Saurer Garten in Arbon

Simple but beautiful, cozy place on Lake Constance.

Unusual cafe on the bus, atmospheric, beautiful view. In cold weather you can drink delicious tea. There was a photo shoot and we were allowed to take pictures. Thanks to the staff.

Really a very nice original place. Wonderful place to stay with a view of Lake Constance. The aperitif was good. Gladly again - then with a visit to the museum.

Located right near the lake in front of the Saurer Museum. Extremely nice and friendly service, fast service. We ate very well and there was no lack of anything.

Had 1 glass of white wine, 1 summit, a drink. First came the birds. Then the wasps. We didn't feel well. We quickly drank it and left. It would be such a nice place by the lake.

The evening atmosphere here near the lake is really great! The service is very friendly, the food is consistently delicious and the children can also play really well in the play bus!

“Saurer Garten” is - nomen est omen - the outdoor bar that is part of the Saurer Museum and is in a prime location on the lake promenade in Arbon. The bar is simple but exudes a good atmosphere. You get a drink or snack from the bar cart, sit down at one of the old metal garden tables and simply enjoy the 180 degree view of Lake Constance. The melon cocktail with sparkling water is highly recommended, and there are also alcoholic drinks. Of course, an old Saurer post bus is also there and offers protection in the event of cloudbursts. It also serves as a playground for children. The service staff was very friendly and accommodating. The ideal place in Arbon to enjoy an aperitif when the weather is nice.

One of my favorite places here in Arbon. Something innovative that is otherwise missing in this city. The post bus with the play area is the highlight for my son. The Roggwiler beer that is served here is really a brilliant idea! I love this beer and supporting Roggwiler Huusbraui is simply super craft beer. The Möhl Cider products and Gazosa variant are also simply a good selection! What I don't understand is people who complain about the prices. So these are absolutely standard prices, it's not a shopping center.

A great, quiet and pleasant place. Overlooking Lake Bodensee. And a very good beer.

Charming little spot for an after-work drink. The service is friendly and always up for fun. However, the food from the food truck is quite expensive.

Very nice small cafe/bar at the lake side. Nice location to relax and enjoy a home made chai or a nice latte macchiato.

my absolute favorite place in Arbon. The view is top notch, you can get rid of your black money here and we particularly recommend the chili cheese fries. 10/10 points

Nice place, very long waiting times, also for drinks, very expensive. Be careful, you can get injured on the furniture!

Directly on the lake cycle path very dangerous for cyclists and pedestrians to get into this acidic garden. It's a matter of time that serious accidents will occur there between cyclists and guests who cross the cycle path
