Easy online appointment scheduling: I particularly appreciated the ability to reserve my table online. Confirmation came within a few seconds, which made the start of my visit seamless. Good parking and safe access: The availability of parking spaces and the well-lit access area made my arrival very pleasant. Attractive Mediterranean interior: The Mediterranean decor of the restaurant is really appealing. We were lucky enough to get a seat overlooking the wood burning stove, which made the atmosphere even more special. It was fascinating to watch the chefs at work. Friendly and motivated service: The service was extremely friendly and seemed very motivated. This had a positive impact on our mood throughout the entire visit. Delicious pizza: The highlight of the visit was of course the pizza! It was exceptionally delicious and exceeded my expectations. In summary, I can fully recommend your pizzeria. After a general meeting, we (around 40 people) stopped at this restaurant. A homely Italian-style restaurant. You immediately felt comfortable. The service was very friendly (no long waiting times) even though employees were absent due to illness. The boss helped a lot. The meal was given: small salad, sliced ​​pork in mushroom cream sauce with pasta or French fries, for dessert 1 scoop of ice cream with or without cream. Anyone who wanted to eat vegetarian food received a pizza. Anyone who wanted could enjoy a very fine wine with it. A classic lunch for an AGM. Very delicious. A guest mentioned that the restaurant (quite a large selection) offers very fine pizzas. These are pre-baked in a wood-fired oven. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and has a toilet in the entrance area for disabled people. All in all, a highly recommended restaurant in Gotthelfdorf!!

We were surprised by this pizzeria in the Little town where we stayed in Switzerland. Very friendly staff. We had very good wood-fired pizzas and an Italian salad for dinner.

We rented the “party room” on a Saturday evening and were just by ourselves without being disturbed by other people. We were able to order the food a few days in advance and it was quickly prepared and served to us. The pizzas and fries were very tasty and also good warm. The service was very friendly, but probably a bit stressful. We ordered more pizzas twice and they never arrived. After asking the third time, we were told that it was their turn but that the hut was full upstairs and that it would therefore take longer. I also find the room a bit too dark.

Food is all well and good. But if you have two service nozzles who are afraid of dogs and I have to get my drinks at the counter (I'm not like that) or they are handed to us through the window onto the terrace, then the service stops for me. If you want to work in service, you should have respect but not fear.

The mixed salad as a starter was excellent and one of the best pizzas I have eaten. Plus the service is great and the terrace is nice. A must if you are in the region.

This was actually my favorite pizza place. During Corona winter I wanted to eat on the terrace with my family in the sun and cold. I noticed the boss's negative attitude; he didn't want to give a table to an unvaccinated person (God knows how many times we were there and he knew us). And so I will now avoid this location like a cat avoids water. Never again!

Lunch menu from the daily menu for Büezer was delicious, quick and uncomplicated. Unfortunately it's not often around at lunchtime, otherwise my work colleague and I would leave immediately.

Pizza was good and served quickly. However, I paid 3.50 for 5dl of tap water, which I find a bit excessive.

A little insider tip for us. The pizza is sensational, but the rest of the menu can only be recommended. The staff is great, friendly, relatively quick and funny. You can tell that they enjoy their job. Especially in the evenings it wasn't completely overcrowded and wasn't very loud.

Ordered food to be picked up twice. The first time, as agreed, I was there to pick it up after 30 minutes and then waited in front of the counter for over 40 minutes and was pushed aside several times in an unfriendly manner by the waitress, only to then take three burnt salami pizzas with us. Second order picked up 20 minutes later than agreed due to traffic jam. This time, with luck, 2 salami pizza was reasonably good, but the lasagne (16 CHF) was dry, hard and burnt. (not edible) Comment from the chef and waitress: it's just a normal crust! No money back!!! Unfortunately it was the last time we ordered or ate here! I can only advise everyone to check the food before taking it with them. Very sad to offer such poor service to the customer at these prices.

I visited this restaurant weekly. This is one of my usual go-to restaurants. Unfortunately, the quality of service has decreased due to a large change in staff during the Covid period. In terms of price, the restaurant is in the “Büetzer” price segment. Compared to other restaurants in this segment, the food is really, really good! The interior walls are painted in a really interesting way! Recommended: The homemade cordon bleu. What would have to happen to make this restaurant even better? More regional products and more flexibility in service. Definitely highly recommended! Edit: The restaurant is constantly being improved. The parasols and decorations have now been replaced and the background noise has been improved. I visit the restaurant once or twice a week and the owner has never been absent once. Edit 2: Also just repainted! Edit 3: Has quite a few guests right now. Staff is very well coordinated. Doesn't seem to be a problem. Edit 4: Adjustment after change in service quality (post-Covid).

What can you say? As soon as you walk in, the smell of the pizzas being baked in the pizza stone oven wafts into your nose, making your mouth water. You always receive very friendly service and feel at home. When the ordered dish comes to the table after a short time, the feeling is reflected in the food. We have always had a great meal and can happily recommend the Pizzeria Emmenbrücke.
