It's unbelievable how high the travel costs are for a 5 minute drive!! CHF 230.00 not recommended the company!!!

Unfortunately the spare parts are very expensive. In our €5,000 device, a Coffee Prime, the display has said goodbye. Schaerer is asking €1,400 for a new display plus installation costs. We will now look for an alternative and unfortunately part with the machine. When everything works, they are great devices. If something breaks, it will be 1. difficult to find someone to repair the devices and 2. guaranteed to be very expensive. This should be taken into account when considering whether to buy a Schaerer coffee machine.

Not commercial service at all. I asked for a quote. They charged me for an intervention to make the estimate... the worst thing in the story is that they never sent me a quote... so in the end I don't know what I paid ...they're thieves. No other word to define them.

The coffee machine itself is OK. What's really bad here is that no company other than EF does the maintenance, so you're dependent on just one man and he has a lot to do. Waiting time for an order is 1 month. The maintenance isn't exactly cheap either. Due to the poor maintenance company, I would like to replace my Shaerer coffee machine.
