What happiness! From the moment you walk through the door to when you close it. Fabulous cuisine full of surprises. A friendly and warm team. Impeccable service. It was our second time in less than a year and what's certain: we love it!!

A wonderful evening at Restaurant SABI. Warm welcome in an atmosphere full of zenitude and sobriety in a blue and woody decor. Attentive service full of good advice on both dishes and wines. A cuisine... no, a grandiose journey (!) which combines traditional cuisine (barbe du jour) and Asian inspirations, fresh, seasonal products, appetizers to welcome you and begin to surprise you. A unanimous dessert: thyme ice cream! but be quick... because this team of joyful artists regularly changes the menu to the rhythm of their inspirations and the seasons! I had a wonderful evening with two friends. It all started with a glass of champagne in an intimate and warm atmosphere at the same time. The dishes are very pretty to the eyes and a real explosion in the mouth. Everything is well researched and balanced. We also really appreciated the service of the waiter and the sommelier. Research and character is what you feel when you taste each dish. Wide choice of natural European wines. Excellent service and customer care. Great for escaping from everyday life. We really enjoyed everything.

Eating here is a gastronomic experience coupled with excellent service. However, it should be noted that the portions are not abundant and they recommend having two dishes per person.

Magnificent cuisine from a very inspired chef, particularly by the high quality fish and seafood. Very professional service and special mention for the selection of natural wines. First experience but certainly not the last!

Just to note that it's a small limited lunch menu as there only two main dishes on offer: 1 fish based and the other meat. So no veggie options. However, you can order starters as a main course. There is no plat du jour offering. Fish of day, Pollack, unfortunately lacked seasoning, but cooked we enough. Just missed flavours. Friend has veal tartare which was better. The bread and butter is great... Fresh. Desserts interesting. Wines good . Service was super friendly. Only one waiter though who was very nice and attentive. Luckily it was a Monday so perhaps not a busy day, but we still had to wait a bit for our food. Probably would like go back to try the dinner discovery menu or the Sunday brunch menu. Seems to be a bit more extensive.

I just went to Sabi on a recommendation from friends. We were served by Louis, the service was impeccable and the purity of the dishes will remain memorable. Let yourself be transported to this unique place.

Very neat setting. Impeccable and very friendly welcome and service. The dishes are fine and refined. Products worked with care and respect for the seasons and the regional terroir. Price just a little bit high.

Very good value for money . Very good, well-balanced flavors with fresh products. However, service a little long for the dish of the day. The waiter advised us to indicate if you have a time requirement.

An excellent experience! The welcome is warm, with an atmosphere made up of touches of refinement, sobriety, authenticity and surprising decorative elements. We feel good there, and that necessarily plays into the pleasure of tasting the dishes. The map is simple, in the good sense of the word. The proposals are intelligent and the kitchen will have the heart and the means to apply themselves to preparing them for you. We followed a wine recommendation which turned out to be surprising and perfectly aligned with our desire of the moment. Starters, main courses and desserts met all our expectations, and even beyond with flavors (absolutely everything on the plate has taste, and each flavor finds its place), textures and the finesse that we hope for. a cuisine that we pay to take us out of the ordinary. The result delivered by the kitchen is totally up to par, and these plates, in addition to being delicious and served with a smile, make us curious! Our term “experience” is therefore anything but trivial. We can only highly recommend Sabi, in whose room everyone really seemed to be having an excellent evening during our visit.

Charming new restaurant in Carouge. A brilliant young chef and a minimalist menu. Fantastic wine list. They had amazing Madeira wines by the glass. We had a glass of Madeira from 1969 and 1978 and they were excellent. Highly recommended!
