Last season we went here a lot and it was friendly, great service and food and nice stylish touches. Must have changed hands in 2017 because this season we had to remind the staff of our drinks order even though the place was empty and got told there was a minimum 15chf order to pay by debit card! its very convenient but we won't be going back.

I stayed at Lodge Sax during the recent Paragliding World Cup in Disentis. The hotel was the HQ for the event, and the manager, Alexander Dalucas, was efficient, friendly and always willing to help. The lodge is located an easy walk from the Gendusas gondola and has great views from many of the rooms up the valley opposite to Piz Medel, one of the higher peaks of the Leopontine Alps.The staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a simple affair of muesli, yoghurt, juice, bread, cheese and cold meat - the usual European buffet. The restaurant menu contains a good selection of choices, and the food is cooked well and the ingredients are fresh. The rooms are not large, and the bathroom in my room was very small - only enough room for the shower and toilet - with the sink just inside the main door, but they are very clean, with excellent linen on the beds, which are very comfortable.There is a comfortable indoor sitting area downstairs with lots of reading material and games, and then a wonderful south-facing terrace, which is really great for just enjoying the great views and the sunshine.Disentis township is about 15 minutes walk down the hill from the hotel, or if you prefer you can walk two minutes to Acla de Fortuana train station and catch the trains that go by every hour or so. You can travel all the way to Chur on this train to the east, or go west over the Oberalppass to Andermatt.Whether you're in to mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, or just wanting a mountain retreat to relax in, Lodge Sax is an excellent place to base yourself while you explore the Graubünden region.

Nuestro viaje de esquí estaba basada de Saxe Lodge y cenamos aquí todas las noches. La comida era excelente y el personal era fantástico. Cada noche era un nuevo plato local que nunca nos dejó queriendo más.Los "Piratas" todos saluda a la pandilla!

Utilizamos sólo las instalaciones del restaurante, ya que no hay. Mis hijos clases de esquí, así que este es un lugar conveniente para esperar perfectamente a ellos o para verlos de aprendizaje. También después de clases está soleado la tarde entera para resolver afuera. La única cosa es lamentable el hecho de que el personal no habla alemán o hablar alemán en su mayoría limitadas así nuestros pedidos vinieron a menudo, si no siempre, mal al principio. También son muy útiles y completas, así que siempre que podíamos conseguir lo que realmente ordenados y no lo has adivinado, el camarero. Entiendo el concepto. Swedish lodge en los Alpes suizos, sin embargo, un mínimo de capacidad de idioma local para recoger los pedidos sería de esperar. O poner los camareros que no hablan alemán para hacer otras cosas. . .

Abbiamo fatto le feste di Pasqua ,che dire la cucina e buona ,le camere sono pulite gentilezza ed accoglienza super,ci siamo trovati bene ed il prezzo è molto abbordabile ,per essere in Svizzera

God middag med ok service, lite seg service men det blev bättre under middagen. Stora rejäla portioner till vettigs priser. Passa på att äta här om ni är i Disentis!

Das Restaurant ist praktisch direkt an der Strasse von Disentis nach Sedrun gelegen und ideal für Eltern mit kleinen Kindern im Winter (da neben der Skischule).Es besitzt eine wunderbare und ruhige Sonnenterrasse.Die Tagesmenues sind eher schweizerisch/gutbürgerlich aber gut und auch das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist fair.

Wir haben es von Einheimischen erfahren dass es fein ist im Sax. Wir haben es auch gleich ausprobiert. Es ist eine herrliche Terrasse und die Kinder haben eine grosse Wiese zum Spielen. Eine Rutschbahn hat es auch. Der Service ist sehr nett und herzlich. Die Speisen sehr fein. Man findet von schweizerischer und schwedischer Kost sehr viel. Wir haben sehr fein gegessen für die Kinder ist die Küche sehr spontan. Pommes mit feinem Gemüse. Gemüse findet man in anderen Restaurant für Kinder eher selten. Fazit: lecker ,nett, schöne Aussicht, entspannung. Kommen wieder!

Wir waren im Lodge Sax und hatte die Gelegenheit, versuchen die Restaurant 2 Mal während unseres Aufenthaltes. ersten Abend (Anreisetag) versuchten wir ihre Elkhamburger, das war sehr lecker. Große Vielfalt an Schweizer und schwedische Gerichte. Toast Skagen, Frikadellen mit klassischen Seiten zu nennen einige tolle schwedische Gerichte. Gute Auswahl für Kinder, obwohl es nicht in der gleichen Etage wie der normalen Speisekarte war. Eine feineinstellung auf der Service würde die Erfahrung noch Lift. Aber mit der tollen Lage in der Nähe der Haupt-Gondelstation - es ist auf jeden Fall lohnt es sich, vorbei an und nehmen Sie sich etwas zu essen!

Das Restaurant serviert rustikale leckeres und gut zubereitetes Essen. Ein à la carte Menü besteht aus 800 schwedische und HP-schweizerische Gerichte. Es gibt eine Après-Ski -Bar mit Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien gutes Wetter.

Trotz Reservation wurden wir bei der Ankunft zuerst für zehn Minuten in die besetzte Lounge beordert. Das Restaurant ist wegen des Kachelbodens eher laut. Das Essen ist gut, die Menge eher knapp. Wir zogen teilbefriedigt nach eineinhalb Stunden weiter.

With the new Restaurant Management the food has got some Swedish touch and is better than before. Unfortunately most of the service personal does not speak german and the overall service experience has a lot of room for improvement. You wait very long until you can place your order, it takes ages until you get the food and if you are lucky you get what you ordered. The staff is new and still very uncoordinated, but the restaurant manager does everything to make the best of the situation.

Ottimi piatti e prezzi abbordabili per essere in svizzera menu in italiano. Quando posso torno senza altro.

Auf ein Dessert eingekehrt wurden wir offen und herzlich empfangen. Interieur ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Terrassenplätze sind top. Für die Kleinen hat es auch einen kleinen Spielplatz mit Rutsche.

Durante un giro in moto ci siamo fermati in questo ristorante.La signora parla italiano il che non guasta mai, è sempre stata gentile e disponibile! Ho mangiato l insalata di cervelat, molto buona, la salsa è davvero ottima.Come secondo il cordonbleu con patatine e verdure anche questo piatto mi è molto piaciuto!Il ristorante ha una terrazza con vista su un bel prato, ci sono parcheggi, per tutti.Ci tornerò sicuramente!!!
