Service very friendly. Resti full, food still came quickly. The pasta is absolute madness. Fresh and just right in the bite. Only recommended

The staff were very friendly, which made me feel good, and the Spiez village seen from the window was so pretty!! Even though I had to use a translator to communicate because he couldn't speak English, he kindly explained things to me and I was grateful that he waited patiently for me to choose the menu. The pizza and beer were crazy👍🏻 It was so delicious. The last greeting was also in Korean, “Thank you~ Bye~”, so I left smiling until the end. Thanks to you, it was a fun meal. Be sure to go!!

Happened to pass by this place by chance as we arrived late from Milan by train and we needed something to eat. Very warm and smiley welcome, despite the time 9.30pm. The restaurant it’s managed by an Italian couple very kind and professional. Quality it’s the secret for each dish they have on the menu and pizza and pasta are both hand/home made by themself. Can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu! Bravi 🙌

Came for lunch. This was the best Italian food I have had in Switzerland. Such fresh ingredients and a fabulous menu. I wish I could have purchased some of their pesto and balsamic, it was so good. I had my toddler with me so it was a bit of a hurried meal, but they took such good care of our family and made us feel welcome. Thank you ❤️

Avoid this place. After sitting down no waiter came to bring the menu or take drink orders for 10 mins. Then there was a big fly in one of our pizzas (!). Furthermore, the people next to us told us they had 3 dishes with hard rock pastas…

It is always a good idea to go. They are so friendly from the beginning and their food is so exquisite... that whenever we have free time we try to repeat. They are the best. Thanks for everything always!

We ordered truffle fettuccine, the quantity was small and the taste was very ordinary, and the price was 35 francs!!!! I give it 3/10 We ordered the Margherita pizza 8/10 (in general it is considered sweet) Truffle pizza with fries 10/10 (it was delicious to be honest, and if I had eaten it alone I would have given them 5 stars)

Had dinner here with my boyfriend and a friend and we had a nice time! All three of us had tasty pasta dishes, and we also ordered Hugos, which were very refreshing. Their homemade tiramisu is very good too. Nice atmosphere, beautiful views, and friendly staff. A few cons to note though: - the restaurant is a bit too pricey (8 CHF for a bottle of water? 13 CHF per Hugo?) - service is a little slow

Discovered by chance on a short vacation and with luck got a table on the terrace. Super friendly service. The Abbruzzo pizza was very good. Dolce vita in Spiez!

I stayed at Bellavista with my daughter in October 2022 and are looking forward to our next trip to the Bernese Oberland this June. Table already booked at Bellavista. Very authentic cuisine like in Italy. Carbonara WITHOUT cream and with guanciale, as it should be. Very pleasant atmosphere with an extraordinary view, just a few steps from Spiez train station.

Really delicious meal! The carbonara and insalata mista were fantastic.

Everything was excellent. The Apulian waitress (I don't remember her name) was very professional

A warm and sincere welcome, a breathtaking view with pink mountains couloured by the sunset, tastefully decorated which is not a given in the area where time seems to have stopped in the 70's in most places. If we could, we would give many more stars. From the greeting to the farewell, you feel warmly welcome as a guest. The food is top. The warm service is unique. And the tiramisu is the best in Switzerland. We'd love to come back. Thank you very much for two lovely evenings.

Yesterday we visited this restaurant for the first time! What a highlight! Very nice restaurant with a view of the lake, very friendly service and the food tasted great! There are so many pizzerias in Spiez, I went there without any particular expectations and was totally pleasantly surprised. We will recommend you and will definitely come back! The parking lot is a bit dangerous and narrow but there are other options, it's worth it!

Really good Italian gastronomy with a warm, family atmosphere. A bit noisy due to the architecture, but the view that gives it its name makes up for it... ;-)

Beautiful cozy restaurant overlooking the bay, decent selection of vegetarian dishes as well as kid friendly dishes. We did not have to wait, and the Restaurant even did allow us to share since we just had a heavy snack while searching for restaurants... We would have loved to be there for a full 4 course meal :)

The Bellavista impresses from A to Z. - warm welcome at the entrance - our waitress (unfortunately I don't know the name) got all the plus points for me. Attentive, courteous, professional. Her Italian charm rounded the whole thing off perfectly. - Price / performance is very good. - we had pizzas, which were very tasty. (Thanks Michelangelo) There are also small pizzas, special pizzas with different flours, white and red pizzas. The tiramisu was excellent for our taste. Not too sweet and not too powerful, perfect. - Atmosphere in the restaurant is cozy. We felt very comfortable from the start. We were there in the evening and were lucky to get the last table. It's really fun - thanks to the whole team! Keep it up!

I got take out and the four cheese pizza. All I tasted was cheese and it was not great. Crust was thin and okay for the style. No flavor to the little sauce on it. I've had many thin style pizzas before like this and just did not live up to the rating expectation. Maybe food is better in person but all I tasted was disappointment.

My goodness, how delicious. In a country where (real) Italian restaurants are scarce. (Now they are all Turks who have taken over our grandparents' pizzerias). Being here is a blessing. Thank you for carrying forward our cuisine. Now a few words about food. We ate a fresh pasta carbonara and a ham pizza. All perfect. It doesn't seem like much but not everyone knows how to make pizza like we eat it in Italy. Well done 👏🏼 PS: very friendly and peaceful environment. I recommend 100%

We visited for a quick lunch. Enjoyed the friendly and prompt service. Food was amazing! We had pizza (attraction), vongole and carbonara. Ended off the meal with cappuccino and tiramisu - both great as well. Highly recommended …plus It’s conveniently located a few minutes from the Spiez train station with amazing views!

The small restaurant is tastefully decorated and the view of the lake and Spiez Castle is fantastic. The service is quick and very friendly. Rare to find: the owner personally says goodbye to the guests :-). We tried the pizzas, which were delicious (unfortunately the consistency of the mozzarella was a bit tough). The homemade ravioli with the special sauce was cooked perfectly al dente and excellent. Conclusion: WE WILL BE GLAD TO COME BACK...;-)
