Service courteous and warm. Food excellent. There were six of us and every single menu item was exceptionally tasty and presented to the palate. Wonderful view of the lake. Personal greeting and recommendations from bosses. The atmosphere in the restaurant is rather cool, due to the high ceiling and the choice of colors of the walls and the light sources on the ceiling. Potential for redesign. We'll definitely be back.

Last time we wanted to go for a coffee. All tables empty. We asked for a place and got a very unfriendly answer saying that they don't have time now and they have to set the tables. At 2 p.m. in the afternoon...? It would have taken us 30 minutes for a coffee... very unfriendly and disappointing. We had a baby with us and just wanted to have a drink and sit in the shade!

Fantastic food, great location by the lake and very attentive service. The fish dishes are very tasty, with really good sauce. Whitefish comes from Lake Lucerne from the neighboring fishing company. The service responds to special requests and is very friendly. Fast, high quality cuisine. Brunner Hahnenwasser is also offered, a liter in a carafe for 6 Fr. instead of the expensive bottled water for 12 Fr. (fair and anyone who can read has a clear advantage ;-)) Extremely a nice experience and recommended! We will be back.

Fish not as good/fine as expected and also relatively expensive. The cordon bleu was very good, as was the strawberry cream dessert, salad was also ok, but since the fish served as the main course and the most expensive one didn't meet my expectations at all, there is a deduction. Ice Tea also seems to be from Migros M Budget and you get ice cubes without being asked. Great ambience and service.

3 tables, all 3 waiting and waiting. First wait 15 minutes for the card to arrive. Then another 15 minutes until the order is taken. 1l Eptinger non-carbonated mineral water for 12.-CHF. Wow CHF prices squared. Order placed straight away with invoice. I'm looked at stupidly why. Well, because the tables next door were eating and were already waiting and waited another 15 minutes until you could order your dessert. After another 15 minutes we finally got water. Table next door gets dessert some time later. Conclusion: bring a lot of time and don't be thirsty. Service just not under control. Otherwise nice view and nice food.

We were able to enjoy a wonderful dinner in the Bellevue restaurant. The staff always exceeds our expectations. Friendly and accommodating with excellent cuisine in a fantastic location! We would like to come again!

Today we were with 4 people in the Seerestaurant Bellevue in Brunnen. It was a specially arranged birthday menu in 3 courses. All people are real gourmet friends and very critical. During the menu discussion I was able to taste different wines. The house wines, which are named after the boss's daughters, were clearly the absolute favorites. The reception was very professional and benevolent. Simon Baggenstos (Chef de service) provides excellent service at our table. The specially arranged menu in “Gluscht” portions was implemented more than perfectly. The tartare was perfect and didn't need any additional seasoning. The Merlot foam soup is unique and perfect. (Only available here) The entrecote was in small portions, perfectly fried and the vegetables and starch side dishes were very tasty and sufficient in quantity. As expected, the house wines achieved the “highest rating” from everyone. It was particularly nice that the boss Andreas Schmied personally came to the table after the meal. A new highlight discovered: Very friendly welcome (including congratulating my wife on her birthday), super friendly and attentive service (trying different wines to see if they fit) in a very stylish atmosphere (which unfortunately will be a thing of the past in a year). The anniversary menu was excellent. Quality and (a bit too much for us) quality. We would like to come again!

We were a registered group of 15 people and were allowed to incorporate all of our wishes (e.g. bringing table decorations/carts and seating arrangements), which were implemented in a completely uncomplicated and courteous manner and we were, of course, able to eat à la carte. The children received their plates with the appetizer, thank you. The food was absolutely brilliant! Fresh, beautifully prepared and super tasty. Price-performance ratio is definitely right. You can say: an all-round carefree package. See you next time.

Craziness! The food is really great, the fish is really worth a visit! The atmosphere is very nice and the price is really good, especially for Switzerland But what I also have to note: we had two ladies in service - sooooooo nice, accommodating and really great! There is no English menu but staff are so nice they try to explain with little english words and you can just order fish or meat, they are excellent. Good food with reasonable price for Switzerland. Chef even came out to give our kid a lolipop when we left!

Went here for dinner today. Food 10/10, service 11/10, our waiter in charge was Simon. He was friendly, courteous and attentive, humorous. The atmosphere was cozy. Food/drinks reasonably priced. We came from hiking and therefore didn't look smartly dressed. The restaurant is very nicely decorated inside and I was a little worried that I would be underdressed :-) But right at the entrance we were greeted in a friendly manner and my fear that we would be looked at questionably in our outfits was totally unfounded :-) The food was unspeakably delicious and the portions were larger than expected. The waiters were all very friendly, especially the slightly older waitress was very attentive and noticed that we had a few question marks when we were studying the menu, so she asked if we needed help. The location is great because you have a wonderful view of Lake Lucerne. The only thing that was a bit inconvenient was the seat, as the sun's rays fell directly on us at sunset, but that wasn't a particularly bad thing :-) We felt very comfortable there and would definitely do so on our next visit to Brunnen would love to come back!

Friends took us to Bellevue for the first time on November 18th, 2021. Unfortunately, in this dark season you could no longer enjoy the great location right on the lake. We also really liked the dining rooms with their fine interior design. The next impression was the warm welcome from the staff, who continued to provide us with friendly and competent support. The menu is varied and making a choice is difficult. The dishes were very tasty and lovingly prepared. And another positive point: the boss repeatedly asked from the kitchen throughout the evening whether everything was okay. Later he took plenty of time for his guests. Very likeable and no longer taken for granted these days. See you next time!!

In the evening of November 18th, four of us dined with close friends with excellent and attentive service at the Bellevue in Brunnen. The menus are deliciously prepared and finely presented! Excellent, even inexpensive wines are recommended with the meal if desired. The ambience is extremely spacious, stylish, modern and discreetly luxurious. The large distances between the tables allow for discreet and quiet conversation. At the end, the owner, Mr. Schmid, offered us a barrique-aged grappa and gave us a tour of the kitchen, which showed us the extremely pleasant customer focus. We would like to thank Mr. Schmid and his team for the great evening we were able to spend at Bellevue!
