Sabi's Genuss Bistro in Winterthur

My visit to the bistro was a real culinary highlight. The spare ribs were simply delicious – perfectly cooked, juicy and full of flavor. The portion was generous and was accompanied by friendly and attentive service. I highly recommend the bistro and especially their spare ribs. A must for all connoisseurs!

Waiting time was very long for what we had ordered. First restaurant to order spare ribs and sauce and coleslaw were extra. Sauce and coleslaw was 10chf together.

Wonderful tarte flambée, wafer-thin. Waiting time at the upper limit. But the wait was worth it.

Nice bistro with excellent service and special delicate cuisine. As a larger group with a reservation you can also share a lot of beautiful food. There are also outside seats in the middle of the old town. There's always something to see in the final. You have to have been there once.

We were greeted very friendly, advised and served. It's definitely not the last time I've been there.

We were at the opening of SABI's today. Sanja and Peter were supported by friends in the service. Guests lined up to get a table. The atmosphere is great, familiar, warm-hearted and at the same time very professional. The restaurant offers light, healthy dishes, delicious products and aperativos. The drinks menu is excitingly composed of handpicked soft drinks, selected wines and smoothies for a quick fix. Ideal during a hard day at work, or after work instead of going straight home. At SABI’s I would like to meet work colleagues; For a quick slowdown lunch, or with my friends and family outside of work.
