For me it is incomprehensible how one can present such a dirty plate to a guest. The tartar sauce was good, but it wasn't lacking in salt. For the main course we ordered beef fillet from Ireland with vegetables, potato gratin and Béarnaise sauce. The beef fillet was cooked in one piece and served in slices. I was expecting a filet mignon and not a carved filet. Above all, when we ordered, we were asked about the cooking point, which suggests that it was less cooked in one piece. To be fair, I have to point out that the menu didn't say filet mignon or beef fillet fried whole and served in slices. So there can be divided opinions on this.
