If we hadn't known someone who invited us there, we probably would never have visited the place, as it is a little out of the way. But how delicious it was, the food tasted fantastic, you could taste all the ingredients are fresh, large portions and friendly waiters. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From here ❤️

Very crowded....good pizza, average prices....but I ordered a zabaglione with (marsala) and marsala was still found in Sicily... We are former restaurateurs now retired and we know how to distinguish between marsala and white wine.. Too bad🥴

Fast service and friendly staff. Good portions on the plate.

Even though we arrived we announced ourselves and sat as instructed at the external tables, after 15 people arrived after us and were served a very kind Swiss German boy (he was eating with the family) brought us their menu cards to the table since they already had tidy. In my opinion (I'm not a chef and I go by personal tastes) the spaghetti was a bit al dente. Spinach risotto was practically spinach with rice. I would try to bring the dishes of the 4 people to the table together even with different menus. This was not the case for us (plus 2 small girls) What can I say...personally I won't return. Staff very stressed and not very friendly. After complaints the waiter brought me free coffee.

The pizza there is great, you even have the choice of using wholemeal dough. The pizza is available all day long. The service is also very good, as are the prices (for Swiss standards). We look forward to our next visit to Locarno and to you.

After a recommendation we went to eat here. The food was very tasty, but the service still needs improvement. The waiter seated us and disappeared. We had to ask if we could order something. A card was only brought after asking. We were the only guests at the beginning, so we found this very weak. Still 4 stars because the food was served quickly and was also very tasty.

If you're looking for good food, you'll eat fantastically here. I have to say the pizza was very tasty. This is how a wood-fired pizza should be. Service very quick and nice. The "restaurant" is simply classic and is getting old, but these are just luxury problems. The main thing is to eat very well and this is 100% true.

The Aeroporto restaurant is one of the restaurants I have frequented regularly for almost 50 years. It's still how I remembered it as a child. The food is great, the pizzas are some of the best I've come across and the tiramisu is first class. The waiters are all very friendly and helpful. Above all Fabio has become a dear friend to me, he always knows you and always serves you very friendly. I highly recommend the Airport to everyone

Great, competent service, very fine, varied and creative food - summer and winter. The cameraman was very attentive when I had various questions about my histamine intolerance. He was so worried that he asked the chef to come to the table with a list of allergens for support. I'm happy to have found another restaurant where I can eat without fear without ending up in an emergency with severe shortness of breath. Thank you very much☺ and see you soon!

Despite the place being packed due to a special day (Rega Open Day), we were served in record time and ate really well!

Pizza highly recommended.. Very friendly attentive service.. Everything happened very quickly, the salad was barely finished when the pizza was already there. Unfortunately that was it Weather wasn't so nice, the terrace was closed.

Service is friendly, attentive and accommodating. Very short waiting times. All special requests for the pizzas were carried out correctly and the ingredients were not stingy. Vegetarian food labeled. Pizza dough optionally also gluten-free or with wholemeal flour. Ambiance is quite ok, wood-burning pizza oven visible, otherwise not particularly nice. 4/5 because food was ok, but a bit bland. The pizzas weren't entirely satisfying, but they weren't bad either. Lettuce was floating in the sauce, a bit too much, but better that way than just a few drops on top. It was a good experience, also because three helicopters took off and landed on our way back to the car. :-)

Had a pizza there that I personally didn't like. Soft base and no taste despite the salami. The chili that goes with the pizza was provided separately. This would be normal in any Italian restaurant, here it is labeled as spicy pizza on the menu. Once and that was it.

The food was very good, although the price was on the higher end. The atmosphere with the shady trees is also very nice. The real reason we came was the cool playground that we saw as we rode past on our bikes. Unfortunately, it is a private playground and the daughter of the owner (or the serving staff?) did not allow our children to play there and drove them away from both the trampoline and the house. This is not how you treat guests, even if the playground is private… It's a shame, but we certainly won't be coming back.

A nice bike ride from Ascona to the airport and enjoy a cool drink and a fresh tomato salad. Splendid. We were also able to follow the flight operations. What more do you want?

Good food with a nice outdoor area. A good location, especially with children. Would actually be 4 stars. Unfortunately, the women's toilet was very dirty (strong smell of urine) and the floor was very sticky. I was also charged an extra charge of CHF 3.00 for rocket on the pizza (CHF 1 would be appropriate).

I do like the pizza they serve here. Nice outside seating. Ok place to go with childern from 2 to 8 years old. They can watch the planes starting and landing.
