Truly terrible place, from the hygiene to the rudeness of the staff not to mention the very low quality of the food at absurd prices. My partner was ill all night after dinner. The bathroom was very dirty and the POS to pay by card didn't even work. Not recommended!

With regret, I have to give a negative rating about this restaurant. Although the location is pleasant and the dishes acceptable, the experience was compromised by the service. Booking for seven people in an almost deserted environment, we were surprised by the waiter's request to order specific dishes to avoid problems with the chef. The latter demonstrated little professionalism by shouting in the kitchen during the preparation of our meals. The dishes themselves were not very tasty and in limited quantity. During dessert, offered on the occasion of a birthday, the waiter was helpful, but the final interaction, with the waiter's request to leave the restaurant at 10.30pm for the train, left a disconcerting impression. Unfortunately, we will never consider this restaurant again.

This evening, I brought my partner for Women's Day, I expected a lot from this restaurant, but unfortunately the service was a bit unwanted. The starter of cured meats and cheeses was excellent, but the second course of meat was not good at all, the mushroom sauce was not noticeable and the side dish was liquid. The side dish for the second course has a separate cost of 7.- and modestly the fries were very dry and yellowish (like used oil). I thank the owner for asking me if I wanted another second course, and for offering me coffee. But for me it is the first and last time I will go there. The location is very beautiful! We got here by chance. The food is wonderful and the service is friendly, attentive and quick. We were even able to chat with the chef. The ambience is simple and elegant. Siamo andati per caso. Il cibo e buonissimo. The cameliere e gentile, attento e veloce. Abbiamo potuto speak with the cuoco. The atmosphere and simplicity and elegance.

We had dinner for 2, it was the first time we came to this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. Excellent welcome, super food, very nice restaurant. We will definitely return. The sliced ​​beef was exceptional 😋

I'm sorry for the staff who were very kind, but the food was terrible. Appetizer cold pastafoglia parcel. Overcooked risotto, more than a risotto it looked like an adjusted boiled rice. Cold meat and this too seemed to have been made first and then reheated. Too bad, because the place is very nice.

The service was very friendly, but really not attentive. The Fiorentina piece looked big and tasted very good, but it was a deceptive package for an 800g piece. 1/4 of the meat was just fat. We specifically ordered 2x baked potatoes. Vegetables and potatoes arrived. Dessert wasn't offered to us by itself. There was no question about drinks either. The glasses just stood there empty. We ordered the coffee with dessert and then it came separately. It's a shame the reviews unfortunately misled us into spending our evening in this restaurant. Price-performance ratio is also rather poor.

Personnel is very nice. Ingredients are fresh. Food preparation could be a little better, e.g. a partially burnt bruschetta and some pici very hard/raw while others overcooked (fortunately the sauce was very good). Quality price ratio could be better (see below receipt for a 1 person light dinner).

We would have liked to get to know the restaurant. Unfortunately, the operator couldn't decide whether he or she wanted to open on New Year's Eve or not and left his potential customers in the dark. Only after an on-site visit did we receive clear information. An impossible behavior.

A real gem in Bellinzona, I must admit that I have not visited other restaurants here but comparing to French-speaking Swiss towns (around Lake Geneva), we are totally playing on two different levels. Exceptional quality and taste of the ingredients, more than generous quantities (I couldn't finish my dish and couldn't consider dessert and yet God knows I have trouble not finishing my plates... ). Attentive and friendly service, a good atmosphere, in short, perfection. To try without hesitation (special mention to the pinsa which I did not know)

Nice place with a nice terrace. Very good ossobucco with saffron rice and very good pinsa.. impeccable service. We'll come back to that...

What a nice surprise to find a Tuscan restaurant in Bellinzona. Everything was excellent: hospitality, kindness, typical Tuscan flavours. We tried the appetizers and the pastas and the pinsa; everything excellent. Next time we will try the meats which, according to other diners, had a quoline-like appearance in their mouths. Well done, nice initiative.

The venue has an impact: well-kept, intimate and elegant, ideal for a romantic dinner. I offer really interesting dishes, with various Tuscan specialties but above all they have a superior selection of meats, from beef ribeye to real Florentine steak. Absolutely recommended.

A missed opportunity. We ate well, mostly meat (fries not that great), but we waited far too long. Half an hour for the order and an hour and a half for the service of the ordered dishes is definitely TOO MUCH!

Nice ambience outside. A bit narrow and dark inside. Service friendly but not attentive. Waited 50 minutes for the food we ordered. The now empty glasses were of no interest to the service, who left too quickly to be able to reorder. The food is nicely presented, but the taste is... the food is simply not well prepared and the quality of the ingredients is rather sufficient. Unfortunately, no parmesan or chili oil is served (actually part of the risotto) so that you can have some taste. And just keeping the portions small to appear gourmet is definitely not enough. So there is no value for money. The bread was the highlight. Wonderfully fresh and warm. But that's not enough to come back

This hidden gem is located near Piazza della Foca and is a must-visit! The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive and eager to help. The risotto with porcini mushrooms and truffles was tempting, but I really had my heart set on pasta. So the risotto dish became a pasta dish without any problem and it tasted absolutely excellent. The panna cotta was also a standout dessert. The overall ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal. I look forward to coming back!
