Restorant Promulins in Samedan

Evergreen cordon bleu was underground. Vegetables overcooked and without salt. With the Cordon Bleu the cheese was mushy. The tk fries were the highlight. Too bad for the money.

The big information sign on the main street made us curious. The ambience, service and of course the food were very good, we felt very comfortable and welcome. The poké bowls and also the salads that you could put together yourself were fresh and very tasty. We'd love to come back.

Unfortunately we were disappointed, had to wait over half an hour before we could order, the food was good, the service was bad, we felt absolutely unwelcome!! This wasn't the first time we've visited the restaurant and until yesterday we were always very satisfied.

The restaurant is part of a beautiful complex. The architecture is very successful. Unfortunately, the “restaurant” including the operator is a disaster. As soon as you enter you can see the lack of attention to cleanliness. The tables were all covered with glass prints or food residue. The waitress disappeared indefinitely after we sat down. After a long wait, we had to ask the playing child (very likely from the owners) whether the mother could get it. The woman served very listlessly and unfriendly. When asked if she could please clean the sticky, dirty table, she said no! There would be placemats on it anyway😂. One had big yellow stains from some sauce that she even replaced it herself. Bravo! The soup size was a disgrace and the broth came out lukewarm. In my opinion, these operators have missed the job and will hardly be found there in a few months/years. This would be a classic case for the restaurant tester Bumann!

I found myself eating in this place by chance, and I had much more than a dinner but a real experience, finally a restaurant where among the varieties they also offer various fish dishes, a rarity in the middle of these mountains, and then the kind star, sssssuper

A very friendly restaurant with the best Italian cuisine. The menu selection is large and also interesting for vegetarians and children. The food is very good, the atmosphere is inviting and cozy thanks to the friendly host couple. The somewhat hidden restaurant is definitely worth a visit!

I loved the owners, very nice! I really want to put 5 stars for them. A bit too pricy for some of the plates we got. Some were perfect but others were missing a touch of salad or a little extra in quantity. I am confident that the great owners will get to perfection level. Food was good and they are really kind and friendly. They deserve to be tried out again ;)

Once and never again.! Pumpkin soup was diluted with oil so that it is enough for 2 people. Homemade noodles, pasta & tortelini were very important & a big disappointment. Price performance is not right!

I recently went to this restaurant. An excellent restaurant for those who love Italian cuisine, I really enjoyed myself starting from the location to the staff... the cuisine was truly excellent, I recommend the spaghetti with clams, a real delight for the palate.

Unfortunately, I can only confirm the information about the miserable price-performance ratio. When we entered the restaurant, we initially had the impression that we were just disrupting the operations and the conversations of the staff. After about 10 minutes we were noticed and ordered pasta for 15 francs. What we got was unbelievable: 35 macaroni with tomato sauce! That's close to 50 centimes for 1 noodle! Something like this is unique - simply underground.

It is incomprehensible how the restaurant was so “destroyed” within a year! The only positive thing left is the view!

Bad service..Been there 2 times this week.1st time we wait 15 minutes for one beer..2time was a few minutes ago,wait for someone for 10 minutes,nobody came,get up and went away..

Last night we were looking for a restaurant in Samedan to satisfy our hunger. We chose the "Promulins". What we were offered can hardly be put into words. The food was simply super-mega-fine, from the starter to the dessert. This was cuisine at its finest. The service was very friendly, hospitable and you could see that everyone was enjoying themselves. The dishes were served in beautiful dishes, everything was deliciously prepared and smelled wonderful. The fact that we were treated to some fine “yarrow schnapps” at the end was the icing on the cake. I would like to thank you very much for everything. It was just awesome. Here the guest is not served like a king but like an emperor. I'll be back, even if the journey from Schaffhausen takes a few hours. Monika Koch

They have awesome drinks (non alcoholic)... didn't try anything else, though.
