs as a bonus.

Very good products. Not very expensive during the week and normal price for a buffet on weekdays. We went at noon and quickly had a place. One star in months for the bottle of water at 10.- 🤔🤔

The food is excellent, quality and the service impeccable. In fact, the restaurant deserves more stars. The only problem => having installed a play area for the children. The situation is completely out of control. The screams are deafening and neither the staff nor the parents seem concerned by the nuisance. This completely ruins the experience.
