The donuts are literally the bomb! Filled to the edge, quite heavy but extremely delicious. -Friendly Staff

The restaurant is nicely decorated. However, the selection is a bit sparse as people are more used to other Royal Donuts. However, everything is freshly prepared. The employees were quickly overwhelmed.

Stupid, they work until 9 p.m. and by 6 p.m. they have nothing left in the display case. Sorryyy🤮🤮🤮🤮

We wanted to go buy donuts and we had a very bad experience at the shop in Glattbrugg (which doesn't have much of a selection). In front of us was a woman who bought all the donuts, there were more than 25 of them. After that everything was sold out. When we asked if there was more, the saleswoman said there were no more and we should come back tomorrow. The store would still be open for more than 2 hours. In a store that doesn't offer that many variations and quantities anyway, it should be forbidden to buy that many donuts at once. Or then you should at least have more in reserve. Very disappointed with this. Will never leave again.

Donuts are good, but everything around them is not. The website hardly works for pre-ordering, nobody answers when you call, the service is rarely unmotivated and the selection on site is disappointing. When I ask how you should pre-order if the website either 1. doesn't work, or 2. you don't have a selection to pick up, and 3. no one answers when you call, people shrug their shoulders. The problem is not limited to this store, but to several Royal Donuts stores where I tried my luck. It's a real shame, donuts would be great.

Wrong opening times, 30 minutes drive and it's closed but apparently it's supposed to be open.

I drove from Basel to Glattbrugg to see that the opening times were incorrect.

When I visit the store today, I find a selection of about 5 donut variations and a young lady behind the counter who didn't greet us (didn't say anything). I ask about smoothies that were advertised on the screen at the top of the counter. I asked how long it took to make a smoothie "no smoothies but a milkshake five minutes" was the answer. I have 10.- ready because I want to buy a donut, the young lady stands next to the coffee machine for 5 minutes and enjoys watching the coffee coming out, seemed more important than serving me. I walk out of the store without buying anything because I have to get on the tram.

Vegan donuts!!!! Huge variety of flavors but they sell out, so it’s best to get your favorite kind earlier in the day. The decoration is as creative as the donuts themselves. 💖

Nice service, nice donuts. Only the parking options leave a lot to be desired on Sunday. There are no direct parking spaces and the parking garages at the train station are closed on Sundays.

We will give you out honest opinions. The royal in your donuts was missing. They weren’t even mediocre and we could’ve gotten better donuts at “dunkin” for half the price. As other reviews have stated the choices were limited and overpriced. Today, out of all the drinks that were presented only the banana shake was available. The lady behind the counter was friendly but sadly wasn’t able to split our bill. Therefore, I wanna give you a zero but that’s not possible so I give you a one.

The shop is nice, the service is nice, but the donuts are extremely bad. Not only very sugary, but also very greasy, so that the three of us felt sick after half a donut.

When I wanted to redeem my Poinz voucher, which expires on September 30th, the older lady at the counter told me in very broken German "this one finished" meant it had expired. When I showed her the date she said "machine broken". I reacted very strangely, then a younger lady who was inside called her in a foreign language and said something. Then the young lady came and spoke in English and said "we don't have milkshake! U can have a normal drink. And instead of unfilled donuts I will give u filled donuts". I thought it sounded good but then she gives me 3 to choose from, the cheap ones and doesn't say the others and as if that wasn't enough she gives me a can of Cola which is just 80Rp instead of a glass of Cola, which is also very cheap compared to the milkshake. costs!!! When I looked at the donut I also realized that it doesn't have any unfilled donuts, otherwise it would have pissed me off even more!! Afterwards I read on Google that these people always pull similar scams on customers with Poinz and then cheekily say that I paid less on Poinz! Apparently you need a promotion and are going to Poinz!! Then live with it! If you charge Swiss prices, I expect at least some understanding of German! Outrageous! Never there again! Better go buy donuts in Galttpark! They taste 100 times better, they can speak German well and are much cheaper! Regarding your answer: You can see from the way you write that you simply don't want us to receive the items you advertise. You have it on Poinz for 4.9Fr. a value of 9.9Fr. advertised. First the old lady tried to lie to me twice and then when it didn't work she told me there were no milkshakes today. It can't be that, according to Google reviews, there's always something wrong with the Poinz people!!! If you sell this deal to the public then please stick to it!!! And what to accommodate? I only bought your deal because you get a milkshake and a donut for 4.9. Otherwise I would never have come to you because you are overpriced! Lunch is the same price as your donut. If you promise something then you stick to it!!! I politely asked you if I could also have the expensive donut (7.50 francs). You said no! What should I do there arguing with you? Because if they had said yes, it would have been a concession! After all, it's not my fault that she says she's out of milkshakes, which is certainly a lie! We bought a voucher for 2 milkshakes and 2 donuts without filling via Poinz. The waitress came to the front of the counter with the earpods. Unfortunately she only spoke English, but was very friendly. Unfortunately, the selection is very small compared to the other locations. We could only choose between 2 donuts without filling and 3 shakes. In addition, they no longer had whipped cream as a topping for the shake. There was also very little choice when it came to filled donuts. I probably won't shop here anymore but in the other shops.

