I really liked the accommodation It was clean and the location and view were all good. However, the reason for the rating of 1 point is that I visited La Luna Vez restaurant in the evening without making a reservation. I waited at the entrance, was guided, and sat at the bar, but the waiter (female) in charge didn't give me the menu and I couldn't see it. Even after waiting for 20 minutes, I made eye contact and asked for a menu, but he turned away. After that, I looked around and saw that the foreign man who came alone was looking at the menu and ordering. It had been 30 minutes since then, so I asked for one more time, but he didn't listen or look, and the waiters around me were busy serving drinks and food, leaving me in the middle. The only downside is the minimal counter space in the bathroom. This is still trimmed with the paper dispenser box mounted directly above it. But it has a rain shower. Good WiFi reception. Breakfast is rich and offers something for everyone. A highlight is the coffee machine that makes really good coffee!! Francois and Palmi from reception make the stay even more pleasant. They are very warm and helpful and always have a smile. Without hesitation, I was loaned a charging cable for my cell phone because I had forgotten mine on the train. I can fully recommend La Rouvenaz if you don't expect luxury, but want top clean accommodation with employees who do an impeccable job, a rich breakfast, and a pleasant atmosphere in a smaller house with a great location and an attached restaurant. Price and performance are right here! I'll be back.

Je l’ai fait remarqué au service mais aucun geste commercial.Je suis très déçue, je ne me suis pas régalée du tout.Cocktail sans alcool (8.-) très petit (1dc) Bref, juste pour la vue, je préfère prendre une boisson quelque part d’autre et me poser sur un banc en face du lac. Service rapide et cuisine rapide également...

Nous y avons mangé hier soir (1ère fois pour ma part) et, malgré une arrivée tardive sans réservation, nous avons été très bien accueillis et servis par deux jeunes serveurs (un jeune homme italien plein de bonne humeur et une jeune femme très sympathique) à la hauteur du chateaubriand que nous avons dégusté. En résumé: service, cuisine et cadre 5 étoiles. Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons !

Es wahr ein sehr tolles Erlebniss im Restaurant und das Essen schmeckte auch sehr. Wir Hatten einen Tag zuvor einen Tisch zum Mittag reseviert wir bekamen dann um 12:00 eine super tolle lage. Als wir dann mit dem Essen um 12:40 fertig wahren bestellten wir den Dessert. Um 12:50 also 10 min später kam die chefin und sagte uns wir müssten gehen da wir den Tisch nur bis 13:00 reseviert hätten. Von dem wahr am vortag keine Rede!!!!! In diesen 20 min hätten wir schon längst das Dessert gehabt und somit wärem wir dann um 13:00 weg gewesen. Ist ja in Ordnung das sie wegen dem Corona ein Zeitlimit von einer Stunde haben nur wären wir froh gewesen wenn uns dies gesagt wurde.

Sehr zentrale Lage, aber dennoch ruhig. Wir hatten eine geräumige Junior Suite mit riesiger Sonnenterrasse und Seeblick. Drinnen war sogar eine kleine Küche integriert. Die Infrastruktur wirkte teils etwas abgenutzt und es gab – ausser dem Fenster – keine Temperatur-Regulierung. Achtung: Je nach Zimmer führt nur eine steile Treppe dorthin. Das Restaurant war abends hervorragend, besonders die Pizza ist ein Highlight. Das Frühstück war ganz ok und dem günstigen Preis angemessen. Sehr freundliches und mehrsprachiges Personal.

Resto "La Rouvenettaz", même propriétaire et style de cuisine càd italienne. Situé sur les quais de Montreux. Joli resto car ressemble à une grande serre. Bien décoré, ambiance chaleureuse. Bon service. Là où cela se gâte c'est au niveau du prix exagérément élevé en rapport du type de cuisine. On parle de 160 Fr d'addition pour 1 pizza et 1 spaghetti alle vongole. 3 huitres et 6 bulots, 27 Fr. 1 bouteille de vin CH, 48 Fr. 1 tarte tatin 13 fr. 1 boule glace citron 4 fr. 2 coupes de Proseco pas top 16 fr. Habituellement quand on lache 160 Fr on attend des mets plus élaborés. Ici on parle d'une pizza et d'un spaghetti même pas terrible selon la personne qui l'a mangé. Au final bonne soirée sauvée par le lieu, l'atmosphère et le service. Pas les mets. Dommage.

Emplacement au top, juste à quelques mètres du lac, personnel aux petits soins, restaurant très sympa avec un coin coquillages et crustacés placé en devanture du dit restaurant. L'écailler, Grégory a été cordial et avenant, nous avons vraiment apprécié. Les chambres dans leur ensemble sont très bien, pas de soucis à signaler. Je vous conseille vivement cet endroit, nous avons passé un super séjour et reviendrons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

L'attrape-nigaud à tourisme, des pizzas d'un diamètre de 20cm pour CHF 25.- avec une garniture qui n'est pas de grande qualité ainsi que le non respect de l'hygiène en vigueur en cette période.

Nice atmosphere in the restaurant but the food not very tasty. Pizza has a good dough but was coold when arrived at the table and missing something. The service was poor they forgot to bring some stuff we ordered. Really disappointed Saturday lunch.

Nous avons dû redemander 3 fois pour avoir une carafe d'eau.. On avait l'impression de déranger à chaque fois qu'on osait demander quelque chose.
