SBB Restaurant in Erstfeld

The purpose of the so-called milk kitchens of the Swiss Federal Railways SBB is to provide inexpensive, healthy meals for their staff. They have been in larger train stations since the Wilhelminian era and are enjoying increasing popularity again thanks to balanced, contemporary preparation.
