It was fantastic! We enjoyed a vegan 3-course menu in the castle cellar for our daughter's confirmation. The food was sensational. The hosts were also incredibly friendly and helpful. The ambience invited you to linger. We were completely satisfied and would love to come back!!

This is hands down one of my favorite restaurants ever. Everytime I visit Brig I try to have dinner here once. The zweierlei cordon bleu is out of this world and most definitely a big tip! It's the reason I come back every single time. Not only the food is great, the people are as well. Very friendly and inviting. The location itself is very cozy and intimate. A big plus for me is their great whisky collection. They have a very interesting variety of exquisite single malt whisky and also some great knowledge about it. When in Brig, visit this restaurant. You'll not be disappointed!

Yesterday we were allowed to visit the Diana Brig hunting club satisfied guests count👍🍀. We appreciated the pleasant ambience & culinary pampering highlights from the Regula & Seline team💝🥂👩🏼‍🍳. It's wonderful what the two ladies conjure up on the plate here. Visited the castle cellar during the ski holidays in Fiesch. The atmosphere is beautiful, everything is made with love. We had the winter salad, the scallops, chicken with bramata croquettes and alpine pike-perch with beetroot risotto. Finally, chocolate mousse with orange sorbet. Paired with two wonderful local wines. The prices are extremely fair.

The food was wonderful. The best restaurant we have ever visited! Menu is not overloaded, very appealing offer with additional season ticket. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten and lactose free shown on the menu. Everything is fresh, cooked with love and passion and served with joy.

The food is excellent. Perfectly weighted and seasoned. The service is quick and always friendly. It was the second time and it was just as perfect. It also has a great vegetarian and vegan selection.

We took take away from the castle cellar. And we were thrilled. The food was plenty and beautifully prepared. It tasted fantastic. The wonderful combinations of fruit and savory is probably unique. The whole thing also tasted super delicious as a take away. We hope we can eat in the restaurant again soon.

Skeptical about takeaway but I was completely convinced! The food was very good, nice and warm and the idea with the reusable items is very good. I would like to highlight the dessert and price/performance.

Good and varied menu, the dishes varied in quality... we missed the hospitality in the castle cellar a bit - unfortunately not a place to celebrate a special occasion.

Fenomenal food with amazing local wines

Was there for a business lunch. The menu is very diverse. There is something for everyone. What excited me most are the original ideas on the card. The plates are beautifully prepared and the quality is top. The ambience is also very nice. Everyone was excited.

Highly recommended, new young, highly motivated management team from the beginning of June 2020. Excellent cuisine top wines. The crew knows their craft.

Baroque style castle dating back to 1600 built by the baron known as the King of the Simplon, it is now part of the municipality and there are offices and also a restaurant, on summer evenings a very interesting film festival is organized in the courtyard

We were looking for a place for a final drink in Brig at an late hour and found it in the bar of the Schlosskeller restaurant. Very large, cozy bar with friendly service and good beer.

Operation and handling of the wind.

we ordered a cholera without salad (with salad Fr 22.--). The Chilerea was charged the full price on the invoice. When we complained and asked for the boss, he didn't show up and told us that the cholerwa was a little bigger than usual. It's a shame that the boss didn't come to the table in person!!!!

Had a great day in Brig. Had a great meal at the Schlosskeller restaurant. Service was friendly and fast. The food was super tasty. Will definitely come back again. Recommended for everyone.

It used to be the dining restaurant in Brig, but it's not what it used to be. The food is still very good, but the service leaves a lot to be desired because there are simply not enough people there. We were three groups of about 10 people, everyone had been registered for days, the store was full and only one service employee. That can't work. Very unfortunate.

Rather disappointed on the last visit. I wanted to change a course in the menu, which wasn't possible. We were there with a group and made a reservation. The staff was hopelessly understaffed. We waited a long time and it wasn't enough for us to get more - the side dishes were cooling down in the pans. But the food itself was good.
