“Dr Schwane” is without a doubt the best restaurant in Lyss. Many restaurants come and go; you would queue for swan.

One of the best Chinese, Vietnamese restaurants in the region. Very friendly service and the food is simply delicious! Be sure to make a reservation, there is rarely if ever a free space spontaneously. Price performance is also excellent! Gladly again! 😎

Very authentic Chinese food. Extremely tasty and freshly prepared. All dishes have had the same high quality for years. I can recommend the Chop Suey beef, which is perfectly seasoned for Swiss palates and contains tender meat.

There were 4 of us and we all had different dishes, none of which were edible, let alone cooked properly. The broccoli was still rock hard and the waitress understood us well until we complained - no one seemed to speak German anymore. The dishes were worse than the ready meals from Migros or Coop and I hate ready meals. The map is far too big and should actually give you something to think about. You simply can't offer over 100 dishes with good quality. The restaurant was recommended to us by several people, either of whom have no taste buds, have never cooked themselves or just eat every bit of food that is served to them.

I've been eating at Schwanen for years. Either on site or take-away. Hospitality is very important and the food is always absolutely GREAT. I highly recommend Swans. Thank you for all the great years and the extremely high quality of the dishes.

The food was delicious with a large selection of Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai food. The portions are very generous. The service was very friendly, some employees couldn't speak German well.

We were passing through Lyss and spontaneously stopped for dinner at Schwanen. The restaurant was very well staffed, especially the garden restaurant was full. Nevertheless, the service was very nice, quick and attentive. Food was very good. All in all highly recommended.

I'm really disappointed with this store! Twice when I called, no one picked up the phone and the other three times they ran out of take away and that was between 7 and 8 p.m.! I really think it's a huge disgrace. We used to be regular customers but will never order here again! At least adjust your opening hours.

The food itself was okay. Had to drink almost 3/4 liters of water afterwards. When you get to the rest, everything is full of smoke. Apparently you don't know the in-house smoking suit, if it works. Very nice service staff. The boss was assiduously friendly. The rest is going well, what more could you want.

The lunch specials are always worth a visit.

Cozy restaurant. The staff is friendly and very attentive. We ate duck which was excellent. For dessert there was baked pineapple (very good) and baked ice cream. However, you should only order this if you still have enough "capacity" after eating, as the portion is huge, but tastes great.

I have never eaten Chinese as well as I did here at Schwanen in Lyss. The food is fantastic, super freshly prepared, prepared with love and it comes very quickly, even though the restaurant is busy. I will now visit the Swan regularly. The service is super friendly and very attentive. I can only recommend it with full marks... Thank you, you are great👍👍👍😍

Great Asian restaurant, excellent food, very friendly staff. If you want to eat there, we recommend making a reservation. Not cheap, but the guest also gets a lot for his money. You can also order take-away, you just have to pick it up.

The staff is extremely nice and lovely, the food was great and nicely served. The plastic chops could be replaced, it was really hard to eat with them, but it was authentic and overall a good experience. Prices are also ok.

I suppose that did not work. You can hardly sit in the dining room because it is unbearably hot. The garden has no atmosphere and is more like a poorly maintained backyard. The menu is huge and the individual dishes are correspondingly bad. We had the swan plate in advance. That was ok, but the meat was very dry. The sauces for the main courses definitely come from the bag. The only fresh meat (duck) is probably baked, fried or baked, but with the ready-made sauce it's just a shame. Less is sometimes more.

I often go there at lunchtime and get something from the lunch menu. The portions are also large at lunchtime. With the normal menus, 1 menu is enough for 2 people if you add a second portion of rice. The restaurant itself is also cozy. The service is very courteous and friendly. Prices are okay considering the large portions, generally high for an Asian restaurant, but it impresses with its exceptional quality. Many thanks to the service and the chef. You're doing a great job.

Our 3 starters were incredibly delicious and really fresh and made with love. According to him, my friend's duck was very tasty, very crispy and the vegetables were also very tasty. My fried prawns with vegetables were also incredibly tasty. Since I suddenly felt bad, I didn't like eating much, so I asked if everything was okay with the food. When I explained that everything was okay, I just wasn't feeling well, they brought me fresh ginger tea with honey. The Schwanen in Lyss is very customer focused, attentive and incredibly friendly and delicious. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food. We will come back.

Normalerweise essen wir vor Ort. Jedoch wegen der aktuellen Situation bestellten wir Take Away. Die Portionen waren ok, leider finden wir es schade, dass die Preise die selben sind wie wenn man dort isst..

Herrvorragendes Essen, sehr modular aber schmackhaft. Auch sehr schnell zubereitet. Hoffentlich kann man dort baöd wieder Essen.

Feine Mittagsmenües. Trotz Hochbetrieb sehr nette Bedienung. Für eine Holzofen Pizza kommen wir gerne wieder!
