Nice place, really nice lounge. Massively overpriced NWs compared to everywhere else across Europe. No point going to this lounge when cigarworld's lounge in Germany is 65% of the price for New Worlds. Edit : Example : they want €320+ euros for a box of AJF Dorados which are €120-€150 in other LCDHs across Europe and even other stores in Geneva. They then called me to say that I shouldn't leave such a review because it's inaccurate. I find this quite distasteful as it's an accurate review. The lounge is lovely but the New World prices are not. Good Cuban selection at fair prices but New World's are a different story Edited to add justification and reduce the star rating due to awful service

Spectacular house of Cigar. Great amazing team to help guide you through the entire collection. Found many rare cigars you won’t find anywhere else in the world.

Customer service was nice. Selection is good too. Unfortunately you cannot smoke the cigar in their lounge as it is members only.

A very large choice of cigars, a magnificent location, a very warm welcome

The main reason I was in Geneva last week was actually to visit The House of Grauer, a cigar shop that I planned to visit a couple of years ago, but could not realize due to Pandemic. I was starting to get excited when I saw the pink Chevrolet in front of the main door. The House of Grauer is not just a cigar shop, but a combination of a museum, club, lounge and others; all of them in a very luxurious environment together with a very professional and helpful staff. Special thanks to Mourade HENDOR, answering to all my questions patiently. So many different selections of Habanos in the Walk-in Humidor drove me crazy. After spending almost two hours, an extra hour was dedicated to enjoy the smoking of a GRAUER in the very comfortable lounge paired with an espresso. Thank You

By far the best cigar lounge/business that I have ever visited. My wife and I were like kids in a candy store. I have never seen so many different selections of Cubans in one place. It took me about 5 minutes to process what my eyes were seeing. The staff was very professional and pleasant to deal with. They go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. If you are in Europe and a cigar enthusiasts you have to visit The House of Grauer

A paradise for the cigar lovers

Despite the very charming place, I was very disappointed with the quality of the cigars. The preservation is not good. I bought quite a quantity, many had knots and fell apart when I cut the end off despite having a suitable attachment. (I should point out that this also happened 1 hour after purchase, so it is not poor conservation on my part) I recommend choosing the cigars yourself to check their quality. Otherwise the large cigars were great, these had no flaws. the place is truly magnificent and the welcome warm but the quality of the cigars needs to be reviewed. Despite the unusual location I would not return there.

While passing through, we discovered a splendid place, an incredible choice of vitolas from all horizons as well as magnificent bottles of spirits, but also of wine without forgetting the accessories section with its wide choice. A superb experience which will undoubtedly be repeated. Thank you to the entire team for their professionalism and kindness.

One of the best cigar shops in Geneva

You cannot visit Geneva and not visit the House of Grauer. A combination luxury shop, museum, club, lounge and much more. State of the art decor with a sharp attention to every single detail. The walk in humidor is an experience by itself!

Well , to begin with 5 starts isn’t enough for this fine establishment! Everything is upscale about it beginning form the luxurious building to how the staff treat the customers. They have very comprehensive collection of cuban cigars and some that are impossible to find elsewhere The lounge is amazing with leather armchairs and decorated with pictures of tobacco culture and many hot and cold drinks are available. Special thanks to Mr.Murad for taking care of me there and sharing his knowledge with me.

Without any doubt and without fear of contradiction, the best place in the world for cigar aficionados. All the best possible in the cigar world, memorabilia, real museum pieces and of course absolutely exceptional cigars (perfectly preserved - I've seen vintage cigars preserved so well -). Spirits of great value and unique and unobtainable humidors do not complete the picture, because the House of Grauer cigar lounge is another absolute marvel... It's a shame that the House of Grauer staff isn't up to the task of such a place. Aside from the usual friendliness, normal in every commercial activity, one would expect from the Maison's staff a less hasty formality, a competence and an ability to manage the offer, worthy of this true cigar temple. Instead, in fact, among other things, we had to endure, from the staff present, the presentation of a Dupont briquet as if it were an electric torch, a portable lamp! In short, nothing to do with the professionalism and welcome at Rhein, where customers are guided and pampered, assisted and encouraged... Disappointment!

A hidden paradise! Superb place to buy cigars, admire art related to cigars, but also spirits and wines! The staff is very pleasant and knowledgeable, and it is accessible to everyone!

The eighth wonder! Never seen anything like it in the last 25 years. Beautiful, elegant place, excellent service, but the choice of cigars will leave you speechless, especially if you love less popular forms that haven't been found on the market for years. You can buy even just one cigar of your choice from all the modules present including many vintages, excellent choice of vintages, incredible humidors including some unique auction pieces. I believe it is, at least for Cuban centos and without a doubt, the most important and richest shop in the world. Access to the lounge is reserved for members, the card costs 4,800 Swiss francs but you will have a 25% discount on cigars. House of Grauer is the shop that was missing. High prices but justified by the abundant quantity of cigars and accessories. Simply FANTASTIC!
