Food was good. Service was very unmotivated.

We ordered burgers and salad to go. The lady who took our order was super friendly, sweet and accommodating. You immediately felt welcome and comfortable. The burgers were surprisingly one of the best burgers we've had in a long time. Very juicy and full of flavor. Just a dream. All in all a great experience. We will be back definitely :)

The only place where smokers are welcome in Hergiswil... a real blessing when the temperatures are below zero. Very friendly service, cozy

The kebab wrap was amazing. We had great hospitality and quality even though we came towards the end of the day like 10pm. He recommended the wrap I would like and made it fresh right away. The people working here are very humble and truly make great food. If you are staying nearby at a hotel like SeePilatus I highly recommend getting food from here I am sure they will be able to accommodate.

Auch hierfür kann der Wirt nichts, das ist mir durchaus bewusst, ebenso wenig kann er etwas daran ändern. Das ist schade aber nicht zu ändern. Von mir gibt es trotzdem fünf Sterne und somit volle Punktzahl, weil der Rest einfach stimmt.
