I was here at the Rubigencenter for the first time today and I was shocked at how underrated this center is. You have the opportunity to try out a variety of activities with colleagues, do challenges and much more. The staff was very friendly, humorous and helpful

The pictures on the website show the atmosphere as it was around a year ago. Apparently due to a lack of staff, the service is now reduced to the bare minimum or even less. The menu hardly offers any choice anymore, the food, ordered using a QR code, comes lukewarm or not at all and if it does, then it is incorrect; Wrong or missing sauce, the dessert without the cream ordered and the double espresso was miserable (single amount of coffee, double amount of water). Thank you, unfortunately never again...

We were a group of 29 people and played the Rubigen challenge. Super cool and Sascha as our supervisor was always there for us. Despite a breakdown of the bowling facility, the ranking announcement took place on time. The center is recommended.

Quite okay. The music is from my generation (born in 1960) and the cleanliness also leaves a lot to be desired. Otherwise quite okay.

Old bowling alleys, some of them slanted but it was still a lot of fun. Bring patience and understanding. I found it a bit expensive at times. Nevertheless, you should visit it if you don't know where to go on the weekend

Friendly staff, clean, escape rooms good. Unfortunately, when playing the escape room "UFO" you can hear the noise outside.

We organized a company event, unfortunately there were too few staff on duty to run the business properly, unfortunately we were able to hold our game later than reserved. However, we were offered a round drink in return. For this reason only one star deducted.

Unfriendly employees!!! Too long waiting times for food and the cleanliness of a center like this is different to me. It's a shame, it's a real shame because it would be a great location and leisure activities, but I was the only and last time there!!!

We were able to celebrate our Christmas dinner with you twice. Bowling and burgers the first time, it was so great that we came back yesterday. The escaproom was super exciting and a lot of fun. (Thanks Fabienne) The food was brilliant, we ordered burgers and fries for 15 people. Thank you, you did a great job. Gladly again.

When bowling, dj antoine etc is played way too loud. Sound quality is also poor. I left the center with bleeding ears.

Our son was able to celebrate a children's birthday at the Rubigen Center this afternoon. Unfortunately, one of our son's gloves was left behind at the Rubigen Center. I visited the center about 2 hours later and a very friendly employee and the boss looked for the glove throughout the center and found it, despite it being busy! This effort and customer friendliness is outstanding and deserves great respect and thanks! Thank you! You are a great team!

Cool escape game and super nice game leader..

Once and never again! We were there at 6:00 p.m. and wanted something small to eat. There were very few visitors. You still don't get served (there were 6 workers behind the counter, nobody was busy). BEVERAGES: You had to order drinks at the bar, which is fine. But they were forgotten, you sit at the table and wait. After asking (when the burger came) the wrong beer was brought twice. EAT: A burger for the microwave from the gas station looks clearer and tastes better too. No sauce, no taste - just loveless. The fries (the portion is ridiculous) come without any seasoning or sauce. PRICE: I paid over 75 for 3 burgers, 1 fries, 1 beer and 2 soft drinks. Sure, I was aware of the price beforehand. However, I expect a little more for this hefty price. BOWLING: The track and balls are old, but perfectly fine for an amateur like me.

VR paintball was a great experience and the staff was great 😁

Playing in the new Virtual Arena is a lot of fun and is ideal for groups. It's definitely sweaty and worth every franc!😊👍🏻

Lots of outdoor parking spaces. A lot in one with bowling, billiards, restaurant, hit the Lukas, darts and many other games. Escape room also available. Definitely recommended to take a look. We made a reservation for bowling and it worked out great. We ate there straight away and the service was very friendly. Payment with Twint, cash or card are accepted. The food was ok. Overall, it's a great place for young and old, as well as for company events (you have more choice of food variations there).

Great to linger, it was fun. However, the food prices are exorbitant for what you get. Might as well have gone to a good restaurant. This was a shame otherwise it was a nice evening

Fun for big and small people; From escape rooms to billiards, food, drinks, games,... there's something for everyone. Staff very friendly. Be careful with Maps-Nav - don't get confused and just follow the street signs!

Many different games and machines, which are generally in good condition. But the DJ's playlist finally made us leave the place. As we all know, music is a matter of taste, but the techno versions of the ancient songs were too much for us.

When bowling you are not informed when a lane is reserved, it is given away and the game is simply canceled! It was my children's first time here and it will be their last time! Better do playoffs!! I don't think it's cool anymore

The staff is friendly, but I have to give it 2 stars because of the lousy burgers. Bowling and gaming were great, food was a flop.

I like to come here to play a little darts or billiards. Some of the staff are friendly and some are not. I've experienced it differently. But overall a pleasant place.

