Lots of things to improve. Training of indoor staff essential. Penne a la arabiatta far from being spicy. Glasses of wine measured to the bare minimum. Very industrial tiramisu. All for €53. Very Swiss price. Don't really want to come back.

The pizza is delicious! However, the service leaves a lot to be desired. The attendant is very arrogant and unfriendly, she simply pretends she didn't see you call. They don't speak English, or they just don't feel like serving you in English. I didn't see the slightest point in sitting at the table, having the menu brought to you, and when it was time to choose, the waitress asked you to go to the counter and place your order there. I could have already placed the order as soon as I walked in, speeding everything up.

Tasty pizza and friendly people

It was very difficult to find food in Switzerland that wasn't salty. This is the place. It was not salty and delicious!! My parents loved it too!!!!! Be sure to go!

Quick and very polite service, exactly what a hungry employee needs at noon. The Quattro Stagioni pizza was large with plenty of toppings. Pricing the glass of house wine at 9,- per glass is a bit ambitious though. I’ll happily be back soon and eat my way through the rest of the menu!

Food not particularly good for an Italian. Unsalted and bacon cubes from the tetra pack.

I've been to the Santa Lucia Subito on Stampfenbachstrasse in Zurich several times. I am very satisfied with the quality of the food and wine. Today I had a pizza calzone and yesterday a spaghetti carbonara, which met my expectations in every way. The staff is very friendly and helpful, so I would like to congratulate them and look forward to coming back.

Despite the limited selection, the food was very good and also very suitable for vegetarians. The service was very friendly, but somehow there seemed to be problems at the tables when there was a lot of traffic. The wine was poured elegantly, but then a few other little things were forgotten. There probably isn't enough staff and at lunch time the place would need just one person. The ambience is ok and we'll come back if we're hungry in the area.

There is a place to sit. But you had to order at the counter it's not really set up as a restaurant.

Amazing gluten free pasta!! We had the Carbonara and the Arbiata. Both cooked al Dante to perfection. Bravo

Great, friendly, fun team, you can watch Zurich's multicultural culture on the terrace, and something different next to the hotel. The pasta wasn't "al dente" so it needed a little more, bruschetta was very good, as was the wine. I'll come back, I'll forgive the pasta thing. Price performance is consistent.

Was there with a group of women and had an Insalata mista grande. Salad was great, conditions were perfect. There were very few seats in the garden.

Came in for some pizza. You get a number and pick your table then order and at the end pay up front. Got the pizza with the spicy sausage and it was good. Nice crust and letting the pizza settle some it wasn’t was wet and floppy on the middle when picking up a slice. Would eat again.

Novel concept. At the entrance you choose the food and drink and go to a place of your choice. You get a table number. When you leave the restaurant you pay at the cash register. Take your table number with you. The risotto was very good!

The pizza was good also the staff was very friendly.Could have been a better experience if they had more options in veg. Overall the experience was nice.

We had pizzas here and it tasted just like an authentic Italian pizza. Nice thin crust with a good amount of mozzarella and tomato sauce. Was not crowded at all and very calm. Great place to relax especially with a good playlist on. Recommend if you are in the area

Nice pizza place, but whit a limited menu in terms of choice... for instance there are no seafood pizzas.... However there is enough choice if you like pizza. The choice of drinks is again limited but adequate.

Italian pizza restaurant. My favorite dish is the quick margarita. There are sessions. inside and outside. The order is delivered quickly and they have my travel

Fast service and flawless pizza!

Super friendly, efficient team. Everything is beautifully wrapped for take-away so that you can put the rocket and Parma ham fresh on your pizza at home. Both pizzas tasted great and the dough was nice and crispy on the outside. We'd love to come back.

Food was okay, and staff was nice. The playlist they had playing was amazing! It was a bit odd that we had to order up front and then they would bring our food to the table. Took less than 7 minutes for our food to come out, so I’m not sure if its like a fast food gourmet type of restaurant, but thats the vibes I was getting. Overall good experience. Staff spoke english

We have been to “Subi” a few times now. Very good food, pizza from the wood oven with great ingredients, good wine selection and still absolutely uncomplicated... and so romantic that our children were very calm and sweet. The place is also ideal for families: children receive a menu with salad for 9.- The only suggestion for improvement: work a bit on the pizza base, it is still a bit too soft for my taste.

As usual, the pizza was very good. For a dinner with friends or as a couple it is the perfect place. You are pampered from when you enter to when you leave, they are super efficient in their service. You know that if you go to Saint Lucia you always leave 100% satisfied. I highly recommend it! You try it once and you can't do without it again...!
