It's just a ghetto. Staff is very unfriendly. The man argued with the woman. Man yelled at woman while making kebab. My children got scared. Food is very good, but staff are very unfriendly. Especially the Loud Man.

The food delivered was really good, there's nothing wrong with that. Unfortunately, the requested delivery time was not met; we ended up waiting 1 hour for the food. It can sometimes happen that you cannot keep the appointment. We understand that. But then it would be nice if you could share that. Addendum: And now it's only enough for 1 star. This time we had already placed an order online at around 2 p.m. The delivery time was not met again. One phone call and we were told that there was no order and that we had probably ordered from another location, even though we had received an order confirmation. Well, let's see if we can give it another chance.

Very good pocket bread, homemade bread, made according to my wishes and the spiciness was perfect. The staff was also friendly and if the kebab is eaten on site, you can add sauce yourself.

Drive from Zug to Ruswil specifically for the kebab! Fresh bread (homemade), top quality meat, freshly made sauces and very friendly service.

I got stranded in this "Ruswil" because of impossible bus connections (okay, I'll write about them on their website), and by chance saw this kebab shop and ordered a falafel there, which I ate on the rest of the journey. A poem! The flatbread was nowhere dry, brittle or soggy. Just the right amount of fat in it and a consistency that went right on your tongue when you took a bite. The usual salad accessories are also rather soft and yet crunchy. But the core of the falafel (i.e. the falafel itself) really impressed me. Here, too, I noticed at the first bite that these were made with love and skill. Evaluated in terms of taste and consistency. My mood was immediately positive again after this bus disaster. Since the friendly and warm staff take their time and seem to focus more on quality than time requirements, I called in advance the second time so that they could prepare it. It worked well and I was able to pick up this falafel as soon as I changed trains (so they still had time because the bus was delayed again anyway). And I had to realize that last time's enjoyment was neither a coincidence nor had anything to do with my mood, because it was perfect again. I would like to write that this falafel was as perfect as the ones I had in Turkey. But they were far better than this. (I don't even consider the regional providers, but that has more to do with their factory falafel thalers) So to the point; They are the world's best falafel that I have ever had in my life.

Pizza was cold, cheese not baked through. Doner bread was black and dry, cold inside. Very bad quality

Supper kebab! The best in the area. Homemade bread, good sauce unlike many other places... The overall package fits. 1 star deduction: Depending on who is serving you, there is relatively little meat. There is still potential for improvement here.

Kebab was very tasty but not much in it. The service wasn't that friendly either and was somehow very stressed.

Delivery time ok Kebab tasted good Pizza prosciutto e funghi few toppings Chicken wings not crispy. Not recommendable The highlight, however, was the delivery surcharge of 2.00 per dish, for delivery in 1 minute in the same village. Ie we paid a delivery surcharge of Fr.10 for an order of Fr.71.-, which I don't think is right. We will not consider this delivery service next time and will not recommend it

Well, pizza is actually very good...but unfortunately the ordering and delivery of what you ordered doesn't work...that's a shame!!

Most of the time at these takeaways the kebab is good and the pizza is not. Here it seems that the pizza is good but the kebab is not. After 2 bites the bread was shaped like a burger and the cocktail sauce wasn't particularly good either. The cheese was probably very cheap and not even melted.

Fast, clean and tasty. I would like a little more creativity, whether it would be a homemade special sauce, or e.g. grilled tomatoes etc. as an extra in the kebab, ...then it would also get the 5th star. Continued success 🤝👍

At the beginning everything was good. After the 3rd order, wrong ingredients in the kebab... 4th order everything was too salty! And the awesome thing: warm dishes have an extra surcharge per pizza etc. except that it was just a Sagegs box... I wonder why it's so expensive. Should I order a salad for around 35Fr... And yet my pizza was only lukewarm and for I paid for something like that🙄😑 Well, it feels like a lottery to me! Luckily, there are other delivery services. We will no longer order there from now on.

We ordered 4 people and all 4 orders were wrong.

We picked up Dürum and lahmacun. The food was great, the ingredients were fresh, the cocktail sauce was tasty. This restaurant is recommended as a take away!
