Highly recommended... great view, right on the lake, very friendly staff, great food and also very good wines.... I would love to come back... and at the end my dog ​​was allowed to swim in the lake... and that all inclusive👍👍

Very unfriendly service, bad food, pasta overcooked, hard bread.

The view and the food were wonderful. We were the first in the restaurant and were served very friendly. But when several guests were on site, we were no longer noticed because there were too few staff. We actually wanted to stay a little longer and order dessert, but the wait was too long and the waitress didn't have time.

Small restaurant including accommodation, with a friendly Portuguese/Tesinian owner(?). The fried trout is highly recommended as a main course. The wine selection is unfortunately modest, but the prices are very fair.

We read a lot of bad reviews, there were four of us, we had bruschetta as a starter and the best trotta bollita, brilliant - great. We can't confirm the bad reviews, we speak Italian, maybe this makes the difference?

Very nice location right on the lake. Unfortunately very unfriendly staff. If you don't have a reservation you will be rudely dumped. The restaurant inside was empty. Will never go there again despite the beautiful location.

Were turned down in a very unpleasant manner by the landlord when we asked if we could still get a place for two! Interior of the restaurant completely empty!

Slowest service ever. This might be a consequence of personal shortage after coronavirus crisis, but from the moment we entered the restaurant till the moment we got our food almost 1 hour passed. We dared asking for coffee after that, but 10 minutes later decided to cancel it, as we were tired of waiting and just wanted to leave. Funnily enough, for our check we also had to wait for at least 15 minutes.

Con mia moglie ci siamo recati domenica scorsa al ristorante Casa al Lago a Minusio.Proprio una bella terrazza sul lago, tranquilla. Un vero peccato che non c'era tantissima gente visto la bellissima giornata ed il posto incantevole.Il ristorante è gestito da una famiglia portoghese. Tutti molto gentili e disponibili. Anche il cuoco è uscito per chiederci se era tutto buono. Questo è sempre molto apprezzato.Abbiamo preso prima un'insalata poi i filetti di pesce persico con le patate bollite ed in seguito un gelato e caffé. Ho voluto provare un vino bianco portoghese al bicchiere (Monte Velho): molto buono.Il tutto per CHF 125.50 dunque prezzi in linea Unico neo: malgrado l'obbligo della mascherina per i ristoranti, nessuno del servizio la portava.

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Abend mit bestem Essen, freundlichem Service und sehr tollem Ambiente-direkt am Lago Maggiore- geniessen dürfen. Wir kommen wieder!!

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal hier, da wir vom ersten Mal so begeistert waren. Die Terrasse am See, die ruhige Lage (autofrei), das mit vielen Gewürzen ausgezeichnet gekochte Essen haben wir sehr genossen. Nette Bedienung, die uns wiedererkannt hat. Die tessiner Forelle ist sehr zu empfehlen und das Rindsfilet auf dem heissen Stein mit feinem Ratatouille-Gemüse und Pommes. Obwohl erst kein Filet mehr da war, wurde es für uns extra organisiert. Das ist Service. Das Lokal ist nicht überlaufen und hat tessiner Charme, fast noch ein kleiner Geheimtipp für einen entspannt-gemütlichen Abend.

Zu viert haben wir hier zu Mittag gegessen. Super freundliche Bedienung, super feines, Essen und das ganze auch in der richtigen Menge. Dieses Restaurant können wir nur empfehlen. Gerne reisen wir wieder von Zürich nach Minusio um hier zu Essen.

Die Lage ist reizend, direkt am Meer in Minusio und die Terrasse ist groß und überdacht. Die Speisekarte ist ausreichend, das Tartar war ausgezeichnet und für uns zubereitet. Der Service war etwas langsam und verwirrend, was zu Enttäuschungen führte.

Sehr nette portugiesisch stämmige Gastgeber. Sehr feiner Egli-Teller. Sowas von schön gelegen direkt am See, keine Autos, dafür umso besser für Velo Fahrende und Fussgänger. Kommen wieder!

Buonissima Trota Ticino soprattutto fresca ristorante a gestione famigliare molto accogliente

Abbiamo gustato un ottimo chateaubriand, accompagnato da un eccellente vino. Personale molto professionale. I prezzi sono forse un po' eccessivi in rapporto agli standard ticinesi, fr. 59.-- a testa per la carne + fr. 6.-- per ogni contorno. La bottiglia di 3/8 di Merlot ticinese a fr. 44.-- é forse un po' esagerata.

Ich bin entäuscht. Ich habe dieses Restaurant anhand trip app gefunden. Die Qualität stimmt in keinster Weise mit den Bewertungen überein. Das Gemüse und der Salat war nicht frisch. Mein Cordon bleu kam halbwegs verbrannt. Der Service lässt zu Wünschen übrig.

Servizio accogliente, specialità pesce truite au bleu, pesce persico e filetto di manzo.Il ristorante ha una favolosa terrazza che da una vista stupenda sul lago maggiore, ideale per cena romantica.Io ho potuto provare tutte le specialità elencate sinceramente consiglio di assagiarle.

Das Restaurant hat eine sehr gute Lage unmittelbar am See. Nur die Fußgängerzone verläuft noch zwischendurch. Sehr schöne, ruhige Terrasse, jedoch schlecht für Rollstühle (es hat nur eine lange Treppe). Das Essen war bei allen hervorragend! Es gibt auch gute Portionen. Wir hatten auch noch den sehr feinen, selbst gemachten Traubensaft.

Es ist wunderbar durch Antonio und sein Team bekocht und bewirtet zu werden. Fantastisch gute Forelle aber auch die anderen Speisen werden mit Liebe zubereitet und freundlich serviert. Diese Lokal kann man nur empfehlen, auch wegen der ruhigen und guter Lage!

Diretti ad un altro ristorante situato poco distante dal "Casa al Lago", ci siamo fatti incuriosire ed abbiamo percorso i 230 metri indicati dal cartello.Accolti da una signora molto gentile, abbiamo potuto scegliere il posto sul terrazzo che gode di una splendida vista sul lago. Il cibo è ottimo e la conduzione famigliare dá un valore aggiunto al servizio, che si è prontamente adeguato alle esigenze della nostra piccola di un anno e sei mesi, per cui era pronto il seggiolone. A parte un po' di pentimento vedendo il filetto degli altri clienti, tutto impeccabile. Ci sarà una prossima volta di certo!!!

Dieses Restaurant hat eine herrliche Lage, direkt am See, nur mit einem kleinen Weg davor (Autos nur Zubringerdienst), daher sehr ruhig. Die Terrasse ist im typischen Tessiner Stil gehalten, mit schönen Pflanzen. Wir trafen um ca. halb neun dort ein, Dienstag abend. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich, hat uns aber nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass gewisse Speisen/Weine ausgegangen waren. Dadurch wurde beim Bestellen ein zweiter "Wahlgang" nötig. Grundsätzlich sollte man genug Zeit einplanen, es dauert alles eine gewisse Zeit. Der Insalata Caprese (Tomaten-Mozzarella Salat) war gut und sehr gross. Bei Pasta reicht eine kleine Portion als Vorspeise gut, die normale Portion ist wirklich reichlich. Die Bolognese Sauce ist ausgezeichnet. Auch das Entrecote war wie bestellt gebraten, die Pommes aber zuwenig knusprig.