Very cool selection and lots of fun amusements. Unfortunately the motorcycle simulators have been removed.

Restaurant: We had to wait a long time for our food and were not informed that there would be a longer waiting time. When ordering, we asked if the children's menu could be brought with the salads, this was denied, with the justification "the whole order goes into the kitchen together". The salad (3x green salad) came after 30 minutes. We waited a total of over an hour for the main course. In our opinion the food was way too expensive (the salad by the hot stone was a joke for that price) for what you get. With the hot stone, the stone wasn't even hot, so you had to give the stone back. We asked the boss and tried to talk to him. The conversation went relatively well, but it was noticeable that the agreement with the service staff was not the same. We will still play bowling there from time to time, but we will NEVER eat any more and won't recommend it.

Visited again today after many years. There was a lot going on, the atmosphere was peaceful and everyone was in a gaming mood, as they should be. We were there for a company event, which I can warmly recommend. The escape rooms are really cool, e.g. suitable for a team-building experience. The food was good. We had a buffet and both meat eaters and veggies got their money's worth.

Very good place for playing bowling with children. We always like to come by, whether young or old, everyone gets their money's worth.

Waited 40 minutes for 2 burgers and chicken nuggets. Burgers were cold and the zelweit came again 10 minutes later. Otherwise the food would have been good. There was no apology either. Unfortunately, price and performance do not match. Play paradise for children is great.

Unfortunately, train 14 always caused problems. Very friendly staff. Pleasant volume, you can have a good conversation.

Large play center with various activity options. Bowling, billiards, snooker, darts, table mini golf and many smaller electronic games available. The beer menu is large and the food selection is delicious. One star deducted because of the bowling prices, which are too high in my opinion! Otherwise, a cool location to have a great evening.

Great for children and adults without marksmanship thanks to the automatic sidebars that move up and down depending on the player. Service very quick. Would love to come back

Still as fun as during my childhood

Sometimes the prices are really a disgrace. We ordered some chips and peanuts for 13 people for a whopping 45.50! Then what was in the photo came. There were chips on the bottom 2 floors (not too much, otherwise they would have fallen) and a few peanuts on top. When asked whether it could be filled again, you first had to clarify twice and then the best thing came... "yes, but it would be another 45.50!!!!" These chips including nuts had an EP of max. 5Fr. The boss didn't come as promised... seemed very chaotic. For the main course we had to ask and correct three times until everyone got what they would have liked. Culinary too expensive and qualitatively replaceable. Escape room was good that's why 2 stars.

Super for families and the best for both children and adults!!!! Escape Room, Bowling, Billiards, Table Football, Maze Path for Children, Go-Karting for Children, Possibility of Eating Pizza etc. In short, it satisfies adults and children SUPER SUPER SUPER!!!!

We celebrated our daughter's birthday there with 13 people. The grilled meat was extremely tasty. We were all very satisfied. The boss and the employees were very friendly. They were always willing to listen when we had questions. We were happy and satisfied. In any case, we'll go back.

Offers a lot and the facilities are good. It lacks a bit of charm and the building is getting a little old. But we had a lot of fun and would definitely like to come back again.

Great bowling alley. In addition to bowling, there are also other great entertainment options.

Lots of gaming options, slot machines and as many rounds of bowling as you want for 20 from 6 p.m. The hall is rather a little outdated. The prices for the food for such an “arcade” are far too expensive, the pizza costs the same as in a good restaurant - but we enjoyed it. With the nachos for 9.-!!! We felt a little ripped off, a Doubt Salsa Sauce (at Migros etc. CHF 1.50) and a third of a nacho chips packaging without cheddar, guacamole or similar - overpriced and boring.

Perfect center for leisure activities and great food.

We waited over 1.5 hours for two pizzas. It would have been quicker to go to Basel and cook them in the oven yourself & drive back here & even cheaper.

Quite ok, but depending on the activity, not necessarily hygienically clean. Facility outdated and longer wait times for activities like bowling. The bowling alley doesn't seem to be working properly, balls kept getting stuck behind the pins and this meant that several times there were no balls of the desired size left to play with. There were also far too few balls with smaller hand sizes/weight. The system has a cord suspension, which has a noticeably negative impact when playing.

We are very positively impressed by it. We arrived and the indoor playground was actually closed. Nevertheless, they are open for us. Thanks so much. We would like to come again.

Very cool atmosphere with lots of play options. The food and drink at the bar is fine, but also expensive, like the rest of the prices. The bowling alleys are very practical and easy to use. You can add rounds and change settings very independently. A highly recommended place for an evening with friends!