Antisocial manager. Make the donuts without whipped cream. She doesn't even mention it or point out to the customer that the whipped cream is missing. (I don't go to McDonalds and they serve a burger without the top bread/bun) She also figured that the customer would buy it and leave. and when you ask about it, she apologizes in an arrogant way, as if the customer had to accept it. I didn't see it and the discussion started. When she didn't know what else to say, she accused us of having bought donuts for 1/2 price on Poinz. I find that anti-social. If she puts the donuts on Poinz to attract more customers, then she blames the customer for it. Is the customer obliged to forgo topping or completeness because he had a voucher. (There are people for whom cream is a main component of products) Where did you experience something like that? Never shop at this juice shop again. She should learn how to treat customers. Later she was offended and simply disappeared into her room. Antisocial behavior. That's not how the store will run. I'd rather go somewhere else. (The ability to take criticism and empathy is zero. But you can also see in the answers to other points of criticism in the Google reviews (if it is the same lady)) Donuts were delicious, you have to admit that. Milkshake tasted like pure powder, not particularly tasty. Reminded me of a protein shake for fitness.

I'm just annoyed, the first visit was great and convincing. The second time I asked for a donut with chocolate filling, I was sold one with vanilla (I don't like it at all)… This time I asked for a donut with fruit filling and was sold one with Nutella filling... Do you even know what you're selling here?! It's an incredibly unpleasant surprise when you treat yourself to something for 7.50 and then get something completely different than what you actually wanted. Of course, you only notice it too late.

One of the best tasting donuts i have ever had, simply delicious! Also you can find the best tasting espresso (coffee) around. The staff is friendly and the ambiance is perfect. Best place to just chill and enjoy something sweet.

The shop is beautiful. Everything pompous and noble that's what it looks like... Donuts look good but appearances can be deceiving. Nothing on or in the donuts is homemade. These are all purchased products such as Nutella, pistachio cream, vanilla cream, peanut butter. The donuts themselves also doubt that they are not homemade. For almost 10 euros per donut you can expect not only a visual feast but also a culinary delight. I think it would be nice if you matched the quality to the price and didn't just lure people with your eyes. If you adjust it, I would be happy to come by again.

The first thing I was told was that there would be a new donut shop at the train station in Glattbrugg. Full of curiosity and anticipation, I made my way to this donut shop. When I got there, a completely new world awaited me. You can pretty much imagine how the main actor of Avatar must have felt when he was in Pandora for the first time. Donuts in all colors shapes and flavors. I prayed a lot as a child, it took a while, now I'm no longer a child, but it was truly worth the wait. The colors chosen and the great design of the shop remind me of a beautiful dream and that's exactly how I felt in the shop and when I ate the first donut. If you don't know what to do next in life, buy a "Royal Donut". Thank you for this experience"Royal Donuts".

Very nice, well located restaurant. The ambience was decorated with great attention to detail and invites you to a delicious stop. You feel good at this Royal Donut in Glattbrugg!
