After we finished our starters, we had to wait a while before we were allowed to eat our main courses. The entrecote was not seasoned enough, but the potatoes were tasty. The schnitzels were soggy and the fries were too salty. The tartar tasted intensely just like bouillon. The place is nice, but nothing special. The service was very good! At 5:30 p.m. we sat down on the terrace. A few tables were occupied. Two ladies came shortly after us and didn't have much patience to wait (or did they already know the circumstances?) You could clearly tell that the employee wasn't happy taking the orders. We were also allowed to order something. No warm welcome, no smile...really sad to see how things are going. There was no comment about it being unclear whether there were still places available and it was even stated that in the meantime, before the kitchen opens at 6 p.m., we would be able to bridge the time with an aperitif. The employee came across as very unsettled and she didn't know how to deal with it, she didn't offer to speak to the supervisor as soon as she arrived to see if there were any free places, for example in the restaurant, nothing came except the feeling of being overwhelmed and unwilling. So we paid and I calmly noticed that she seemed very stressed. She just left us without a word. A few minutes later her superior arrived and one of the terraces was covered. The employee asked if they should also cover the second terrace but there didn't seem to be any interest. There was no interaction with the guests such as good evening or thank you for your visit. Our decision was clear: we wouldn't ask to be allowed to eat here if there was no interest in guests, at least that was communicated. We went and had another phenomenal dinner at Elements Restaurant.
