Best cappuccino in Switzerland!

The place is very cozy and different, loved the ambiance! We ordered cold brew and americano, which were good. We stayed for more than an hour, drinking coffee, reading books and shopping for some souvenirs. I just hope they add more to the menu, like light snacks, desserts, cookies etc.. The staff are very friendly too! definitely coming back when i visit Engelberg again 🤍!

Calm environment, friendly staff

Young, dynamic team that is committed to answering their customers' questions. Service is quick. Even at home, the Sunny Side beans hit my taste buds with a fine, silky, not too sour taste. In any form, Caffe-Tonic is a question of whether you like the combination: there is only black or white. The 50/50 version based on cold brew is a bit too bitter for ME and the individual components of coffee and tonic are lost. But try it anyway; it is important to discover new things.

Recently discovered by chance and was very pleasantly surprised. The shop is great, the stationery has some treasures that are worth discovering and honestly: the coldbrew with milk (Kalte Kafi) is a hit! So creamy and so delicious...

Great coffee in a unique atmosphere

Whenever we visit Engelberg, we stroll to the Roastery almost every day because the coffee, service and ambience are so good. And the beans (Sunny Side) have also become standard in the portafilter at home, as they are not only very tasty, but also very forgiving when it comes to extraction time.

It is a great little coffee place with a nice selection of beans and INCREDIBLE service. My only real complaint is the fact that they tend to roast on the darker side (even their light roasts,which I've found to be a mediumish compared to majority) which some might not find to their taste. I really enjoyed them.

I was walking around Engelberg when the special aroma of coffee being roasted came wafting through the streets.... So, I followed my nose and landed up in this amazing little coffee shop. The coffee was *out of this world* and I landed up going back for a second cup. I also bought some beans and a beautiful card, printed on the old printing machine on the premises. And the staff are really nice too and enthusiastic about what they do ! So coffee lovers and lovers of fine things... this place is a MUST if you are in Engelberg!

An amazing place to drink coffee during your stay in Engelberg. ☕️ Their beans are freshly ground at the shop and the double cafe lattes were amazing. They also sell many different products which can make great gifts - like bags of coffee beans and different arts and crafts in store. Worth a visit if you are in the town for a stay. The owner was very nice!

Coffee roastery , with retail for coffee equipment as well as stationary store

Absolutely best coffee I've ever had in Switzerland. An Italian friend took us there for the first time, and since then we have made the pilgrimage there a few times a year. Taste it on site, then take the beans home with you! If you can't go there in person often enough, you can also order beans online. By the way, we are literally making a pilgrimage there: there is a great hike from Grafenort through the Aasschlucht. Be careful: the roastery is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays!

Lovely coffee. One of the best I’ve had in Switzerland. I would be tempted to go back to Engelberg just to have another coffee from the Roastery. Friendly staff, great coffee, nice ambiance. It’s all good 😊👍

Great espresso! This is how I like the espresso (Darkside)! Nice and strong, but not burnt. Engelberg is no longer possible without a visit to the Roastery! Only one negative point: coffee should be served in real cups.

Very nicely decorated, good mix between coffee and stationery. I'd be happy to come over for a coffee. Unfortunately, the service in the stationery area was pretty bad on two occasions. The first time I had to wait a long time and the second time was rude.

A cafe with tahini on site. Excellent coffee! And service with a smile. The owner is very nice. It turns out that his coffee machine was manufactured in Israel (probably somewhere in the 60s). On the machine is written "clean air" in Latin letters "Avirnaki" Attached is a picture of the nice guy with the machine. Highly recommended back from Titlis.

The best coffee in Swiss. It is small place and well designed with amazing coffee.. I bought nitro cold brew and cappuccino they were incredible literally. As souvenir I bought a metal cups from them And they gifted me a high quality bag with Engelberg written on it. This is a great small coffee shop in town. The coffee is roasted in house and their coffee is bought direct trade. So it comes from the farmer to you. If you are in town hit this place up. Oscar is a real fun gentleman to speak to.

This small shop is only open enough hours for an afternoon pick me up. There are beans roasted on site, available for purchase. The beverages are prepared to order, and are flavorful and well-crafted. The owner is quite personable, and will engage in interesting conversation. They are currently working on a nitrogen tap cold brew, which makes for a refreshing cold drink. Lovely artisinal shop.

Delicious espresso - especially from the "Dark Side" beans. Minimalist furnishings (pallets and counter). A roasted scent in the air is guaranteed. Small and fine.
