Great Food, good quality, excellent taste. Service could be a little better, but this just a little complaint. It's just human, when it's not busy even waitress relaxes too much. Really recommend this place.

Mega restaurant with very good service. If you like something a bit more upscale, you're definitely in good hands here. Meat quality was awesome! Portions are served generously. The advertised 200g fillet was definitely 300g. Plates are very beautifully decorated! At the end there was a choice of “on the house” and a firm handshake to say goodbye. Every claim will be addressed. It certainly wasn't the last time with them. THANKS!

Very pleasant restaurant with good food (large portions) at a good price. The ambience is exactly what I like, with comfortable chairs, enough space to sit and eat and subtle music in the background. We got a great birthday dessert to top off the evening and will definitely come back. Service was friendly and accommodating, but since there were very few people there, I would have expected more attention (faster service) for these guests.

I had to wait more than 1 hour for the food. However, we only ordered pasta, the food was very bad and unprofessional. The pasta was not completely cooked through and was quite hard. We had to call service several times and they ignored us. After what felt like 20 times they came and were very unfriendly! Unfortunately, this is not recommended! I'd rather cook at home or go to another restaurant!!

I often walked past and saw the restaurant almost always empty, and once I decided to have dinner with my family. But I was very disappointed because the food wasn't fresh! Service was on the cell phone and didn't ask if everything was good or anything!

Best steak in town! Do not look any further and place your reservation! Staff is very friendly and they know what they are doing! Service is fast and the food was spot on! Served with several side dishes on a very nice display plate. Definitely coming back here! Highly recommended to everyone who visites Bulach! Cozy atmosphere, great food and courteous service.

Friendly and flexible right from the reservation, we were a group of eight motorcyclists with a good appetite. The various pieces of meat ordered were all of very good quality and could be cooked on the hot stone to suit your taste. Both the salads for starters and the separate side dishes (croquettes, fries) and the sauces served with them were fresh and tasted excellent. There wasn't much activity in the restaurant that evening, so we all had a good time. The quality of the food and the service were top! We'd love to come back👍

The quality of the food was perfect. The meat from the hot stone, as well as the dessert, are very lovingly decorated. In terms of taste, there is no option for me to improve it. The small bread stick with different butters was also a very nice surprise. We'd love to come back!

The lunch was very good. There were minus points because of the terrace, which was furnished with little love.

Food was very good, the normal burger was really big, the small one would have been enough for me.

We had 3 different burgers. All 3 were very good and the fries were perfect. A small negative point: when we asked about the size of the burgers, the information was not clearly formulated. So we were a bit overwhelmed by the size of the burgers, which others would certainly see as a positive. The meat on the hot stone at the neighboring tables looked very good and smelled very good. Maybe a reason to come back. The service was good. Chairs comfortable, unfortunately not cleaned, table big enough.

Absolutely thrilled. The food was great, good quality meat, perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. Very attentive and friendly service. Unfortunately, in Zurich you don't get much of a culinary offering for the exorbitant price you pay - the Tomahawk Bülach is one of the few exceptions. The price-performance ratio is right, they have a chef who knows something about his craft and it is obviously very important to them that the guest is satisfied. Keep it up, we'll be back soon

I was there for lunch on business. The food was sensational and I was very pleasantly surprised at the price! The service was friendly and correct and it suited us. But what really surprised us was that there were no other guests there. We were there between 11:40 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and no one came except us... I will definitely come by again on my next stay near Höri.

The 1 star rating is even good for this “restaurant”. Service was an absolute disaster!! 1. We had to wait 20 minutes for our table, which wasn't even cleaned before we sat down. 2. We waited another almost 30 minutes for the card. When we wanted to place the order...the waitress said: this was the wrong menu. 1.5 hours later I got the salad. 3. After the salad it took another hour until the main course arrived...that's meat on a hot stone!!!! You don't even have to cook it yourself!!! 4. Fries and seasonal vegetables were terrible. Fries are light and soaked in fat. Vegetables also extremely oily and not really seasoned. Meat was good but that's the minimum for this price!! 5. Guests who came after us were served before us. We also noticed that Albanian-speaking guests were given preference. Well, I could list a few more things...it was certainly the first and last time.

So bad that you actually have to experience it! We arrived as a group of 10 at 7:30 p.m., were able to order the drinks straight away and waited an hour just for the drinks. We waited two hours for the food. Ordering more drinks was also challenging. Either the service person (the only one in a full restaurant) couldn't be found or she ran away again as soon as an order was given. On the whole, the lady kept disappearing every quarter of an hour. The table next to us had finished eating and was probably sitting in front of empty plates for an hour. The red wine was served too cold, a food order was completely forgotten, the hamburgers were only edible if the unseasoned meat patty was taken away. To make matters worse, street musicians came into the restaurant and, after playing long and loudly, demanded a wage from every table. Long waiting times were a problem the first time we visited the restaurant. That evening we had no uninvited musicians in the restaurant, but rather rose sellers approved by the patron. We certainly won't be guests here anymore. If you want to visit despite this review, you should bring some change for musicians or street vendors and a lot of time and patience. A little spice from your own supply might also help.

