I'm currently sitting in the restaurant with my wife and I have to honestly say the Dürüm Kebab is a 10/10🔝! Ambience definitely a 10/10🔝! The staff is extremely friendly and we give it a 10/10 rating🔝! Value for money 10/10🔝! I recommend Roy's to everyone, simply a must for kebab lovers🔝! Kind regards, Terra Patrol Security. It used to be better, some of the dough on the flatbread isn't cooked through, the staff is a real catastrophe, extremely unfriendly and they can't remember more than 2 orders or they get it wrong (sauce, ingredients etc.) we won't be coming back

The atmosphere is cozy and clean! The staff is friendly and always tries to respond quickly to our inquiries, even though there is always a lot going on! One of the best kebab restaurants I've ever been to. The service was quick and friendly, the food was A1.

Ordered pide with kebap, they brought lahmacun with kebap and when we ate we ordered lahmacun to take away. Did they pack us the incorrectly delivered cold lahmacun with kebab. Incredibly soooo cheeky.

I've recently moved to Bülach and I'm a big fan of kebab. I have visited several kebab shops and today I was in Bülach Roys for the first time. The shop was full but the staff was still very friendly and very patient. My family and I had very nice service. Many thanks to the Roys team. Keep it up, we'll always be happy to come back. 👍🏻👏👏👏

I stopped by it spontaneously and ordered something. I haven't had a better kebab since then!! My absolute favorite kebab. You can put everything together as you wish with different sauces and other additives and enjoy the delicious Roy's. Roy's Kebab is to die for. Go and try it, it's 100% worth it! I look forward to further visits. 🥳

It used to be our most popular kebab shop. We always went there with colleagues and the food was great, the kebab was generously filled and no matter what you ordered, it was a good portion and really tasty. But today? Just yesterday we tried it again, after half a year. Result? Even less content than before. Really wasted money. But the main thing is to make everything more expensive. No thanks. Food is usually cold rather than warm, you can ignore that, but the rest? - Doner kebab only half filled, more salad than meat. - Fries rather mushy. - Portions generally rather small - Price/performance catastrophic I've heard the same thing from so many. If you don't get the curve, sooner or later you'll crash completely.

A food inspector should take a look. Doner kebab box, fries were stuck to the bottom. Meat or sauces were definitely no longer shelf-stable.

I was there for lunch today, super friendly staff. The kebab tastes very good and I also think it's great that it is cut evenly with an automatic machine. You don't have that everywhere either. In terms of cost, I think it's great that it even comes with a drink. Dessert was offered. Thank you very much and highly recommended to everyone

Unfortunately it's not as good as it used to be...far too much meat and unfortunately it doesn't taste really good. I had to look for salad and vegetables in the kebab. The meat itself is incredibly salty and doesn't taste like meat. I ordered a kebab with egg...at the end the employee put the kebab in a warming grill and pressed it completely shut, which is why the kebab burst open completely...a shame. The hygiene also leaves something to be desired. A cloth is used for everything...even the grill tongs are cleaned with the same cloth as the storage surfaces! I have experienced all of my points many times and had them confirmed by friends and relatives. So I recommend going to another kebab shop!!!

I ordered a normal kebab. The day after (today January 15, 2024) I have an infection and major problems with my stomach. A food inspection (especially meat) should urgently be carried out in this restaurant. I'll avoid this place from now on.

We go to Roy's every now and then. We had SIS kebab plate or falafel. When we have it, we like to eat the Turkish lentil soup here, it's incredibly good. It's always amazing how friendly the staff is when you eat in the restaurant. Then there is even service.

I ordered a kebab in a pocket bread and it was great! The kebab didn't taste boring like the rest, but it really had a spicy, good taste and the bread was just right. The sellers were also very nice and patient.

Visited Roy's again. The Kebab Dürüm is still very good. There is no doubt about it and the price is absolutely right.

You definitely can't go wrong with a Dürüm in this store. If you like a lot of meat and salad etc. I can only recommend Dürüm to everyone.

The menu with the curry bratwurst is great. I ordered 2x bratwurst with French fries and salad + Valser bottle with carbon dioxide for only 23.50. This is a GREAT price especially because the restaurant is in the canton of Zurich. The ambience really impressed me because the interior doesn't look like a typical kebab shop. The service is generally good, hot sauce, ketchup and mayonnaise are available to pick up at the order stand. (self-service)

Very friendly staff, I don't know why some say otherwise. The food tastes very good, I can only recommend it. The sauce is also perfect. The location and facilities are also very good. You get stomach pain for 3 days after eating. I've been feeling bad for a few days and I keep throwing up every now and then. The meat on the grill is completely raw, but the machine still cuts it!!!

Very unfriendly staff for the second time. We won't come back. In addition, the food is not special either. Out of 3 employees, one is likeable, the other two are hard to please.

Unfortunately I can't recommend it. Very cheeky and extremely unfriendly staff, the flatbread tastes salty and they don't respond to special requests and act as if they didn't understand it or that it was lost in the stress. In addition, colleagues at work gossip about customers and I find that underneath everything. A few years ago it used to be a good kebab but unfortunately not anymore. I would rather recommend going to the other location at Migros Süd, which still makes kebab with a heart.

This is the 3rd time the older gentleman has become cheeky. The food is a disaster, too cold every time and the kebab always has things in it that you mentioned when you ordered that you didn't want it. The pizza was burnt. I recently ordered by phone and instead of the 10 minutes mentioned, I arrived in about 5 minutes when the older gentleman started complaining. I come from Aargau and when I go to Zurich I always stop by either to eat there or to take something with me. The quality is pure catastrophe! The only friendly gentleman in there is a younger gentleman with a beard and the business owner. Back when the stand in Bachenbülach was near the car garage, the kebab was divine!

Dining at Restaurant Roy's in Bulach was an absolute delight! The food was delectable, bursting with flavors that delighted my taste buds. The service was impeccable, with attentive and friendly staff catering to our every need. A truly wonderful experience!

Quality has noticeably worsened. My last three kebabs (1x delivery and 2x takeaway) were both cold. It's a shame, it used to be the best kebab in Bülach.
