Magnificent view, dream location. On the other hand, we arrived one day around 3:15 p.m. and the waitress was very disturbed....a young blonde lady with braids. I understood that the kitchen was closed, but we wanted to order something outside the kitchen....she repeated that they would close soon....I assured her that we would leave on time ...no problem....yet it stopped us from wanting to go to this restaurant, even if we did it every ski day in Saas Fee. Damage!

Really nice restaurant! We quickly got to a table without a reservation. The food was top we ate ravioli & pasta bolognes. The view is very beautiful and you can really enjoy it! What is rather negative is that the service workers are rather pushy, we weren't even at the table for 1 minute & in that 1 minute about 4 employees came and asked if we knew something... & the same thing happened at the neighboring table.

Average food, poor service but wonderful views. We went several times throughout the week and it was very crowded (end of December) but we loved the views from the top of Saas-Fee. You get there by taking the alpine metro and several ppl go who aren’t skiing/snowboarding. Overall, recommended!

We were here today and wanted to eat the sandwiches we brought with us after a wonderful hike through the snow. We ordered fries, which were a very small portion for the price (9.-). There was also a warm chocolate which consisted of around 60% cream only. Since we don't have a lot of money as a group of 15-17 year olds, we could only afford these two things and then wanted to enjoy our sandwiches. Just as we were about to eat what we had brought with us, the server came to us and very rudely explained to us that we were not allowed to eat our sandwiches. Of course we take that into account, but the way she treated us was very rude and condescending.

Too bad for a restaurant, we had the linguine bolognese and the raclette fries. Neither tasted good. Disappointed by this big black spot given the exorbitant prices…

Great experience, the 360 ​​degree view. A very pleasant waitress seats us, another takes the order and the third serves us, it's quite quick despite the crowd. The prices are quite high but a restaurant with a rotating platform is unique. The ski slopes are great so take the gondola, the Alpine metro and take a well-deserved break in this original restaurant.

Amazing view but very disappointing food. Many items were not available and those one could have were very average in quality. Also the service staff, whilst pleasant, were clearly stretched far too thin. It felt more like a “self with service” than a service restaurant. All in all, go for a drink for the view, but skip the food.

The rule that you are seated at peak times is a bit annoying for tired skiers because they are looking for a place to rest their tired legs. But once the place is found, I am rewarded with a wonderful view. The service is quick and friendly. The food was very good for a mountain restaurant I like being here.

Very nice operating staff who remain friendly and serve quickly despite the large number of guests. Fantastic view of the mountains all the way to the Bernese Oberland with the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau and the Gotthard area.

Were here in spring. Few guests, service inattentive and the first plate of cold cuts from the fridge was definitely not prepared that day. The carrots are rubbery and the beetroot has already spread color across half the plate. After a friendly attention from us, a new plate was delivered. That one was even worse than the first. There were dried traces of a dip on the cheese that wasn't on our plate. So our new plate was put together with leftovers from old plates. The boss then took care of it and invited us. Hopefully this was an oversight by a member of staff in the kitchen and not standard.

The view is magnificent. In my opinion, this is an inefficient approach to the placement of guests. Even though there were free seats, we had to wait in line for 20 minutes. When it was our turn, the lady first had to ask the boss whether we would get something to drink at 3 p.m. The wait staff at the table was friendly.

If you haven't experienced this, you haven't seen Saas Fee - simply breathtaking!!! The food and prices are completely ok - you shouldn't forget all the logistics involved. Insider tip: take the first cable car up in the morning and then watch the sun rise - gigantic.

Amazing views of the glacier and grandiose mountains. Totally worth a visit. Food was great too. On the menu there is swiss classics but they are serving some creative specials that break out from "usual suspects" such as gnocchi with gulash sauce, spare ribs with lentils, fries with cheese sause. Both were well executed and delicious.

