Restauration Similart in Lancy

The day I visited, I didn't see a hint of a smile from the waitress. And I very much doubt that my orange juice was homemade🤔😤

Dès notre arrivée nous avons été accueillies froidement, malgré un masque pour dissimuler son agacement notre serveur n’était visiblement pas ravi de nous voir. 6 filles pour un enterrement de vie de jeune fille, nous nous attendions à un peu plus de convivialité. Dommage cela nous a gâché le repas délicieux. On nous a demandé si on voulait commander, on ne nous répond même pas... comment savoir s’il a entendu?! Bref, nous espérons que ce serveur changera vite de métier, le restaurant mérite mieux. C’est la première fois que le service nous déplaît.

Nothing has changed in 30 years

The morning staff is not pleasant at all compared to the afternoon-evening person always with a hello and smiling

“free delivery, guaranteed within 30 minutes” it is written on their site... Result, 1h45 later, a cold, greasy and disgusting pizza... Moreover, the delivery man seemed so happy to bring us the pizzas that he barely said hello and probably forgot to apologize for the delay ... Anyway.. Experience not recommended, but rather to be avoided...
