Simply no, very unfriendly (arrogant). The tip is to drive further, there are so many good restaurants in the area. Expensive, unfriendly are the keywords

We were very satisfied. Good food, good service and a great location right by the ski lift. There is also a beautiful terrace. We will be back.

Was sent away like a teenager today . So in a very rude way. Sorry I didn’t know I had to make a reservation. The rest of the week was pretty quier at this place, he didn’t haad a big mouth at that time. Maybe, just maybe, concidering your average in reviews you shoils listen to people. I will never come back here, even if it was the last reataurant

The restaurant is located directly on the slopes. Perfect for anyone who loves skiing. But: I have rarely experienced service as unfriendly as this. No hello (I understand when things get heated), then I was moved twice to make more space for other guests. There would have been countless options as the tables were far from occupied. The server's tone was consistent with the urge to fill every space. Better get out of here.

Nice terrace with a nice view. Food came so quickly that it could only have been ready. Quality ok, taste of the cheese spaetzle a bit bland. The drinks in pet bottles weren't that good. However, the daughter's salad was very good.

The service was polite, especially the tall blonde waiter was very nice and cheerful. There was even live music on the sunny terrace. We ate the fabulous Käsespätzli, the Pinsa, the Heimbergburger and the Kaiserschmarrn! Everything highly recommended and delicious! Camerieri molto educati, in particolare quello alto with i capelli biondi che era molto simpatico e accogliente. Sulla terrazza soleggiata c'era persino musica dal vivo. Abbiamo mangiato gli spettacolari Käsespätzli, the Pinsa, the hamburger and the Kaiserschmarrn. Tutto davvero molto buono. Lo consigliamo!

We are regular guests in the restaurant, every morning. On our last visit we were incorrectly charged for something we hadn't consumed. This can happen and is not a big deal. We only noticed it later. During the last visit we brought this to the boss's attention, purely for information purposes. The boss wasn't interested in any way, he didn't even say "sorry". In the meantime, savings are already being made on chocolate powder, shrinkflation so to speak. A pity! However, there is a great alternative directly opposite the restaurant!

Very good food and service! We were completely satisfied. From classic dishes, very good salads, pines to apple strudel, there is everything your heart desires. Even ski races are broadcast ;)

There's no space inside and when you ask if you're allowed in you get yelled at, the currywurst with fries was ok but no more...

Ate a curry sausage. Wasn't particularly good. The staff was nice and entertaining. The fries were oversalted, we had to eat outside because everything inside was full. Had blankets and missing ones👌.

We have often been to Rest Heimberg with our large family over the last few years and have been very satisfied. But today it was catastrophic. After waiting for more than 1.5 hours, we canceled the meal, as did the people at the next table. It can happen that something is forgotten, but waiting so long for salads and pinsa even though not all the tables were occupied is not possible. There was also no response to our cancellation. It's a shame for the great restaurant.

Very chic inside, food, drinks and service are very good. We were there on Easter Saturday around 3 p.m. Restaurant should be open until 5 p.m. There wasn't much going on, but still. There were only fries, pinsa and pastries, no soup, nothing else fresh and warm. A pity. No information about it, only when ordering. Therefore one star less

Went there twice on our Parpan weekend and enjoyed the last hours of sunshine. =) Beautiful terrace and the service was super friendly and attentive! We took the Heimberg aperitif platter (large) for CHF 35.- and it was really a lot for three people. We took the rest home with us. It was just as delicious as it looks in the picture ;)

I waited 1 hour for some cold fries. The boss swore to me that I would get a drink for waiting. I got a few angry looks. When I asked the boss he just said, "It's the kitchen's fault." Then he didn't even know what I wanted. So I'm foregoing a next visit.

Small but nice. A clear and well put together menu. Everything fresh and regionally prepared!

Very good restaurant under new management. Great host, you immediately feel comfortable and welcome as a guest. Beautiful location with a large terrace and fantastic views of the mountains including a playground for children is more than appealing. Lunch was very good, we can particularly recommend the Heimberg Cordon Bleu, the fries with the great house spices and the super fresh salad.

We were here over the weekend August 12th - 14th with a privately organized group. I had organized or reserved dinner for the entire group - 26 people - on Saturday. “Alex” had prepared a great U-shaped table for us and set and decorated it very nicely and tastefully. The quality and portions of the dishes were perfect. Everything worked out perfectly. The choice of food had been discussed in advance with the operations manager. Everything went great. The service was perfect and very quick. COMPLIMENT! All participants were enthusiastic. The weather also cooperated - so a group event couldn't be nicer. THANKS I can recommend the restaurant at any time!