As the name suggests, the seating area of ​​the restaurant rotates and if you take your time while eating (or the service is unmotivated, which was unfortunately the case for us), you can enjoy a 360 degree panorama without getting up. From the piste exit level you go up two floors (the toilets are on floor 1). 95% of the seating area is filled with tables, there is a small and very stylish lounge area for 4-5 people. In our case, the staff was friendly, but not very motivated and didn't show up after ordering and delivery. The hot chocolate is served in a stylish glass. The prices are similar to those in the entire ski area, with a corresponding altitude surcharge. Great for the view when the weather is nice.

Wir waren vor zwei Tagen beim Skifahren und wollten mangels anderer Möglichkeiten im Drehrestaurant etwas zu Trinken kaufen. Und waren schockiert über die Zustände in Bezug auf Corona-Schutz. Alle Restaurants im Tal haben die Tische um die Hälfte reduziert und die Personenzahl reduziert. Nicht aber im Drehrestaurant. Der hinterste und letzte Platz war besetzt. Ohne Abstand. Fremde Leute sassen beisammen am selben Tisch. Diesen Leuten ist ja auch nicht mehr zu helfen. Allerdings hat das Restaurant ein Konzept zu führen und die Masse zu limitieren. Wir wollten an der Theke Mineralwasser kaufen. Man hat uns an einen Tisch verwiesen. Man werde nur an einem Tisch bedient. Ja super, also sind wir durstig wieder auf die Piste. Wir empfinden diesen Zustand als eine Zumutung in der heutigen Zeit, insbesondere auch unfair den anderen Restaurants gegenüber.

Il titolo mi è venuto così pensando all’esperienza di ieri.Direi molto molto bello il panorama da lassù (3500mt), bello il vedere scorrere a 360^ le vette circostanti mentre si sta pranzando.. (giro completo in 1 h)Molto meno i prezzi e la qualità del cibo.(Es: 28 € per una porzione di patatine fritte e una decina di crocchette di pollo oppure 6€ per una bottiglietta di “cola” .. )A tutto questo va sommato il costo della funivia e del metro alpin express (tipo funicolare) necessari per arrivare a 3500mt!! In conclusione: una di quelle cose da vedere 1 volta nella vita sicuramente soprattutto abbinata al padiglione del ghiaccio “Eispavillon” che è nel ghiacciaio proprio sotto il ristorante.

Der Ort ist unglaublich und der Blick über das Tal und mit den Gipfeln ist einfach wunderbar mit dem Sonnenaufgang.Die Preise sind jedoch viel zu hoch; 45 SFr für die Berg-U-Bahn und weitere 55 Sfr für das Frühstück mit der Saastalcard. . . . 100 / Pers SFr für ein durchschnittliches Frühstück mit zufälligen industriellen Lebensmitteln! !

Man kann in dem Drehrestaurant super gut Pause machen. Die Pommes sind einfach der Hammer. Die Bedinungen sind suüper freundlich.

Das wenige ist unglaublich, aber die Preise sind sehr hoch. Das Zeug ist sehr freundlich. Sie können sich vor der langen Fahrt eine Weile entspannen.

Il ristorante si trova sul ghiacciaio la vista è mozzafiato! La cucina è ottima offrono piatti tipici svizzeri e i prezzi sono corretti. Se capiti a saas fee devi assolutamente provarlo!

Non torneremo più: prezzo non conveniente, piatti poco curati e il personale irrispettoso.Dopo aver consumato un pasto mediocre abbiamo atteso 30 minuti per poter pagare.Pur non essendoci molta gente la cameriera non era in grado di gestire la clientela efficacemente. Abbiamo avuto pazienza e dopo la lunga attesa abbiamo deciso di recarci alla cassa per velocizzare il pagamento.In quel momento (la situazione andava per le lunghe perché la signora non riusciva a stampare lo scontrino) un altro cameriere ci ha urlato in modo molto scortese di spostarci da lì. Abbiamo provato a spiegargli la situazione e in risposta lui è stato ancora più maleducato, imitando la nostra voce e aggiungendo affermazioni a dir poco inospitali.

Erreur c'est immangeable, le steack est un mélange de boeuf de porc et de fromage .. la serveuse est navrée mais le mal est fait ... Tout ça pour une addition salée .. comme les frites .. bref à part la vue .. passez votre chemin
