The lady at reception was very friendly and understood my complaints this time. I hope this won't happen again on the next visit. the room wasn't cleaned, nothing was cleaned, no nice coming back

What a fabulous experience staying at the Dorint Airport-Hotel and made my otherwise trying day so much better. Complimentary airport shuttle was an added perk and greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was welcoming and professional in every aspect insuring that I had a great stay. The breakfast buffet was also a great way to start my long flight day returning to the States. Thank you for everything.

Staff a little cold at check in, warm at check out, they were not the same people. A large group of travelers was waiting for the bus in the lobby, which didn't leave much room for other hotel guests

Travelling as a family, 1 night only. Positives: Overall service was great. Reception and restaurant staff is very friendly and efficient. Also communication with staff prior to arrival was very efficient, they were very responsive. Really close to the Airport, that's why we picked the place. Didn't notice any extra levels of noise, but we were rather tired from our outbound flight. Airport shuttle service , both on arrival later in the afternoon (7ish pm) and on departure early in the morning (5 am) did work absolutely effortlessly. The return is charged, but they do say this in advance, so it's all good. Hotel had a number of smart features, including the lifts and the room itself. The room and bathroom both were very clean and nicely spacious. We got a comfort type of room, free of charge as part of our booking, and there was a mini bar with free drinks included, like water, beer, soft drinks, tomatoes juice. There was a coffee/tea/hot water machine with available products to use, which run perfectly. I greatly appreciated the option to just make a cup of tea and just hot water, not necessarily a coffee, as I am no coffee drinker. In the restaurant on arrival, we also asked for just a cup of hot water, and we were not charged, a great gesture. Also on arrival, due to their 10th anniversary, they had complementary sweet (probably salty too, but we were in for the sweet) treats for all guests, the cakes were fabulous, and it was another client-friendly nice touch. Beds and beds linen were in a very good condition and comfortable. A great 1-night stay for tired guests. Constructive feedback: The only constructive piece of feedback we have is regarding the bathroom and in particular, the hot tap water (sink and shower). There was a temperature regulator for the shower, so one can manually adjust how hot, but it just really wasn't hot even at the highest level, rather just not very warm. In the colder months, it would be nice, to provide hotter water to shower.

I can't understand the positive reviews at all. I ordered Kung Pao. She had asked if we wanted fried noodles or fried rice without informing us that this decision would cost extra. The lady serving me seemed very unfriendly and unsympathetic to me. When paying, we had to pay an extra 7 CHF for the fried rice, which made the dish relatively expensive. It would have been better to inform guests beforehand that this dish is served with brown rice for free. The unsympathetic and annoyed image of the waitress was also confirmed when paying. After we paid (and didn't leave a tip because we didn't like the visit or the food) we didn't even say goodbye. I shouted a goodbye to the empty room, but no one was there to answer. All in all a very unpleasant restaurant experience