Extremely bad service. After waiting for over 2 hours, our food was finally served. But it wasn't until we tried to ask the staff to come to us after what felt like 20 minutes (we were skillfully ignored) that the service employee at the kitchen entrance, where she disappeared every now and then for 20 - 30 minutes, checked on us and complained to us. Even then, some food was forgotten at our table. The burgers were bland and unseasoned. It can happen that an order gets lost, but not like that. Nobody from the staff or management apologized to us either. Will definitely never go to this restaurant again. Unfortunately not recommended.

One of our favorite restaurants! Super friendly service, very accommodating! Respond to special requests, e.g. B. Garlic sauce ;-). Had a wonderful birthday party for my 20 year old daughter. The ambience, the music, the great food (whether hot stone, cordonbleu, or the lovingly prepared desserts... A tip for everyone! Highly recommended!

Bad service and unsatisfactory food! When we arrived the table wasn't ready, despite having made a reservation after standing and waiting in the hallway for 10 minutes, we had to ask ourselves whether we could at least go to the bar to have an aperitif. After we finally got the table, it wasn't set and wasn't really clean... after we tried for a long time to make the overwhelmed staff aware that we would actually like the menu... After another eternity we could then order , whereupon the waiter noticed that we had been given the wrong menu and that there was only a smaller, limited menu available at the moment!!! We had to decide on other menus beforehand! It took 1.5 hours for the salad to arrive, the salad dressing was definitely not homemade and there was neither salt nor pepper on the table to improve it... after 2.5 hours we still got our food... I know Not why meat on the hot stone that you prepare yourself can take so long? The burger was anything but satisfactory, the bread was dry and huge compared to the small meat which was more than cooked through, but the bacon was not, it was raw!!! Halfway through it was inedible and the measly side dish, the super crispy fries, were neither super nor crispy... a real shame! What was most annoying was that there was absolutely no service, the people who came after us were served before us and also ate before us... asked for a card themselves, had to look for it ourselves so that we didn't have to stand there... just bad... once and never again!

It's a very nice one The restaurant and the dishes were very sophisticated, but the wait of over an hour for the food wasn't worth it and so unfortunately we all left without dessert because everything at our table didn't feel like dessert anymore 🙏🙏Sad

I was just able to enjoy my daughter's birthday dinner with the whole extended family. Very good food, impeccable service, everything was perfect. Also good value for money. I can only recommend the restaurant at any time.

Absolutely awesome! By far the best steakhouse I've ever visited. We've been there several times, we've always received very friendly service, the meat is of impeccable top quality. The cheesecake is a dream... Sure, it's expensive, but I'm happy to pay this price for this quality.

Food super tasty. Everything presented very lovingly. The dessert was not only for the palate but also for the senses. Unfortunately no photos.

The meat wasn't the best piece but ok. But the side dishes were very small compared to the normal steakhouses. In addition to the steak, we also had a vegetarian version, which wasn't that great either. In addition, the vegetarian main course came about 15 minutes later than the rest of the meal. We generally had to wait a long time for food. I would never eat “Hot Stein” here again.

Everything is just right here. The steaks and burgers are simply TOP! Even the schnitzel is definitely one of the best in the area. Hospitality is very important and you always feel warmly welcome. I'd love to come back.

Absolutely wonderful, from starter to dessert everything was perfect. One of the most delicious steaks I've ever eaten, with a worthy side dish as a welcome addition. The Coupe Danemark surprised me with a creative addition of cotton candy on top of the ice cream. The staff was friendly and I will most definitely be coming again!

Great selection, we've already eaten and tried our way through the menu. So far there has been nothing to complain about. We had to wait a whole 2 hours for our food, were forgotten several times and had to point out our orders to the waiters: and not even an apology or any other gesture from the staff. Customer friendliness is different. It's a shame because the menu and the food are very good and I would visit there more often.

Even though they actually wanted to close (almost 11 a.m.), they cooked for us à la carte and incredibly well! Very friendly and a culinary highlight of the Bülach gastronomy. I will gladly come again.

The food wasn't bad, but they brought the main course too early, we were still on the starter. The service hardly ever came along, very poor service and they only had 1 other guest besides us. It even has a button in the garden to call service if you need something.

We had a very nice summer evening with friends this evening! The terrace is cozy, the service is extremely friendly and accommodating and the attention to detail is evident in every dish. Attention is also paid to the extremely good quality of the products. Thank you!

Service friendly, burgers unfortunately not recommended

The food was OK, although the meat was super good. The service has much room for improvement, from paying attention to orders to being overall cordial. The whole experience was mediocre and one good stake will not improve the rating. I don't think we will be back. The whole idea of supporting local businesses after the daunting times of a pandemic kind of fall off when the service ends up being such a negative experience.
