The service staff is friendly and courteous and is happy to answer questions from customers who are not very familiar with Indian cuisine. I appreciate the large selection of vegetarian dishes. The delivery took an extremely long time, we called and asked, they said it was on the way, but it took another 30 minutes after the call. The food was inedible, I ordered butter chicken, you can see from the picture that it is definitely not your typical butter chicken and was excessively oily. The samosas were also dripping with fat, you couldn't even eat them, and the taste was also a disappointment. The meal cost over CHF 90.00 for food that you couldn't eat.

A long established restaurant situated in the heart of Olten. It was recently voted as "Olten's best Indian restaurant". Our waiter was friendly and helpful without being too obtrusive. The menu is in German and English. I had shrimp Biryani which (in my own opinion) was a bit too dry and clumpy but nevertheless quite tasty. The accompanying yoghurt sauce helped a lot. My companion had butter chicken which was delicious but could have done with a bit more chicken. As with most Indian restaurants in Switzerland, I find the prices a bit high, but, as an occasional treat, quite acceptable. They also do a buffet during the week which, I've heard, is great value and quite popular.

The prices are totally unjustified! The dishes taste OK but not very tasty, and the portions are very small. 39.- CHF for 8 king prawns, a little potatoes, onions and rice is simply too expensive. Delivery was OK but also a bit long at 60 minutes.

My absolute favorite restaurant! :-) I go once a week. At lunchtime there is a huge selection at the buffet, different daal, etc. which always change (including takeaway). The food is incredibly tasty and the service is very warm. Also great for a fine dinner, the selection is large. :-)

The lunch buffet was heavenly - there was a great selection of vegan to meat and fish dishes that were not only delicious but also healthy. And all of this at a fair price. Will love coming back when I'm in Olten again!
