Rösslistrasse 30Another restaurant hyped by the media and local vote… all in all delicious! but I couldn't understand the price/performance ratio. In my case, the Gruyere burger was quite small and the Gruyere was barely noticeable. the fries are very dry to dark brown. Maybe I tried the wrong burger, but the sauce wasn't rich either - which would be the secret main ingredient in the burger... As I said, solid but nothing more
