Was yelled at yesterday in a rude and arrogant manner by an employee with an accent because I asked for something at the entrance without a mask. An absolute NOGO in terms of Customer treatment. There is no talk of friendly service, that used to be with the former employees

Don't be fooled by the inconspicuous exterior, because inside the Ristorante Pizzeria Kreuz is a very pretty, charming and cozy restaurant with friendly and courteous service and absolutely delicious food!

Thunstrasse 45I came here to be in a good atmosphere, which was great as reviews suggested, quiet relaxing music, and smiling personnel. I was surprised to see gluten-free options and I decided to try, however they still bring bread to the table, I even had two bread sticks in my gluten-free salad. It was somewhat predictable, most restaurants don’t know what gluten-free means (simply put it’s: no bread).
