The taste of chlorine bothered me when I entered the restaurant and unfortunately my first impression was the same. The service was very nice, we were welcomed and looked after in a hospitable manner. My food was dry and greasy, I couldn't finish it all. My impression: the quality is not as high as the prices would suggest.

The best pizza I've ever eaten! The host was very nice and the tables were beautifully set! Really a great place. There were five of us and everyone was thrilled!

Since Fuat took over the restaurant, the place has been running like clockwork! We are here weekly and receive excellent service! No matter whether it's pizza, hot stone, or just a glass of wine, it's always nice here! We are already looking forward to summer!

During our visit, we were 11 people, and things went a bit haywire. We were able to place the order quickly and the drinks arrived promptly. Then the wait for the food began. When the food arrived, a pizza was not hot or had been brought to the guest under a false name and new pizzas had to be made. When everyone had something to eat, the first ones were already finished. The pizzas were very good and the conditions were always friendly despite the stress. We will definitely come back and give Riva Bella a second chance.

Very unprofessional staff. Long waiting time. The food was an impertinence, the tartare was served raw without anything, just raw meat without toast and butter, after the complaint I was given carp and onions. I tried to eat after 3 spoonfuls I had to stop but of course the full price was charged. The fitness plate with chicken was so seasoned so that you couldn't taste it that it was frozen chicken. We used to enjoy staying at Riva Bella but will be wary of visiting again.......a shame

called on Friday at 1800 to reserve a table for 2 at 2100. nobody answered. Really busy, we thought this pub must be really good. Went there at 2100 to have a look. Restaurant empty inside, 2 tables occupied in the huge outdoor area. (We finally realized why this was the case, but read on first). Well, we then booked a table to enjoy the sunset over Lake Constance with food and wine. that was really comfortable. Even if there was smoking at the next table and the music was a bit loud and annoying, that didn't detract from the ambience. But what was surprising was the bill. It may also be common practice in some other pizzerias to charge for extra requests separately on otherwise expensive pizzas. but that a clove of garlic and a cut mushroom cost 2 fr each. cost is unusual. The fact that the anchovies ordered were still charged for even though they were forgotten is actually theft. I'm well aware that there are difficult times in the catering industry at the moment (purchasing, energy and transport prices) but here I really had the feeling that I had been ripped off. Anyway, learned something again and got to know a restaurant that we unfortunately won't visit again and won't recommend to others. Oh yes: there are three stars for the pizzas, they were quite good.

Nice restaurant, well equipped, except for the tables. They look good, but not ideal for cleaning. We were seated on an uncleaned table. Can happen. Not too tragic. In my opinion, the waitress was not dressed appropriately. Short top with a view of the bottom, not perfect. The food was good, but unfortunately one of the two hot stones quickly went cold. Coffee was undrinkable. Think you accidentally brewed the same coffee twice. Prices a little higher than appropriate for the service.

The ambience right on the lake with sunset etc is fantastic, but unfortunately it was the only thing that stood out. The employees have either not yet woken up from Corona or have lost their joy in one of the lockdowns. But you also have to deal with meat dishes from Poland etc. or a kitchen that leaves the house at 10 p.m. In my opinion, price/performance is not given. In such a great atmosphere you expect more.

Waited 1.5 hours for the food and the bill was wrong. We weren't even asked if we needed anything else. The staff is totally overwhelmed...there are spiders everywhere, really disgusting and if you complain because you got the wrong food and rg you are shouted at as you leave, we don't have to come anymore. Absolutely not recommended... it's better to stay away... I worked in the city for a long time and it used to be a little better... something so rude is just unbelievable... it's a real shame and bad...

While the food has pretty decent even thought we just had the starters, the whole openable roof as well as the wall where literally full of spiders and their nests. I told my wife not to worry and to enjoy her meal. Whoever while eating, a medium size spider fell on my knee, I tried calmly to get it off me, whoever the spider decided then to enter my shoe. Well for the first time in my life I took out my shoes in a restaurant. I then immediately decide to complain about this bizzarre and disgusting situation, and there things got funny, the waitress addressed me by saying "it's normal that we have spiders, we are next to the lake (I mean that place was ready for Halloween) we paid our starters (even thought a decent restaurant would have offered us the meal after such incident) and left the place running!

Sehr schön am Staaderhafen gelegen und gutes Essen

Bei Weitem eines der coolsten Plätzchen am See/Hafen!

Wir haben reserviert und mussten eine halbe Stunde warten bis wir etwas zu trinken bekamen und eine weitere Stunde auf das Essen. Darauf angesprochen wurde die Geschäftführerin noch frech und unanständig , schade denn das Essen selber war gut. Der Kellner hatte Mühe mit rechnen und verrechnete sich zu unseren Ungunsten . Schade um die schöne Terasse am See .

Die Cozze waren ganz bestimmt nicht frisch, hatten etwas kartonartiges. Würden wir nicht empfehlen. Die Fisch-Knusperli mit dieser dicken fettigen Panade mit einem winzigen Kern Von Fisch. Kann man gut drauf verzichten. Der offene Montepulciano leider abgestanden. Leider ein äussert unerfreuliches Erlebnis.

Ristorante italiano sulla parte Svizzera del lago di costanza. Ho mangiato le penne al gurgonzola e devo dire che erano speciali mentre mia moglie prendeva il risotto al tartufo speciale anche quello. I prezzi sono naturalmente in linea con il tenore di vita svizzero perciò per noi italiani può sembrare caro. Io però lo consiglio per chi si trova in zona e vuol mangiare bene. Il cameriere Gianni poi è veramente gentile e simpatico

Die suuuuper Bedienung passt genau mit dem wirklich ausgezeichneten Essen zusammen! Besonders die italienische Gerichte wie Fisch, Muscheln etc. sind perfekt!

So ein schönes Restaurant! Das Essen war absolut lecker und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir gehen sicher ein zweites Mal.

Wir hatten ein spätes Geschäftsessen und saßen draußen im Schatten und hatten einen tollen Blick auf den Hafen. Ich hatte den Caprese-Salat, gebratenen Fisch und Pommes und das Essen war sehr gut. Der Service war sehr aufmerksam und es war eine tolle Erfahrung.

Ausgezeichnet, Özkan und sein Team sind mega gute Gastgeber. Aber die Küche ist Sensationell, ohne worte. Danke!

Unglaublich wie schön das Essen zubereitet wurde. Es hat wirklich richtig gut geschmeckt. Ich gebe selten Rezesionen, aber das war Top. Der Service (Giovanni) war sehr zuvorkommend. War zum ersten Mal hier und werde bestimmt wieder kommen.

Wir waren in einer grösseren Gruppe Essen. Alle fanden das Essen super gut. Alle hatten Pizzas oder Pasta. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Ambiente super schön.

Sehr schöne Einrichtung mit Holzofen. Leider nur Temporär. Fondues sind alle sehr lecker. Auch die Pizzen kann ich empfehlen. Dünner, Knuspriger Boden.
