The food is delicious, the portions are quite good, the staff very attentive and friendly. Except for the manager who is a bit unfriendly. The atmosphere is cozy you can talk and listen quietly. My favorites were definitely the desserts. 👌🏼 points in favor, how fast the food arrives 👏🏼 The price-quality ratio. It is quite good.

I spontaneously went there for dinner with my girlfriend. You will receive a very friendly welcome, the staff are very friendly, well-groomed and, above all, very attentive! We felt very comfortable and the food was very delicious. You also get a small appetizer (soft rolls) while you wait until the food arrives. We didn't have to wait long at all, even though the restaurant was pretty full :D. I can recommend this restaurant to everyone and we will definitely come back. Thank you!

We were delightfully greeted and seated. The food arrived promptly, it was exquisite as always. There's no better tiramisu in Canton Zürich at least. One of the best I ever tried. If not the best. They were very accommodating and friendly with our 3 y.o. It was a pleasant experience. Kevin was delightful. Grace and professionalism. He completed the experience. We are grateful.

The food was bland, risotto was swimming in oil, the wine was good. Service ok, but had no idea about the wine, but could at least assign it to Italy. Bottom line, very disappointing.

this is one of my favorite restaurants in Switzerland to enjoy good and authentic Italian dishes. the pasta and pizzas are fantastic. the new staff are really friendly and the food they prepare is worth every penny. I had tagliatelle with a fresh black truffle sauce. they were FLAWLESS.

We always enjoy eating here. The staff is always friendly and the food is always good. In winter it's nice to have a place near the fireplace. And when it's your birthday the staff sings Tanti Auguri. My tip: It's worth making a reservation because it's always very full.

After we were back in Italy in the summer of 2023, we wanted to extend our vacation a little. And so we went to this pizzeria/restaurant for the first time. The pizza with truffles was amazing! In December 2023 we went a second time, this time I ordered Risotto di Mare and my husband ordered pizza with salsicca. The risotto - 29.- chf - rice not cooked, di mare? - three small shrimp tails! No mussels, no cancer - nothing! Pizza four small pieces, almost cold, little cheese. That's really a pity! We would have liked to come more often, but for 90.-chf I ask a little more!! I wouldn't recommend the food!

The space at the window wasn't that good, it was draughty, and I was eating my birthday there, but even though I mentioned it in the comment that it was a birthday, there was no attention

Andrea is great and so is her partner. They welcome you very kindly and look for a way to accommodate you despite always being very full. The parmiggiana, the pizza tartufata, the gnocchi, the lemon risotto with shrimp... everything was really delicious. We repeated several nights and they had nice details with us.

"Scalopine al limone" is very tasty, pizzas are good and freshly prepared, service is friendly, fast and accommodating, value for money is reasonable. All in all; recommended!

Spectacular service and attention, we had dinner there three nights in a row. Spectacular parmigiana, gamberi risotto and tartufatta pizza. Without a doubt a very good choice.

Super nice and patient waiters. Be mindful of their opening hours! After lunch they reset to get ready for dinner service, which means closing the restaurant for set up.

Ambience is very good, but the quantity is not large. I didn't really like the service, it was a bit poor because the meals were expensive! My order contains meat that tastes like meat, I think it was spoiled, I had diarrhea after having lunch between 11:40am and 12:50pm on 11/05/2023. I don't visit this place anymore. The atmosphere is great but the quantity is not very good.

For a fantastic pizza in Winterthur you can't avoid Santa Lucia. Service is fantastic, as is the food (pizza).

It's worth making a reservation. We were lucky that we still found room for two at 6 p.m. The service was attentive and quick. The salad was beautifully prepared and the pizza was delicious. Unfortunately, the full restaurant is loud and restless.

This was our first time here and it was fantastic! First, our waiter was terrific, he was very entertaining and a pleasure to have him as our server. Second, the food was delicious, there were 7 in our party and we all were very satisfied with our meals. And third, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back. :)

I have known Santa Lucia in Winterthur for 15 years. Fine food, fair prices. Depending on the seat, the ambience ranges from loud and ok to pleasant and cozy. Unfortunately it varies a lot, but if you don't want to spend the whole evening there, you can get a fine pizza in a nice atmosphere.

You didn't shine today, scusa. I have spent wonderful lunches and evenings with you a thousand times. But today we “just” wanted something to drink. The reception is rather frosty. The restaurant is empty, so this should be possible even if the house is fully booked at 4:30 p.m.? After some back and forth there is a table. After 45 minutes we are very rudely told that we should leave. And the smug remark "Goodbye, next time with pizza" shows that their chef de service has no understanding of the fact that a customer might just have a drink today, but tomorrow he might be celebrating his birthday in another Santa Lucia. I look forward to more customer service on my next visit!

Have eaten there a few times now and it's always been delicious! Super Service! Can definitely only be recommended! It's definitely worth it! :)

This was my first time there since it was spruced up. I like what they did with it. I was there on Friday and it was super full, but they still tried to get us a place as quickly as possible, which they did extremely efficiently. Didn't wait at the bar for 10 minutes. The food was delicious and the service was great and friendly despite the volume of orders. Wow respect! I'll go there again.

Well, maybe the pizza you chose wasn't the right one. In any case, I didn't like it that much. Considering the location, the price is okay. The staff makes an effort to speak Italian and sounds friendly.

Service quite inattentive, partly probably unskilled(?). Ordered two espressos, never arrived, but were still on the bill. Waiting time for the food is rather long as in other Bindella restaurants (Più). Food very good.

Everything was very good and I can only recommend it. The only disadvantage is that it's right next to a bus stop if you want to sit outside.

I always like to go to Santa Lucia. The food is super delicious and the team (Sead, Vitum, Liber, Ruben and the rest for sure as well) is really lovely and courteous. Definitely recommended and as a suggestion: try the Rose from Puglia. :)

Great wood fired pizza. Very professional efficient service esp by their staff Egbert (not sure of the spelling). Convenient location near the train station - spacious. Lovely place to have some good italian food. We are overseas guests from Singapore and at there twice during our 3N stay in Winterthur. Would love to return to have a meal again if we do come back to Switzerland in the near future.