Very friendly service, listens to our every wish. Mega customer and child friendly! Lots of toys, sandpit, volleyball net and a great bouncy castle. 🤗 The French fries are absolutely amazing, and the Heimberg house sauce is simply brilliant! We always enjoy coming back!

The food was really high quality and the service was quick! We’ve had some amazing homemade goulash which was really good, and some wursts with fries and a delicious onion sauce. Highly recommend the goulash!

Bad service. No overview of waiting guests and free seats. Feeling a great reluctance to serve guests.

Bad service, too few staff on the terrace at lunchtime, waiters overwhelmed, not attentive, you have to wave several times to even be served, the waiters don't keep an eye on the order in which the guests appear, the waiter didn't even wish you a nice day when saying goodbye or have fun skiing or similar; Food (alpine macaroons) lean, hardly any cheese used, only half of the pasta/potatoes were even covered with the sauce. The overall impression is one of mass production.

Thanks to the unfriendly staff at Heimberg, we decided on the portal in Churwalden and were given a friendly welcome. Heimberg never again, always happy with Portal!

We wanted to reserve a table for 8 people by phone. The service specialist was very unfriendly on the phone by emphasizing “We are full, take a look for yourself!” and hung up the phone. We wanted to book for the late afternoon. So a few less local regulars. Well done!

Fast and friendly service. Apple strudel and foccacia were very tasty and the Cafe Baileys rounded off our stay perfectly :-)

Es ist immer wieder eine Freunde, wenn wir in dieses Restaurant zum Essen in Parpan vorbeikommen. Unsere Tochter hatteheute Hot Dogs mit Pommer (die Pommer waren echt knackig und frisch), die Spagetti meines Sohnes waren al dente und die Sauce richtig gut). Die Bündner Gerstensuppe war cremiger als ich es sonst kenne, aber wirklich hervorragend. Wir werden in der Gaststube immer rasch bedient, die Bedienung ist super freundlich und persönlich. Für mich ist es eines der besten Restaurants im Gebiet Valbella/Lenzerheide. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Peter

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 5 kleine Kinder. Service hat super geklappt, das Essen war sehr lecker und schön grosse Portionen. Nach dem Essen haben die Kinder noch Malstifte und Papier zum malen erhalten. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.

I was having dinner with my wife and am currently on my skiing holiday here. The Heimberg Restaurant is a very well-known ski restaurant where you can eat very well, enjoy a break and relax. We have also been there so many times and would love to come back.

Jedes Mal muss man so lange warten bis man was bestellen 30 Dezember. Nach mehrmaligen sagten die einen wir seien nur zum bringen da!!! Very long waiting time to be able to order something, even when the rush hour is over. Food was quite okay.

Wir waren für einen Skitag in der Lenzerheide. Mittagessen wollten wir im Heimberg. War keine gute Entscheidung.Wir mussten über 1 1/2 Stunden aufs essen warten (und das nach der Mittagszeit). Auf Nachfrage wurden wir immer vertröstet und sogar angeschriehen, wir sollen nicht immer nachfragen.Das Essen kam dann um 14:30 Uhr und die Hälfte hat noch gefehlt (Spiegelei auf der Rösti, Spätzlepfanne). Nie wieder.Ps: unsere Nachbarn haben 1h auf drei Heisse Schokoladen gewartet.

Küche und Personal unendlich überfordert. 90 min nichts zu Essen. ... und kein Chef der hinsteht und Verantwortung übernimmt.

Nach dem Umbau das Restaurant um 13:30 betreten. Das bestellte Essen kam dann nach fast 80 Minuten. Teigwaren nicht al-dente und in der wässrigen Napoli-Sugo schwimmend.... schade für die schöne Location, wenn die Küche nicht nach mag....

Wirklich ein schönes lokal, Innenausbau top und modern! Aber zuerst wurden die Tische nicht abgeräumt (auch nicht geputzt), dann haben wir mehr als 1 Stunde auf Focaccia gewartet und die Pasta kam noch später. Sehr schade!

Und auf dem Weg von der Station zum Heimberg steht ein grosses Werbeplakat : "Du hast es verdient!" scheinbar muss ich bestraft werden. Zur Begrüssung wird uns gleich klar gemacht, dass die Wartezeit für jegliches Essen mindestens eineinhalb Stunden sind. Man könnte meinen, es sei die erste Saison.... Nur noch peinlich für Gäste und Angestellte.

We recently had our annual Christmas dinner here. The landscape is breathtaking, but for me it doesn't justify treating the customers like dirt. When we finally got the food after a long wait, it was soggy and almost cold.
