I don't know what it is, but it always feels like the staff is in a bad mood. I've been getting my coffee many times... 🤷🏻‍♀️ Well, after a while I now know what the problem is. Somehow I never noticed that 😅, but the staff doesn't speak German well... That means they often didn't understand me in that sense and I thought they were unfriendly...! Over time they became much friendlier. 😊 I'm happy and really enjoy coming for a take away coffee, which is great. 😍☕ So, after about 3 years of drinking coffee here, I unfortunately have to finally say that the staff is still unfriendly. For this reason I decided not to get my coffee here anymore, even though the coffee is good. But people in a bad mood in the morning are not worth the coffee in the world. Even if you don't speak German well, you can at least greet your guests in Italian. I don't feel welcome or even comfortable as a guest. I'm sorry for the negative review, but it's justified.

The food may be good but what kind of unfriendly saleswomen are they, my God. You lose your appetite, never again!!

As a fairly satisfied Italian, one flaw is that you can never find a place to sit to drink a coffee or cappuccino

The pastries may be good, but such poor service immediately destroys the desire to come back. So many employees in the same area disturbing each other, which is why customers suffer from very long waiting times.

Workers speak so many languages! Pastries were fresh and delicious.

The service is very friendly. It is clear that the arancinis do not taste like those in Catania, Sicily. But when it says "With Bolognese" I don't expect so little stuffing with more peas than meat. Unfortunately it was very dry.

1.44pm uncaring staff talking to each other people waiting semi-loose hair preparing pizza, making coffee 8 minutes because they chat among themselves zero courtesy to customers

Delicious, fresh and for less than 10CHF you can eat a foccacia and a drink. Great variety of products and good raw materials.

All I wanted was a foccacia to be heated up. However the Service Personal was rude and refused to do so, instead they gave me the run around for it. After asking nicely 3 times I got angry and decided to not buy the foccacia, because they do npt care to provide good service. Why they have a sign that says "We are heating up your Foccacia" to then refuse it. And then tell me to help myself and grab a bag before they heat it up, and after that still refuse to do it is beyond me, this place should close down if they dont care for their customers!!! Last time I will ever buy anything there!!

Some staff members seemed to operate on a frequency alien to our Earthly norms. It wasn’t that they were outright rude or dismissive. It was subtler than that. They approached customer service differently, often out of tune with the Earthly expectations of warmth and hospitality. Perhaps, in their corner of the cosmos, aloofness was the highest form of respect, or maybe minimal interaction was seen as the ultimate courtesy. Whatever the case, these individuals, despite their competence in other areas, felt like misfits in the frontline service role. One such day, I approached the counter, hoping for a quick chat and my regular coffee. The server, a tall being with shimmering blue skin, merely glanced at me, taking my order without uttering a word. While my coffee was perfect, as always, the interaction felt colder than the moon's dark side. To expect them to adhere strictly to Earth’s customs might be unfair. After all, the Galactic Café was a testament to the universe’s diversity. But it was also essential for them to understand that here, on Earth, a smile and a warm greeting could make all the difference. I believe there's a place for everyone in this vast universe, and sometimes it's a matter of finding where one's unique skills and attributes shine the brightest. The key is recognising that not every position, especially as crucial as frontline service, is for everyone. It's about matching one's innate strengths to the role they are best suited for, ensuring harmony not just in a café but in the cosmos.

We had coffee and breakfast here. Avocado n vegetable sandwich, plain croissant, chocolate croissant were awesome. Polite staff.

Lots of people at the checkout. I pay for my beer at the automatic cash register right next door. Age test. No chance, I have to leave the beer.

Great shop with IT specialties. Last Sunday I discovered Sapari Cannoli, which was new in the assortment. They were very tasty, but there was too much E in the ingredients for me (only discovered at home))), could be without. Service was perfect, the young women Marika and Magali were very nice, friendly and respectful to the KL.

Arancini is one of my favourite food there. But other food is also really good. It is located in the middle of the busy Main train Station, people are walking around you if you sit outside.

Very nice shop with lots of great Italian products. I didn't even know it was a COOP store... Unfortunately, the staff definitely doesn't fit the atmosphere. Very cold and distant. Making money quickly seems to be important. Doesn't fit Italian culture at all. Luckily there are many other shops on the HB.

I like the beautiful products and the store, but the service is so unfriendly. Welcome very cold, the way she scanned the products was very brutal, unpleasant and not handled with care at all. After paying, it was gone quickly. Without a Merxi or an Adä. I will never get anything there again. It's a shame for the store! Well, there are other stores with good to very good service.

Refers to my visit with TO GOOD TO GO; This evening I went to Sapori HB to pick up my To Good To Go meal. I was totally shocked by the maximum customer unhappiness towards me. 》 I went in, said hello and that I came from TogoodTogo, the salesman (slim, black hair, stubble, around 30) looked at me without saying a word, then looked at his colleague and explained to her in Italian that she had given me the To good togo was supposed to give me food, so I got it, I said "Thank you and have a nice evening" I was again met with a slightly disparaging look and of course WORDLESS... Of course "I'm just a to good to go customer" but there should still be a certain respect towards EVERY customer, and a normal hello, goodbye should also be included... I was really disappointed with how I was treated...

so cheap and delicious food. I bought food like pizza(CHF5.95), food made by rice, cheese, and arrabbiata(CHF3.75), and Evian 50cl (CHF0.90). Stuff made our food warm with microwave.

Actually very cool shop. But Twint hasn't worked for months! There was also a huge crowd in front of the checkout and customers pushing ahead... so unfortunately I had to forego the capuccino I had already paid for because I had to get on the train.

Very bad espresso (sour) for the name of the shop, you could get more out of this good coffee machine. Very friendly service. Unfortunately, the low prices of espresso do not compensate for the poor quality.

I don't understand why everyone wrote that the staff is unfriendly... maybe it's your fault? I was always served very politely.

Very bad experience, good products but... Several times they told us they couldn't sell us the ham because the machine was already clean, even though it was 6.30 or 7.30 pm, when closing time is 8 pm. We wait to be served and no one takes us into consideration, in fact they even respond badly to us. We would like to speak to a manager but it is not possible because there are no contacts.

The young lady without a mask shouted we have to put the mask on. The mouth fluid bubbled up drop by drop onto the peaks below. When I asked her to renew the labels on the various peaks because they were almost no longer legible, she replied: Let's not do that. I can easily do without the croissants in the future.
