Strange this cafe where the customer seems to disturb the waiters. Well, not all customers: if you are a woman or a friend of the guys who work there, you will be entitled to a demonstrative and noisy welcome. Otherwise, be happy if someone comes to take your order after ten minutes (I've already waited 20 minutes in hand to be served) and they don't look down on you too much. As I am neither a wife nor a friend of these people, I will avoid setting foot there again until the change of ownership. P.S. I suspect a certain number of positive reviews are fakes.

I moved to Geneva from Rome and this place definitely has a Rome feel. I was there on Good Friday and the owner/barista was extremely nice and jovial to everyone, even greeting some customers jn italian who came in for their Easter bread. And the coffee and pastry were delicious.

Very good quality of little sweets to have with coffee. On the other hand, hot tea (a sachet in a small cup of hot water!) at CHF 6.- is totally exaggerated! The service is average, the waiters do it casually and talk to each other while serving you. so-so

I told him I wouldn't be coming back (I've been going there regularly and to their café). If you're able to get coffee elsewhere, I would encourage you to do so.

I had one of the most mediocre and expensive coffees in my life here. I didn't have much expectations but price is killing me. Cappuccino for 9 CHF. Nothing special at all and I honestly don't understand where the price is coming from. UPDATE (after owner's response): It's interesting how I'm asked to do more work and contact someone else because I shared a feedback. I don't have a receipt anymore, but it stated smth like CAFE in the name of the item, and not cappuccino. It was on Sept, 19 around 8am.

I came in for a (relatively) quick morning coffee and ended up spending almost an hour here (unfortunately). The Italian vibe is very real here with Pantone everywhere and vintage photos of coffee lovers lining the walls. Lots of people in here, which makes it a bit of a chaotic experience, but lots of staff working so what’s the worst that could There’s a great selection of coffees (many styles of macchiato, for example, which is what i ordered). The coffee was great, but expensive and the pastries were okay (not winning any awards). However, after ordering (which was a bit of a chaotic mess in itself due to the busyness), I waited ALMOST 40 MINUTES FOR A COFFEE, as I kept making eye contact with the wait staff to impress the fact I was waiting. As I saw more and more people served that came in after me, finally had to just walk up to the counter and ask, which I felt rude doing, but my god… I didn’t want to spend my whole day there.
