The pinsa was delicious, but the lasagna was dry and the meat very tough as well as tasteless polenta. Additionally, the prices are excessive. We had reservations and were with an elderly person but the waitress without embarrassment moved us from the table after 15 minutes in the restaurant. She “did not understand” according to the boss, of course she only spoke Italian, a few words of German but did not understand when we wanted to communicate with her, from the start she spoke Italian to us while we did not. let's not speak Italian, I find it rude and to provide a service I think it is necessary to at least understand your hosts. The boss offered us a dessert at the end to apologize, we appreciated the gesture but unfortunately will not return.

Nice Italian restaurant in the old town of Olten. Easily reachable on foot or by car, with public parking in the Klosterplatz or near the Town Hall. Restaurant with strong Italian flavors and truly pleasant. It has two entrances: one on Klosterplatz and one on Fröschenweid. The entrance on Klosterplatz offers a beautiful view of the Aare. Friendly and competent staff. Quick service. Excellent quality food and preparation. Particularly liked were the rabbit and the pinsa with sausage, truffle and pecorino. Wide choice of excellent wines and some beers. Really appreciated that it's open on Sundays, unlike many others... I'll definitely be back!

Pinseria ONCANTO in Olten. You like to go out and back in there. It really has to be that way. The good food is complemented by the service and the ambience. And a good drink that tastes good. We were in this restaurant this evening. The food was served half-warm on cold plates. The absolute highlight was when the waitress asked us to vacate the table at 7:30 p.m. It's a shame that was the first and last time there.

Quality, courtesy, very nice environment

Unsatisfactory experience. Despite pre-ordering and the initial statement of a 15-20 minute waiting time, we were only informed on site that the waiting time would be extended to an additional 30 minutes. The owner's lack of communication and disinterest following this delay added significantly to the frustration.

The pinsa is really excellent, however we found the prices really excessive!

I have been an extremely satisfied regular customer since Incanto opened. The atmosphere is pleasant and homely and the pinsas are the best I know. The highlight is the great wooden terrace!

My daughter and I ate a pinsa for the first time, but definitely not the last. The pinsa was excellent. The price of the green salad seems a bit too high to me. We will come back with the rest of the family. The service and the host were very friendly.

I go there every week and have already tried out the menu. Great wines available to accompany. The service is also very good and can still remember what I ate and drank on my last visits and can therefore respond well to my preferences. The best restaurant in Olten to enjoy a cozy evening with friends, for example.

Pinsa Napoletana is from another world!

The pinsa was very tasty! Very good dough, thicker than often with pizzas, but very airy and perfectly baked. Had the Vegan Pinsa and it was perfect.

Very fresh products and lovely, courteous service from the winemaker Damiana! However, the price for Olten is a little on the higher end. For group reservations, be sure to discuss the number of wine bottles and the no-show policy with the host in advance.

Good Italian food and nice service.

We ordered two Pinsa for the first time today. I can't rate the ambience since we ate the food at home. The pinsa were both very tasty, tasty and the ingredients were fresh and enjoyable. The price was very high and doesn't correspond to the quality of the food. Probably won't be ordering anything here again anytime soon. The service was nice.

The Pinsa itself is really great. Dough and basic sauce are right. The mixed salad with tomatoes, corn and melons consisted of green lettuce, a tomato wedge and some canned corn. Apparently there was no melon. The atmosphere on the parking lot terrace is a bit unromantic. The service leaves a lot to be desired. Even if Italian, but a minimum of German would be helpful. Also long waiting time. Beer bottle is taken away despite there being a small amount left because the glass is foaming over. Feedback that the bottle should stay is not understood. Two people, three beers over CHF 80 is at the upper limit.

Southern ambience, bright rooms with a matching flair and beautifully set tables. The menu offers different types of Pinsa's, which is a total surprise. Pinsas are lighter and airier than pizzas. The finest Parma ham, freshly cut, with tomatoes, mozzarella, mascarpone, rocket and other fine ingredients on an airy, crispy dough are pure enjoyment. Accompany yourself with a fine glass of Santa Cristina and then end the evening with a typical Italian espresso. NEWS! Fine dining on the Olten monastery square: Once again enjoyed good pinsa at Incanto. The first time IN FRONT of the house, on the Klosterplatz side, it was very pleasantly cool on this hot day. The garden seating areas will now be a permanent fixture and will be used all year round. Great thing! 👍

Excellent pinsa, and a real Italian coffee!

The location of the restaurant is really great. On my first visit I wanted to have lunch. Unfortunately, I experienced a slightly different service than I am used to in Olten. The waitress was a bit unfriendly and the portion was quite small. The bruschetta I ordered only had two cherry tomatoes, each cut into four halves and barely visible under the pile of arugula. The place itself has a nice, warm atmosphere, but my experience was somewhat let down by the service and food.

The Pinsa dough was excellent, but the topping was quite dry and bland. Friendly service, we got a table at 8 p.m. even though the restaurant closes at 9 p.m. The outside area was approx. 10 people waited about 1 hour for the pinsa.

This was our first time in Incanto and we will definitely be back. We were greeted very friendly. The service was very attentive & the food was simply amazing.

This Pinsa is the finest Roman Pinsa and Italian pizza in all of Olten! For dessert, the tiramisu with an espresso is top notch. Try it...

The food was very fine. When my wife and I had finished eating, the plates and glasses were immediately put away, even though our son was still eating. We almost felt thrown out. Very uncomfortable. We took the coffee home. A pity.

We were the first (we were a little early). The greeting from the kitchen was delicious (broccoli soup), starter (bruscetta and caprese) was ok (a bit small) the main course (2 pinsatas) were very tasty but we had to wait a little longer and only got it after others who ordered later . The service was a bit friendlier at the beginning but then became quite stressed towards the end and without warning (from behind) "snatched" my partner's plate from under his nose as he was still chewing the last bite. We then saved ourselves the dessert. It cost enough anyway (almost 90.- together with two half minerals). It was delicious but our last time.

Delicious pinsas pleasant atmosphere

Once again we ate and drank excellently with friends at Incanto. We are all regular guests and will remain so. The Pinsa's are excellent, and the vitello tonnato is awesome! If you know a bit of Italian, it sometimes helps with the service.

On November 30th, 2022 we had a very fine Puolpo with lemon rissotto upon pre-order and would always be highly recommended

When you see that you bake the lasagne in the microwave and then in the oven, you can't expect much. The taste was also bad. The chocolate soufflé was also a disappointment with no soft center, like a normal cake. You don't even deserve one star

It is difficult to find a restaurant open during sundays in Switzerland. The place is cozy, and the chef is wonderful. The little italian shop is worth the price and one of the better vegetarian choices around.
