The Italian restaurant salta in bocca is definitely worth recommending! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. The staff is friendly and attentive, the pizzaiolo is one of the best! The food is simply fantastic! All in all, Salta in Bocca is a great restaurant that offers a perfect mix of traditional Italian cuisine, friendly service and cozy ambience. I highly recommend it and look forward to dining there again soon. Buon appetite!

Dear people I took a trip to the pizzeria "Salta in bocca" with my family and was not disappointed. We all chose the perfect meal - but my pizza 🍕 was better than ever. The pizza baker was under so much pressure, but still managed to inspire me with his culinary delights. THANK YOU SO MUCH for that. Keep it up. Best regards from Wängi.

Italianità is missing. Waiter not capable. Spicy pepperoncini in a broken shell. Everything used to be great. I'm very disappointed 😢, I'd rather drive a few km further than here again.

Actually, everything would have been arranged for a perfect evening. Even the reservation request to dine in the front part of the restaurant was taken into account this time. Ordering drinks started as the place wasn't very busy. For a moment we were undecided whether to have an aperitif or not. The waiter said he would bring the water and then we would check on the drinks. Water came, we had to pour it ourselves and any attempts to order Prosecco and Hugo were ignored. Reorders for drinks during the evening were taken but never delivered. Food came in stages, cleared away while not everyone had finished eating. The next challenge was to get coffee and dessert. In short, we lost them. First the request was acknowledged with a listless yes (that couldn't be said), then people strolled past our table countless times, sometimes with a glass of wine in their hand, sometimes a beer was to be delivered, sometimes it was empty. After a long 15 minutes, the waiter was ready to tell us that it would only be a minute before he would sit with us. Notably, he had walked past what felt like 100 times. At some point we told him that we didn't have enough time for dessert and that we wanted to pay. And that must have triggered something, he showed up at our table with the bill in record time to collect. We couldn't shake the feeling that he wanted to get rid of us. We probably did too much work. It's a shame about the fine food - but the level of service will keep us away from this restaurant in the future! Anyone who so consistently ignores repeat orders and guests doesn't deserve any customers. .

If I could I wouldn't even give it 1 star. Last time we had to wait 1:30 minutes for food, I thought we'd try it again, made a special reservation and this time we also waited an hour until we got up and left, I could understand it if there had been a lot of people but most of them had already finished eating . When the waiter came to us after an hour and said it would be a while before the pizza was ready, I had to tell him that we hadn't even ordered pizza but pasta. If you can't serve your guests, please don't. I was definitely there for the last time.

OK Good. However, be careful with the wines. Simple and at the same time hopelessly overpriced wines like Tignanello. However, you wait in vain for a BRUNELLO or Barolo!!!

There are enough parking spaces nearby. The pizzas are very good and very crispy with a thin base. However, the staff can sometimes be a bit confused. The prices are okay. There are also cheaper ones nearby for less.

You imagine it's Sunday evening, the waiter with the black glasses is looking after us, the restaurant is medium full, the atmosphere in the guest room is slightly chaotic. Then the cabaret started, Chapter 1 the order, after asking twice what you had ordered or not, I looked at the menu again, gentlemen a pizza for 32.00 and 9.50 for the 100cl mineral, well close to the limit , it's not poured during service, which isn't a bad thing either. Chapter two, the food arrives, it is beautifully prepared and is excellent, but the details like missing napkins and wrong ingredients on the pizza are not bad either. In between, I noticed that a few insulting words were said when the waiter came in from outside and came back to the serving area, which doesn't look good. Chapter three, paying separately doesn't work well here, I'm just saying I understand a little Italian and what the gentleman said when he had to split the bill I just want to say SO NOT MY LORD, we discovered that there was too much on the bill, we will not return. Conclusion: Food wonderful, prices rather too high, service poor and unfriendly (hopefully the person this concerns is not the boss, if it were an employee I would fire him)

Very long waiting times and some of the food was cold. The soup was too salty. The service was not friendly and very sloppy. We were served the wrong main course and still paid the full price of the wrong meal. The main course wasn't cleared away for 40 minutes after the meal.

