Absolutely everything I have tasted in this establishment is delicious. We're really not far from perfection to tell you. If it were only the quality of the products or the service received it would deserve 5 stars. But there is still one point which in my opinion poses a serious problem. The opening hours may need to be reviewed. I say this because if you go in the afternoon during the week or on Sunday after 10 a.m. the probability that there will be almost nothing left is very high. Without exaggerating, more than half the time we arrive there to realize that there is almost nothing left. Does this happen from time to time? This is completely normal. That there's not much left half an hour before closing? understandable. But not 2-3 hours before closing and systematically. This indicates, in my opinion, that either the schedules or the quantity produced need to be reviewed. Anyway, I wish you the best for the future because there is enormous potential.

Good morning, I found it very interesting to read your response regarding the lack of choice at the end of the day. Yes, indeed I have also made this observation sometimes. But the second observation we made is that each item purchased is absolutely fresh. And that has become extremely rare these days. We so appreciate having the guarantee that every product purchased will be fresh that day rather than having choice but not knowing if the product is fresh. So I say 1000x, continue with this in mind! Your breads are never recooked, your pâtés are of impeccable quality, your chocolate creations (bars, sebanella, chocolate-covered almonds) have an incredible taste and are made with high quality ingredients. In short, we find extraordinary products here. So yes, we must accept that sometimes what we want to buy is not available and help avoid waste by consuming what is still available. Thank you very much for your work.

Beautiful and good pastries. The dark chocolate croissants are excellent. The ham croissants with coarse grain mustard are worth trying if you only know standard ham croissants :) The only downside is the quality/weight of the bread/braid. Very light (even for a suit) and does not last long (after a day, it is almost hard).
