I’m not quite sure why this sad looking bruschetta took 45 minutes during a non-busy hour. Subpar service and subpar food. Not worth it.

The food was good, but that certain something was missing for the 5/5. The service was very nice and I persuaded my colleague to have a big beer. The ambience is nice, with a beautiful lake view. The price is like a kiosk, quite OK.

Come on, overall it went well even if at the beginning the waiter was very rude to give us a table. But in the end he was kind. I understand that there is a bit of nervousness in this job but it doesn't make a great impression. The risotto was very good and the fettuccine too. The environment inside was better. Too crowded outside and tables too close to each other.

Yesterday I went with a Ukrainian family to eat at Mary's pizzeria Unfortunately we had to watch a rat wander around in the kitchen and as a Swiss I don't accept this. The manager or owner didn't even apologize. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AFTER THIS SCIFO SCENE

I am often teased that I put too much salt on my food. But this pizza really overtaxed my taste buds. Wasn't edible unless I wanted to die from a lack of fluids. But they have a relatively good sales strategy because I drank three times as much as in other restaurants. But service and location are top :)

Quiet location but still centrally located, convenient and beautiful. The service was good and very quick. We ordered two pizzas, these were very good and full of ingredients and mozzarella. The dough was also excellent. Small flaw if you visit in the winter season and sit near one of the two entrances every time new customers come in a cold wave will also come with them. Overall I recommend this place.

Good food, nothing special. You can find a bit of everything on the menu, certainly all palates can be satisfied. The prices are fair for being in the center of Lugano. The service is a bit of a shame, some waiters are really kind, others are grumpy and not very helpful. The location is nice, nothing special... however everything is always tidy and clean. The nice thing is that you are a stone's throw from the lake, in the summer once you've finished eating you can immediately take a walk along the lakeside and in the winter you are a stone's throw from everything.

Food is delicious and fresh! Location and the view from the outside dining are superb! Pasta Arrabbiata is highly recommended. However, the server wasn’t welcoming.

Very expensive avanacola and birrino 20 frs overpriced

On a scorching hot evening we had dinner with the coolness of the outdoor fans. It was Sunday evening and no crowds. The acid test is the meat, what can I say, very well done, tender and tasty, which is not to be taken for granted, and served on a cast iron plate.. We will definitely be back

Very tasty meal. Menu is in 3 languages. Smooth operation. My pizza was a bit burnt on the edges and both the waiter and the cook came to ask if I wanted another one and before I could answer I received a new one. 👍🏻

We ordered the rice with grilled chicken and asked for the chicken to be well done and grilled. The waiter said yes . The food came out very cold and asked if they could warm the food, he said ok, the food was still cold and couldn’t help me more. The food was very expensive and they didn’t care to help in any way.

The pasta we ordered was very tasty. Before placing the order though, we asked if it was spicy. The waiter said, yes, so we asked to not make it spicy, to which he asked if “normale” was good. I responded with a yes, as long as it was not spicy. He confirmed that it would not be. Well, the pasta we received was super hot, to the point where I thought we would be spitting dragon fire. I notified the waiter right away. I told him we wanted zero hot spice, and so he obliged by returning to us with a new dish. The pasta in the end was truly so tasty. The waiter did not signal any issues to our requests, and thus, we were really happy with the experience, coupled with the amazing location and surrounding atmosphere. This is a restaurant I would eat at again!

Very tasty food the 3 times I went eating there last week, good quality. For the entry course the mix salad (well served and flavored) and the cold cuts (3 different ham, salami, tasty local cheese and marinated veggies) were very good 👍 Also their asparagus risotto with shrimps was good, although I found it an odd mix. But the best are their pizzas, hands down the best in town and not to take anything from it it is located near the lake!!!! Their tomato sauce is amazing and the pastry is thin and crusty. If you like row ham, try their Sfiziosa pizza really loved it! (typically doesn't come with tomato sauce, i would recommend to add it). Finally service is very good, friendly, fast and polite, and if it is raining their booth are very comfy.

Had pizza with friends. Pizza was very good and so was the service at the beginning. But this changed suddenly after the pizza was served. The waiter seemed very stressed and was no longer friendly from that point on. The waiter didn't like the single payment at the end. No tip from anyone, rarely experienced such substandard service. Once but never again!

Saturday evening, there was a lot going on in the whole city, I got a second table for myself from the waiter with the gray, short hair, that in itself is remarkable. The pizza prosciutto e zola tasted fantastic and was huge, the service from this gentleman with gray hair was amazing. He had to serve many guests and was always calm and determined in his way but always friendly, a real professional. The restaurant is very nice and close to the lake. I will definitely come back.

The service staff was very pleasant but the food was bottom drawer and overpriced. All the tomato bread was burnt and there was no sauce for the salad which was added unnecessarily. The tomatoes were unseasoned. The mojito was good.

Coincidence led me to this restaurant. Food was ok, but most of the rest should be improved. So, if I order a rocket pizza and the pizza baker just slaps dry rocket straight from the plastic Coop bowl onto the Margherita, I have every right to doubt his skills. If I order a green or mixed salad and simply get a 4x4cm cut lettuce from the Coop, my justification for doubts about my ability increases many times over. The service: Very nice welcome and opportunities to choose a seat. Ordering and payment also worked very well. But the waiter managed to save himself very, very narrowly from being lectured. I accidentally ordered a non vegetarian meal for my wife. When I tried to apologize and order something else, the waiter started waving his hands and got angry. He was almost bursting and even blamed me and pointed fingers at me even though I had already admitted it and just wanted to order another meal. I clearly signaled that I would pay for both meals and was very calm. Only when I asked if he was angry did he say no and luckily he got away with it. I have no idea what I would have done with him. He was really lucky with the negative. Imagine going out to dinner with your wife and sister and you meet a man with such manners, who shapes the “experience” in such a way that you worry about it and end up having to write such a stupid text. I'm sure there are customers who have a good experience and don't want to badmouth the business or the waiter, but I'm also sure you can learn from the situation and just make it a little better. If I don't communicate, it can't be done any better! That's why I hope for understanding if someone feels attacked.

The food wasn't great. What's worse is that you're being ripped off. When it came to paying, a young operator came and said off the cuff without doing the math that everything costs 50fr. For 2 pizzas, when it came to paying, we wanted to pay with a card so that we could get the receipt, but then they said the device was broken and we had to pay in cash, so he was able to put over 20fr into his own pocket without the restaurant noticing anything. This will result in complaints to the boss personally.

Nice cosy restaurant with a great view of the lake and mountains. Super friendly staff, large menu with some vegan and vegetarian options. This day I had the Vegan meatballs and mash potato. Very delicious but too small for a main course in my opinion. The Swiss sprite is tasty too. Overall very nice experience.

Very good food, as well as the environment, I do not recommend during peak times or on Saturday evenings, due to the physical space present. The rest of the week is very good. 3 stars because the staff was in a hurry to order, and put stress on my girlfriend who, after this incident, will never return to that restaurant again. Please accept that people can make mistakes, and that the dinners prior to this event were very enjoyable.
