Excellent pizza 🍕 absolutely worth trying...

A well-kept and bright environment, impeccable cleanliness, both the cuisine and the pizzas are excellent, with short waiting times. Kind, hospitable and dynamic staff, strategic position thanks to its numerous car parks in the immediate vicinity, also easily accessible by public transport.

We were there on Saturday in beautiful sunshine and wanted to have lunch on the terrace. It's scary how the older waitress (probably the boss) fussed about whether you couldn't eat inside because it would be too far to walk out. The catering establishments constantly complain about their existence and then they turn on the visitors so much... Luckily the two younger service staff were much friendlier. The tomato mozerella salad was rather bland in my opinion. The Gnoggi were also not comparable to the Gnoggi from the Tenza restaurant in Castione. Conclusion: I will avoid Ristorante Centrale in the future, even when the sun is shining on the terrace. Sorry.

Excellent dough, unfortunately penalized by other ingredients of only sufficient quality in my opinion (in my case mozzarella, tomato and black olives), too bad. Excellent services. Comfortable environment.

Very good quantity on the plate, meat from the special seasonal menu excellently cooked. Pizzas that if it weren't for how big they are, you would eat the edges with great pleasure. Good carbonara, pasta at the point of cooking. To return without hesitation.

Where I parked, I walked over to the terrace and thought about whether I should eat it. But the waiter waved at us with a smile. Sitting at the moment I'm having a good time. I remember the pizzeria and I'm always happy to go back.

Really good neighborhood restaurant that we visit about every other month and always enjoy Yesterday finally the Cordon Bleu with fries. As always, everything was great and now the fries are crispy too. The staff is always very friendly anyway 😃 Now also eaten game - deer medallion and also the very good & huge portion Very good pizza and great salad and now the Gorgonzola gnocchi and the beef fillet are also very good - for the 5th time here and we will be back.

This time too we ate dinner at Centrale on three evenings. The menu is generous and the dishes are finely prepared. The staff is friendly and the boss keeps a close eye on what's going on. Unreserved recommendation

I visited an Italian restaurant last week and was very impressed with the pâtes carbo I ordered. They were perfect: the sauce was flavorful and the pasta was cooked to perfection, not too soft or too hard. The service was also excellent: the staff was attentive and professional and they took the time to answer all my questions. In short, it was an excellent experience and I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who is looking for a good Italian pasta option

Nice place, clean, great service. The risotto from Minusio con lugnieta was particularly tasty. Plus vermicelles. Gladly again because it's also close to the bus station.

Cozy place and friendly staff, you feel at home. The menu of the day is always varied and really very good. Last night my husband and I had pizza for the first time and it was really very good. I took the one with wholemeal dough and enjoyed it all (it's rare that I finish a whole pizza). It's light and crunchy and the quality of the ingredients is there. The chocolate cake is also excellent. I highly recommend this place

Beautiful menu with many choices. We opted in for Bruschetta, Insalata di Mare and Cordon Bleu (300g). All meals were prepared with fresh ingredients and tasted super delicious. Our waiter Antony was friendly and always smiled when serving guests.

I am a coeliac and I had a great time eating pizza at Ristorante Pizzeria Centrale. Staff are friendly and also very knowledgeable on the risks associated with gluten for people with coeliac disease. We had a family celebration and it was wonderful for all to be able eat out together - food was excellent for both coeliacs and everyone else as well. Will definitely come back - highly recommended!

We've been eating pizza here for many years and it's always delicious. Unfortunately I took the pulpo/potato salad last time and was very disappointed 😩. Hardly any taste and the potatoes were completely overcooked. And that for 24 SFr 🙈. Shame!!!