We're here right now eating pizza, one of the worst pizzas we've ever had. Huge crust, mozzarella totally dry, you can hardly cut the pizza: pizza bread with no taste. We used to be very impressed by this restaurant, but unfortunately it is no longer visible today. The table is brutally wobbly and the waitress hardly understands any German and is unprofessional. Bill was requested and she continued clearing plates from other tables for another 5 minutes while we waited. Finally a second waiter came and brought the bill: 9.50 francs for a liter of water 👍🏻

I waited more than 20 minutes and didn't get a menu card. I asked the waiter that I wanted to order. The waiter said wait a minute! After 30 minutes of waiting I left again. Totally poorly organized!! No more!!!

Attentive, friendly staff...warm atmosphere...for whom, however, ordering simply cooked rice is only relevant in the form of risotto! However, this "lag" in the clarification of terms was promptly ironed out by the kitchen! Thank you for the hospitality !

We were there with a group of 13 people. As a starter we were able to order a tavolata, which is not on the menu as such. Nevertheless, we were able to order easily. The tavolata was perfect. There was something for everyone, from fish to meat, everything was perfect. The main courses were all extremely tasty. The pasta is recommended. We were served very friendly and quickly. The service was just great, as was the whole evening. Thank you for the lovely evening. We'd love to come back!

We reserved a table for two in the name. My colleague, who was there earlier, was first brought to the left part of the restaurant to a table for three with another lady who she didn't know. Then after some confusion we went to a reserved table for two. I arrived a few minutes later, gave the correct name and, after the waiter walked through the entire restaurant, I was taken, somewhat confused, to an unreserved table in the right part of the restaurant, where I waited. After I wrote to my colleague, we finally found ourselves in the restaurant and sat down at a table together 🤷🏻‍♀️. The food was delicious and the waiter, although very chaotic, was very friendly. Another employee or boss (?) yelled at the waiter several times to go faster. That's why the visit was okay, but the tense atmosphere and the poor organization weren't very inviting for the next time.

Incredibly long waiting times have been sitting here for 1.5 hours and have only ordered 3 pizzas!! Never again! It's just outrageous, we have a 2.5 year old child who has absolutely no patience left! Which is understandable!

There is only the Italian flag on the waiters' t-shirts. Pizza takes 1 week to digest, overcooked pre-cooked pasta becomes glue. Then explain to me seafood pasta with tagliatelle (make spaghetti or linguine) high cost! It's sad since the owner is Italian but I think he should return to Italy to understand what Italian cuisine means! You must improve yourselves and respect our cuisine. YOU CAN SATISFY THE SWISS PALATE

Extremely long waiting times, over half an hour waiting for the drinks (!) and almost 2 hours for food, I personally find it unreasonable. Apparently this evening was no exception and I certainly won't recommend this restaurant.

Pretty pizzeria with a large garden seating area, children's chairs and a changing table. The restaurant is clean and inviting, although the service is unfortunately very slow (a good hour for 4 pizzas) and unfriendly. The pizza is ok - no spices or other attention and the crust is way too big in proportion. Conclusion: you can, you don't have to. Was our first and last visit

I was in this restaurant in week 18/2022. A good sign is if there are a lot of guests. From my experience as a former food inspector, in this case there is no food that is going stale. Even though it was fully booked, the staff made a great effort and were very committed. They ask if a grappa can shorten the waiting time, which I found very thoughtful. Clean dishes, friendly faces, manageable menu, but why only four stars. Well, maybe I'm being a little harsh because the waiter put the leftover pizza in a pizza box and brushed against the flower decorations. And the pizza didn't have the taste I was hoping for. A satisfied guest is when he comes back, but I won't come back.

The waitress often didn't pay any attention to us and drinks had to be ordered at least twice before they were actually brought. We ordered a nice takeaway meal from Salta in Bocca for Valentine's Day. Unfortunately there was a misunderstanding when ordering, so the requested food was not prepared. When we called back, we were very pleasantly surprised at how uncomplicated and friendly the landlady was on the phone. The correct order was prepared for us very quickly and we were all able to enjoy our Valentine's Day meal together at home. As always, the food was heavenly good. Thank you again, we always enjoy coming back to you.

Very poor service as orders were often forgotten. Unfortunately, the food wasn't good either and never arrived at the table for everyone at the same time. The waiting time was a disaster, at first we had to wait at least 30 minutes and while the waiter finally picked up the drinks he simply ran away. When we asked the boss about it at the end, the criticism was not taken into account, which is totally unprofessional. Never again! I really can't recommend it any further.
