Super tasty and freshly prepared food from a lovely owner who served us warmly and brought us more than enough supplies of rice. The ambience is simple but authentic. We recommend.

For me one of the best Indian restaurants in Thun and the surrounding area. The location is authentic, the food is delicious and the host is accommodating! Also suitable for those who like their food less spicy. For spiciness, if you like it, be sure to order mixed pikles.

The food is freshly prepared in portions and is very tasty. The portions are very large. Unfortunately we had to wait a long time to prepare 6 portions to take away.

Used to be our fave indian restaurant, food still amazing and i'm sure the chefs are still the same original staff. However, i've never been made to feel so unwelcomed as I have tonight. Very rude front of house, no personality and quite frankly as a business you need to address this as it will absolutely effect your business.

It's a 5 minute walk from the restaurant to my house. This guy took 3 hours. We called him and either he didn't pick up or he just hung up again. Each time it was said another 5 minutes.

For the second time, the food came 45 minutes early despite the time. The first time it wasn't bad for us because we were at home. And well, it can happen and I rarely complain. The second time I was at home, my partner wasn't yet and that's why we specified the time. The owner insisted that we gave the wrong time. After showing him the order confirmation, I suggested solutions to him. However, the further course of events was damaging to business. Because he didn't care and he didn't even apologize. Just left without coming towards us. We will not be ordering anything from this restaurant again. I can't say much about the food, but to be fair the taste probably changed a bit because it was warmed up in the pan.

Best Indian Restaurant in Thun! I would recommend you should visit at least once just to see the service and quality of food. The owner is a mid-aged guy and he does everything from cooking, cleaning till serving. He’s really sweet and looks honest to his work. Hence you get the good quality food. Biryani was okay, but the chicken curries and specially garlic naan was really tasty 😊🔥

In a nutshell: A hidden gem and truly a culinary, authentic salvation for the city of Thun. Rarely have we experienced such heartwarming and friendly service; there were plenty of refills and our well-being was always taken care of. Despite the fact that there were 10 of us, all needs were addressed individually. The atmosphere is homely and gives the restaurant that certain something. Now about the food: Naan was fluffy, warm, fresh and cooked to perfection. Butter Chicken was delicious and one of, if not the best, I have eaten in Switzerland. Recommended from A-Z, I will visit often.

Super delicious food and extremely friendly service. They are big portions. We took the rest home and even received additional rice and sauce. There was also a delicious free dessert. The ambience could still be optimized. Conclusion: Everything important was great and we are already looking forward to the next time.

We came across this restaurant while looking for a healthier take-away. It's hidden and the area isn't exactly ideal, but it's worth it. We got very delicious butter chicken with rice and flatbread. The house also offered a mango lassie. What pleased me most: A very hospitable and polite operator! You'll be happy to come back! Thank you very much - everything was very fine.
