Rooftop-Bar prizeotel Bern-City in Bern

I've been there several times on business and it would be nice... unfortunately currently closed because cashless and card terminals don't work. Writing to the room doesn't work either. Bar at reception is also closed... a bit difficult to understand.

Price performance is top. Great view. Staff very friendly. THE rooftop bar in Bern.

Could you do more with it, card only online. Has people on the rooftop bar with no drinks, no music. Somehow just funny.

Nice place outside (5/5) on the terrace if weather is good. Inside is good, above average. Service is kind, but clearly understaffed! Management need to take more. Local with a lot of upside potential.

Food: Need more to eat (pizza....) because the rooftop was empty. service: self servcie ;-( Atmosphere : Need more music and animation (salsa party, dj, .. )

If the weather is right (unfortunately not during our visit) there is a fantastic view of the Bernese Alps, Bärengraben and the lower old town. We'll try again another time.

The hotel is super clean, and the people are real hosts. After Angie has checked you in with a smile and you quickly got your room key, you feel at home in the city of Bern. At the rooftop-bar Adam will serve you drinks, that taste better than the originals. He has special recipes. The hotel is very spacious, and the rooms are at least as as large as they are advertised. Parking for your car is not expensive. And the parking garage is spacious, so you don’t feel like you’re hitting a pillar at any time even with a large limousine. Location: Great! Bus stop wirh frequent service and free rides through your hotel booking code make the hotel very convenient: Leave your car in the garage!

Fantastic venue and view! Unfortunately, however, the service was too slow, even though the bar was practically empty. We waited 10 minutes for a beer. Initially we thought that the wait was due to the preparation of an aperitif, but instead 10 minutes to tap 3 beers was nothing. A fact that was repeated on the second lap…. For the rest, you can find out about the existence of this bar thanks to Google, because otherwise it isn't even signposted and to reach it you have to ask the hotel staff for directions. It has exceptional potential, let's hope they can improve these details
